For some reason this took me out of the app so I couldn't reply directly, but he definitely was. She found him at a young age (he was only 16 in seven deadly sins and she knew him for longer) and she trained him, but didn't tell him her plans. She then forced the power of chaos onto him, and stayed to continue to show him how to use it. So yes, Merlin, a who knows how old woman met a child and decided she wanted to give him the power of chaos so she befriended him, became his mentor, but never told him her plans, so when the time was right for her, she gave the powers to him without him really being prepared or probably even knowing if he wanted them.

I'm so fucking pissed that Merlin groomed my favorite character into becoming the villain. I will never forgive her for this. WHAT DO YOU MEAN HE'S RACIST NOW?

my partner just got into bed, grabbed the stuffed animal i was holding, and put it at the edge of the bed, and when i commented on it, they said "what?" and i told them what they did, and they literally had no recollection of doing that.

one thing i love in shameless is the parallel of fiona and lip. we have one who desperately doesn't want to be like his father and one who gave up trying. it's heartbreaking and just so like idk.
