In case you didn’t know, the Rhineland in Germany is an absolutely stunning area, chock full of beautiful castles, scenics vineyards, an easy-to-cross border with Luxembourg, and plenty of Autobahn to see if your little Mercedes C200 can make it to 240 kmph. Spoiler alert, it can.

Made the trek to the last frontier to help my friend have his first boys' trip and notch 3 more National Parks under his belt...regardless of the fact that we had to get creative bc most of the state was "closed for the season" I also learned that Alaska's views, roads, food, beer, and bugs are no joke. There's not many times the best photo from a night comes when you're exhausted, bruised and beaten, but nothing else could showcase the incredible intensity of my first White Collar boxing night. I AM STANDING UP FOR MEN WHO NEED HELP SPEAKING OUT’ . . . Every week, 84 men in the UK take their own lives.  The majority will have suffered in silence or tried to self-medicate themselves...and failed.  Most men are too embarrassed to admit to themselves or others when they are mentally struggling, believing it somehow makes them appear weak and "less of a man". . . As men our ‘be strong and silent’ mentality is costing too many lives, preventing many from seeking help when we need it most. . . So Long and Farewell: One final post … and my top 10 favorite British puns

Hello friends. I’ve struggled with this idea for the last few weeks and came to a conclusion that having this odd travel blog about my life really wasn’t a necessary endeavor. I tried hard to remember to write as much as I could each time I traveled, but I realized shortly after my trips that I had this odd hanging anxiety of “getting this all documented out”. So much was this anxiety that I wasn’t enjoying the planning stages for my trips or even recollecting them quite as much. Plus, let’s be fair, I’m not really sure how useful it was to anyone

Just so you know, I’m not moving anywhere, leaving the UK or anything like that…I am just retiring this blog and will continue my jaunts and documenting in a less public way. I’m curious about continuing some kind of creative outlet for life and travel, so stay tuned if you’re curious

My final thoughts will be of an entirely different variety than “travel writing”. When my friend Shikha visited last summer, she and I noticed all the incredibly witty puns around London shops. Upon her direction, I decided to start capturing my favorite ones for a future post. Well, that future has arrived, so, as a final goodbye, here are my absolute favorite British puns from my time here so far.
