I randomly decided to put on the first episode of ER and as soon as I saw Dr. Mark Greene tell me why I burst into tears as I remembered his death? Like I haven’t watched this show in ages and it hit me like he was my family member who died.

I’m so done with being in the US. I just need to get out. I wish anyone is my family or my friends was willing or able to leave with me because I’m so scared. I’m scared to stay here and I’m scared to travel alone.
I’m looking into just immigrating to Canada so it’s not like halfway around the world, but it’s just a lot. And it looks like I’m a good candidate and if it all works out I’ll be there, alone.
And I know how I am- I will just go to work and go home and do nothing else. I will isolate myself and waste away in my loneliness because I struggle to connect with people. And I’m afraid the few friends I have here will basically forget about me because I’m not around and won’t talk to me anymore because I’m not physically here. And my nephews and niece will grow up and just not know me…
But I just don’t think I can do it anymore. My anxiety has always been pretty bad, but I feel like I have been on the brink of a breakdown from anxiety and stress for months from all the just shit here and I just don’t think I can do it anymore.
