No, not really. Once you make a puppet one time you start to figure out what you’ve done wrong in the beginning. After that it gets easier and easier to make them. I recommend getting some toys and lots of references of the character you want to create.
As a side note. I use Adobe Illustrator to draw the character and import to flash as pieces on separate layers. Name them and go.
Many of you may notice she doesn’t have a cutie mark. I have most of the toys (and her clothes come off... Yay!!). There’s no cutie mark. In the books she doesn’t have a cutie mark and according to the book the mark on her armor is the Storm King’s mark and not her cutie mark.
Which makes me wonder. What if she is a blank flank and never got her cutie mark before breaking her horn? That would make for an interesting twist to the movie. =D
"Sure, you will." Silky puts away the photo. "But we better keep moving if we're going to keep looking." Silky gives Static a sly look. "But if you don't come with you might not find her on your own."
Silky starts to walk away before looking behind her. "But I'll be sure to mail you a photo of the fun we're having. Although, by the time you get there we might already have parted ways again."
Silky flicks her tail at him before continuing to walk through the Crystal Empire.
So, Silky, do you actually know where my daughter is, or are you just wasting my time for fun?
“Oh, Static, of course I know where she is, but do you really think she stays in one place waiting for me to show up? You are such an impatient boy.” Silky smiles and shows him the photo.

Hmm. Models and Ponks enjoy salty treats. Maybe that’s why Fleur is thin and Pinkie isn’t as big as a house?
Anywho, thanks for participating guys! Hope ya had fun~
We’ll see you later for more challenge! Bye for now!

I decided to make a quick animation of Braeburn. It was a lot of fun, but this was super quick. Just stretching my abilities with masking and animating. It was a lot of fun to create. ( And I’ve been asked when I might start animating. ) The answer is now.
I hope you enjoy Braeburn spending some alone time as much as he is enjoying himself.
Starlight Glimmer and Trixie spending some quality alone time away from Ponyville and everyone else.
Looks to me to be time well spent. =D
( Have things you’d like to see? Send me an ask. I pick them when I have time. OC characters take longer than show characters. Why? I have made most of the show characters except the really weird looking ones. )
Actually, all websites and services have a clause like that. Even Tumblr. The thing is that they are covering their butts so that people don't use it as an illegal file sharing service. (That way you get in to trouble if you use their service to say ... pirate share an entire season of any show ...)
From Tumblr itself (Subscribers are us... Even though it's a free service. ):
“ When you provide Subscriber Content to Tumblr through the Services, you grant Tumblr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable right and license to use, host, store, cache, reproduce, publish, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), distribute, transmit, modify, adapt (including, without limitation, in order to conform it to the requirements of any networks, devices, services, or media through which the Services are available), and create derivative works of, such Subscriber Content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purposes of allowing Tumblr to operate the Services in accordance with their functionality, improve the Services, and develop new Services. The reference in this license to "creat[ing] derivative works" is not intended to give Tumblr a right to make substantive editorial changes or derivations, but does, for example, enable reblogging, which allows Tumblr Subscribers to redistribute Subscriber Content from one Tumblr blog to another in a manner that allows them to add their own text or other Content before or after your Subscriber Content. “
Nearly the same as Discord’s as well.
Don’t believe the hype. Someone always reads a TOS or EULA and freaks out thinking that a site is out to steal their content at times.
So I was just sent this. Thought y’all might wanna take a looksie.
