The music is about toxic relationship where one thinks the other person is "talking shit" or "saying Blah Blah". Silvy uses the famous internet phrases E-Yung-Wa which derived from the Thai eastern dialect that means WTF. There are two versions of this song, the English ver and Thai ver. I particularly love the Eng ver.

In the MV, Silvy dresses as four different characters in which I thought are so interest to see and they all suit her well.
The two girls were intimately helping each other getting ready for a dance performance were caught by someone.
They ran away together with the brown hair girl leading the way. She tore out her choker which symbolizes releasing oneself from restraint. She wanted her feeling towards the other girl to be free.
They kissed each other.
But before they actually kissed, the scenes show they both suffer from this feeling of forbidden love. The black hair girl aka the "narrator" of this story were hurting when recalling the memories.
Then the MV ends with the black hair walking away from the white rose drawing she did while she was dancing and recalling all the memories. Since she is dancing alone, I assumed that their love was forbidden (as mentioned in my part 1 theory). But the black hair girl's expression at the end was not sad because the brown hair girl is still her "pretty girl" in her world.
That's the end of my theory. Share with me what you thought of the MV. If you haven't seen it, go watch it right now. It will be worth your time.
Because the MV actually begins with the black hair girl dancing alone, I assumed that the scenes where the two girls are together were in the past. The two high school girls who were ballet dancers fell in love with each other.
The girls are holding white rose which keeps appearing throughout the MV. (White rose symbolizes innocence, loyalty, and purity. It is also often used in weddings).
The moment where they fell in love, the white rose blooms.
Will continue part 2 later. Here's the link to the MV.
Silvy - Pretty Girl (ใกล้เธอ) feat. Pat Zweed n’ Roll
The MV just got released on 7pm on Nov 23, 2023. This is a masterpiece worth streaming. This is Silvy's first song that are written completely by herself. Pretty Girl is inspired by Silvy's first love.
The MV is about two fairies watching over a forbidden love happening between two young dancers.
From Silvy's live and interview, she mentioned that the two fairies had face similar experience so they are basically watching their own story being replayed in front of them.
What I like about this MV is that it is a fantasy cinematic piece which Silvy had never done before. It fully encapsulates the forbidden girl love story in just less than 4 minutes. The beat and rhythm of the music fits every scene of the MV.
As for the song, the lyrics are simple and straight-forward. It talks about the wanting to be close to the other person and seeing the other person as their pretty girl. Having another sapphic artist, Pat Zweed n' Roll featuring in this song makes the song speaks to the sapphic community even more.

Please check the MV out, it will mean a lot to the Thai LGBTQ artist.
Silvy is releasing a new single called ใกล้เธอ (Pretty Girl) ft. Pat from Zweed n' roll on Nov 23, 2023. The song is about having a crush on a straight girl.
Pat is a lead vocal of a rock alternative band, Zweed n' roll. Pat is also a sapphic.
Silvy and Pat were both contestants of The Voice Thailand, but from different seasons.
Who I fell in love with during their portrayal of a non-binary actor in The Warp Effect
Who preached my soul in these words
Who held their own against Joong Archen
And who had a love story with Jan, my beloved (who killed it in Tonhon Chonlatee, Midnight Motel, and Cupid's Last Wish)
But this is about Silvy, who remains FABULOUS
Outside of Thai BL, they are a pop star who had a comeback in 2021 with the very fun XL

And they dropped this jam a month ago (hence the niche joke at the beginning of this post)

Silvy identifies as pansexual and is a loud supporter of the LGBTQ community.
And continues to play characters that embody my entire being
My love was so strong I had to yell it into the tumblr void
Edited re Silvy's gender; I did some research and everything about them in English uses she/her, and I couldn't find anything on their YT about pronouns, but of course in Thai you wouldn't need a separate post about it because everyone just uses pronouns all the time, and my ear isn't good enough to be sure about which I'm hearing, and everyone else refers to Silvy on Tumblr as they/them, so I'm erring on the side of neutrality.
