What if necromancy was more like someone bringing back a part of the person they are raising. Like the evil necromancer only brings back the part of someone that is violent and obedient. If that is the case then a necromancer can also bring back a part of someone that is caring and sweet with free will. That means a necromancer can, instead of having an army of violent undead, have a hospital with undead staff that care for the patients. A necromancer can have a bakery with skeletons that had baking exercises or an amusement with undead that have worked machines or a school with undead that take care and know how to educate someone. The point is if someone can bring back the evil side of someone then a necromancer can bring back someone's good side too.
