WTF i binged like a pig i'm gonna cry. at least i'm going out for lunch with my aunt tomorrow and i can usually stay disciplined and skip dinner saying i had a really big lunch... that'll be my streak drive cus it's so much easier to break a binge when there's a reason to be restricted n it's easier to stay on track after a day or two of restricting...
praying this ends up getting me back on track to my ugw.
