what i remember: its on ao3. IT SUCKS BECAUSE I BARELY REMEMBER ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ONE but i read it before the third modern warfare game came out so theres that. all i remember is i think ghost and soap were on the run after a mission gone wrong or something, im pretty sure they were in a completely different town or country and they were staying at this little home i THINK an old lady was letting them stay there but then the lady gets threatened and she betrays them, all i remember is ghost was separated from soap at the time and a bomb or grenade or something went off and i remember ghost being like “soap, i need to get to soap” ugh sorry this is like barely helpful but this is all i remember. im pretty sure it was multi chaptered?

(summary : javi runs into tyler (literally) at the super market after the fight he had with kate and tyler gives him his flannel because javi can’t stop shivering. the movie (fic) progresses from there)

The curly head rolled his eyes and grabbed his shopping cart. “I’m not an asshole, Owens. C’mon.” He urged, beginning to make his way to the freezer section, somehow knowing the other would follow him.

What Javi’s idiotic self didn’t think about was the fact that he was going into the freezer section. You know, where the whole asile up and down was cold. Colder than the rest of the store. He cursed himself, internally.

“You don’t have to do this, y’ know.” Tyler argued, still following behind him.

“Of course I do.” Javi retorted, doing everything in his power not to shiver - as if the thousands of goosebumps on his arms weren’t already an obvious sign that he was freezing his ass off. “I practically ran your ass over with my cart, man.”

Tyler scoffed. “You didn’t run me over. You just hit me.”
