If you want to lose weight or tone your body there are mainly four things you need to do: 1️⃣ workout for at least 30 minutes 5 days a week consistently (make sure you have fun cardio and hiit workout sessions squeezed in this!) 2️⃣ eat a healthy diet (no need to rush into eating just salad 3 times a day, let go of 1 wrong eating habit per forthright 3️⃣ get a good night sleep (take time to wind down without electronics if you find it hard to go to sleep) 4️⃣ drink 2L of water a day (can’t emphasis how important this is for weight loss.
