Two years ago, this day, I was on my shit! (It took me 3 weeks to drop 20lbs, decreased my #bmi, and get some muscle definition) In 2 years, I was able to maintain my weight (although slacked up a bit on my workouts), uphold some level of normalcy, ended some toxic relationships, and #levelup In March, i knew I needed to get back on my GRIND! I had my fitness routine mapped out, classes paid for, trainers scheduled, food list ready....’cause @feliciasjourney and I had summer plans. I’ve decided come what may I’ve got to have a rest from any form of upperbody exercise and try and allow my left shoulder to heal. If I don’t this is going to hinder my hunter tree climb on the 16th of October. This morning I decided to take to doing so hula hooping exercises with this very heavy weighted hulahoop. I see I’m going to owe my summer body to hula hooping 🙀😼 aside from being sick for 6+ days my weight hasn’t changed a pinch! I am still 179lbs but look at this waist trimming! I’m fighting this bottom pouch but once it’s gone it will be gone for good! I don’t have the energy to keep fighting it at almost 28. That SnapBack ain’t hot and never been hot lol. What's the point of having muscles but no motion to em ;-) Try doing the weighted hula hoop post back or abdominal training. Great for cardio, lumbar strengthening, core and hips!
