What is the secret to your mastery of drawing? Is it through concentration and persistence? Or is it a hobby?

Awe omg you're flattering me too much ;///; art has been my main focus and passion since I was a child, so everything i've ever learned is channeled through my drawings :) from my experience i feel what works best is taking care of yourself properly and take breaks from art from time to time, i've found myself improving much faster comparing to how my art was when i insisted on practicing everyday! Taking it easier on themselves is a wonder too, art is important but it's not the end of the world if your drawings look crappy sometimes c: embrace mistakes, allow yourself to grow as a person first

As for resources, I recommend doing gestures, value studies, old master painting studies, color theory and study shape language! Browse through resources of concept art, these topics always come up
