cleaning out a folder and found another cool doodle on the back of some coursework

(the lighting is absolutely horrendous in this one i wonder why)

i’m almost free from school work b/c i’m due to graduate in about 20 or so days. so in honor of that here’s an assignment from english i turned in around october that only got handed back LAST WEEK

crazy how much effort i put into this for it only to be graded out of 5 or so points

(can i have the same motivation that 15 year old me had to draw please 17 isn’t doing that many wonders thanks.)

i’m also taking this once every 2 month opportunity in which i open this app to begin migrating all my old art over to this new blog.

if you’ve seen this artwork on the internet under another name, (i’m not going to say “no you haven’t”) yes, you probably have. but, that account was mine, still is mine, i just don’t use it for art anymore/it’s been abandoned (ish).

so, i’m not stealing artwork but i’m simply migrating it.

ok. please enjoy this one artwork i did in like 2022 when i still heavily enjoyed my chemical romance (is the fandom still around?).

blue pikmin doodle found in the corner of the magma board

the drawings of old ocs from around 2018 redone FOLLOWING the revert back to magma (sigh if only freeform was better optimised).

the faint figure in the middle bottom isn’t an old oc i think that’s just a study of someone i found on pinterest.

i’m pretty sure the only character who had an actual name is the full figure on the right. according to the illustrations in the old sketchbook i found, apparently i named this character sam and it was supposed to be short for samantha. so yeah there’s a redraw of one of my old characters “sam”.

my friend and i wanted to begin to migrate away from magma b/c its browser based so we tried freeform and then IT CRASHED like 3 times (rip my friend’s ipad). but i got one doodle out of that 20 min session and that is this redraw of an old oc that i created in like 2018.

it’s the fact that my procreate is on light mode that makes my eyes incredibly dry but i refuse to switch back to the default dark interface

i’m not a twilight fan but i like the way this artwork is going especially after forgetting how to render b/c i haven’t rendered in like a billion years
