Backstory

At a young age, Catherine was not the most beloved student in elementary school and a victim of bullying. It was so bad that her father had enough of it and would move to a new town to have a fresh start. But she was having trouble adjusting to her new town, so went to the pond at the back of the house and sat there for five minutes, until a girl with blue hair came past. She told Catherine her home to be just down the road and asked her if she would like to play with her. She responded with a "yes please".

Both girls played for hours and had so much fun together. Afterwards, the girl asked Catherine if she would like to play again. She agreed, making her happy, and both girl asked for each other’s name. Catherine gave hers first and the other girl revealed hers to be Sora. From that moment on, they became best friends forever. Catherine was so happy she got to meet the best person in her life, because without her, she wouldn’t be where she is today;

10 years later, the both of them started high school and joined the sport club together with three other people. All of them picked ribbons to represent themselves (cyan, yellow, silver, white, and green) and Catherine came up with the idea of going for a gymnast theme for their hero group. They called themselves "Ribbon 5".
