Anon, I assume this message was in reference to the Celebrian fancast, since I received it soon after I made that post. ;) That's a fair opinion! I'm actually surprised by the number of people who seemed to show support for the idea.

Fancasts are a very personal thing, and while it's nice to have some people agree with your vision, it's much more common to find people who disagree.

Nicola has rekindled my interest in writing for young Elrond and Celebrian though, so it's best to take sources of inspiration and run with it. :) (It helps that I've always loved Robert as young Elrond, RoP negativity aside.)

My Humble Opinion: Nicola Coughlan is hands-down the prettiest of the main actresses on Bridgerton.

My New Obsession: I would really love to see her as young Celebrian matched up with Robert Aramayo's young Elrond.

I've often seen Celebrian being imagined by her fans as a shorter and curvier-figured elf, which I also love, so this fancast doesn't seem off-base.

But it's okay if no one agrees with me. This has become a vividly clear thing in my head now. Young Elrond and Young Celebrian are meeting and falling in love in the Second Age and it's so pure and beautiful. I'm inspired.

I may have also just seen the trailer for Bridgerton S3 and I'm vibrating with excitement for the Polin storyline.

I loved Steve Rogers before his MCU glow-up, and they didn't really have to go so hard with Chris Evans but they did and now my ovaries can barely handle it.

Yeah I'm gonna make a resolution to never let a 0 note post pass my way. No matter how random their thought or content (assuming it's nothing obviously toxic), everyone here is going to feel seen every time they open their mouth, dammit.

0 note flops only get funnier the more followers you accumulate, like shooting with precise aim and skill a perfectly straight line through an ever increasing line of axe heads directly into the trash

Ditto! I get pretty sad when a close Mutual deactivates or simply goes dark/inactive. But that's why I try to interact as much as possible with those Moots so they (hopefully) feel wanted and appreciated. Because they are. ❤️ I also agree that everyone needs to do what is healthiest for them, though.

Someone I very much like and enjoy seems to have deactivated today, and I may not get to interact with that person again as a result. Digital life is so ephemeral, y’all. I appreciate each and every one of you for as long as you’re/I’m here, and I wish you absolutely nothing but the best if you decide you have to move on. But I’ll miss you, too.
