The whole premise of buddie as a ship is simply surreal. What do you mean they introduced Eddie shirtless while Buck turned around in slow-motion to the tune of Whatta-Man. What do you mean they went from (one-sided) enemies to lovers in the span of two days. What do you mean that Buck became a stepdad to Eddie's son in the span of two weeks. What do you mean that this was all unintentional. It simply does not compute.

why is tommy calling buck "evan" seen as cute? buck himself has requested he be called buck, that's his chosen name, that's his way of distancing himself from who his parents wanted him to be. he has chosen to distance himself from their condescending tone of voice when they call him "evan" but now this guy shows up and just. calls. him evan? and that's okay with some of you? god forbid someone else might have done that in the past because ooh the think pieces on that woulda been cray cray 👀👀👀

it's a tv show it would be boring as hell without the drama. why do you even watch tv if you don't like drama

so basically me being dramatic about the drama dramaring is the actual bliss of the drama. #drama

I love stories and the way they are told -at this point in my life, I realized why I’ve always loved books, movies, music and tv-they all bring the drama that makes you feel it in an unexpected way and doesn’t really leave you- like I think about the actual literal shock I felt when Eddie was shot, or the first time I listened to rolling in the deep, or how wrinkle in time was magical when I first read it and how the last scene of first wives club always makes me cry regardless of how many times I’ve seen that movie and even the lyric hold me like a grudge was a spin for me like what 👀that’s so dramatic

With all that being said- it has to make sense to the story and the characters and that’s the frustration sometimes forgetting that a character evolved and now they are giving reality tv level drama is not Drama™️

wow so we are just going to destroy Eddie Diaz’s actual character as the man and father we’ve seen and the emotional growth and gains he’s made for this garbage? also to what end ? Is Christopher gonna meet mom look a like? I’m just imaging the trauma of that-Also why even do this? he literally can just break up with Marisol cause clearly it’s not working.

The crazy thing is watching people act like Buck is the first LGBTQ+ character on the show. Athena’s marriage literally blew up because Michael finally said his truth. Hen has been existing lesbian and proud since day one but it wasn’t white men making out gay so it didn’t matter huh

Eddie Diaz literally broke up with Ana in the most savage way possible but now he is emotionally cheating on a woman I’ve seen less than several times??

I just remembered why I didn’t watch a show on ABC and it’s this- unnecessary drama and no depth. Like I said before-the payment for Bi-Buck was gonna be steep and this is just the beginning.
