The moment I heard this audio I had to make this! I started it yesterday and finished it also yesterday because I couldn’t help myself—it just fits these three so much!!!

(I have no idea why the quality of my animations gets bad when I edit them, but oh well—)

In all honesty I always admired how Solar would crouch down when talking to Lunar while Eclipse would never do that…

Lunar Eclipse

Hello, long time no see!

This was an au (?) I had made way back in the show. Basically to save his own skin, Eclipse fuses with Lunar, and this was when Lunar saw Eclipse as his brother, so he was fine with it. Later in this au Lunar discovers Eclipse’s true intentions and they fight for the body.

The sky showed no mercy as its wrath hailed down. Roars of thunder sounded overhead, and you happened to be the unlucky victim of this downpour. The day started out peaceful, which was perfect for your planned hike, however, Mother Nature had different plans

. “I should’ve checked the weather!” You scold yourself as you try to find the trail through the bullets of rain. Your pack grew heavy and your boots squelched with every step as you trekked for what seemed to be hours on end. 

Eventually you see something in the distance. As you continue to approach you make out an extravagant mansion among the trees. Your brow furrows in confusion, “What is a mansion doing in the middle of a forest?” Though the manor was luxurious, something felt…off. However, beggars can’t be choosers. Your pace increases along with your anxiety, but you ignore the latter. You approach the door and after a moment of hesitation, you knock gently. Minutes pass by with no answer. Impatience and exhaustion takes over as you wait. Eventually you twist the golden knob to find the door unlocked. 

You hesitantly step inside and your anxiety grows, but once again, you push it down.

“Hello…? Does anyone live here?” You call out as you look around the entrance in wonder. A grand marble staircase with carved wooden railings is at the end of the massive, ballroom-esque room you entered through the front door. 

“My, my, what do we have here….?” A low, gravely yet smooth voice spoke out. You tense at the voice as a sense of dread settles in your chest. 

“I d-didn’t mean to t-trespass, I only need sh-shelter for the night…” you stutter as you look to the direction the voice came from, but you only find shadows. An amused tut comes from the voice and large, slender hands rest on your shoulders. A squeak escapes your lips as the creature’s claws dig into your skin. 

“Shouldn’t an angel like yourself know better than to enter one’s home without permission?” His warm breath whispers into your ear. 

“I-I’m sorry. I c-can leave!” You whimper as your heart pounds in your ears.

“Oh no, we can’t have that. Your blood smells too delicious for me to just let you go. After all, you came to me oh so willingly.”You can hear the gleeful smirk spreading across his face. 

Suddenly, you are spun around by the same hands that gripped your shoulders. Your eyes widen as you take in the creature before you.  Long pointed rays protrude from his head and a smaller, second row resides behind them. The first set is a deep orange and the other pure black. Half of his face seems to resemble a crescent moon, its color matches the secondary set of rays while the other half twin with the larger rays. His stature is about 8 feet tall. He is clad in vintage, yet flashy clothes. Rusty orange pinpricks watch you intently as his smile widens.

“Enjoying the view?”

“W-what a-are you…..?” You ask as fear envelops your body.  You quake and nausea forms a pit in your stomach as your heart thumps wildly. 

“Take a wild guess, angel.” He chuckles wryly as he displays long pearly white fangs in an amused grin.
