Here's a not-so-fun "fact"

The reason that a lot of Spider-Man comics and stories absolutely beat down on Peter Parker and also suck in other ways is because Marvel *HATES* Spider-Man and wants him to not be the most popular super hero.

The developers for Marvel VS Capcom Infinite revealed they wanted to use XMen, the Fantastic Four, and Miles Morales in Infinite, however, Marvel did not want any of the characters added as they didnt own the film rights to these characters at the time and were "in the process of phasing them out". If they didnt get the rights back, the Fantastic Four and XMen were just gonna fade away into the back catalogue, less cared about, no longer a focus. The only reason Spider-Man is in MvC:I is because he is simply too popular. Everyone fuckin loves Spidey. Except Marvel, who is upset that Sony wont sell them the rights back.

So my theory is that the reason Marvel keeps fuckin making Peter's life miserable is because they *want* fans to give up on Spider-Man, and read some of their other (worse) comics.

This is like a Part 2. I'm sorry I really love your story I hope my question don't bother you. You know in the anime Kakashi told Sasuke to reject seeking revenge and I felt like Sasuke lost hope in authority figures and inn Kakashi that day. I find Sasuke character to be tied with his Uchiha clan so I know he'd probably leave the village how will Natsume react to this? I think he won't judge tbh and give him his support but I ain't sure. I hope I'm not bothering you though Have a lovely day.

Thank you for reading, and for saying you love it! I’m never bothered by questions! In fact, I love getting them tbh. Any and all comments are great. I find myself wishing I could respond more on Ao3 but i routinely check the comments I receive through email, which makes it harder to find time to respond to them on the actual site,,, tumblr is much more manageable for me if someone has actual questions, so never be afraid to send me one!

As for Sasuke and leaving, there isn’t much I can discuss without spoiling the next few chapters. 😏 all will be revealed soon. I do agree with you that in canon no one really helped Sasuke when he was struggling the most. Arguably, the people that were closest to him also didn’t know HOW to help him, and ended up failing him even if that wasn’t their intent. It’s a very sad cycle, which I like to portray as a kind of generational trauma in my fic—shinobi routinely told to just ‘endure’ will, at some point, become something ‘other’. They don’t overcome their issues so much as bury them until that’s all that’s left.

I read the latest chapter and it got me thinking I didn't know Naruto was a bit jealous of his brother spending time with Sasuke lol is Sasuke similar on that front too? I know Natsume relationship with Naruto is parent-based but to Sasuke is Natsume like a lifeline lol since unlike canon where Sasuke had noone who gave 2 fucks about his situation and Natsume stepped up and prepared him. I so want to see Sasuke POV is lol.

Sasuke POV is something I have thought about! I don’t know if I’ll add it to the main story, or post it in a One-Shot collection I’m working on for other POVs. I think for Naruto and Sasuke, it’s easy to forget that they’re both young boys with (at this moment) only one person who was essentially a parental figure for a solid period of their lives. But because he’s not actually a parent, there’s different kinds of emotions attached to it… if that makes sense? They get ‘jealous’ because both of them are craving a specific type of affection or care that most children do — security. And because Naruto and Sasuke are, well, Naruto and Sasuke, they kind of introduce a competitive element to it.
