Her Sister (Descendants- Fanfiction #1/Part 1)
Brianna bites her lip. A habit she inherited. Usually happens when she's nervous, upset, or turned on... And she was all three. Brianna couldn't help but stare at the girl wrapped in bandages from head to toe. All you can see was her left eye that is a beautiful shade of gold, her sexy smirk, and her dark brown hair. Renaé Ramses is her name.
Brianna was intrigued by Renaé. Something about her just screamed danger and dominance. She's a tomboy yet she wears a little bit of make up and wears earings. A hoop and a stud on her left ear, four hoops going up her right ear, and a stud nose ring. Not that girly, but Brianna loved it. Renaé's different... But there's only one thing stopping Brianna from approaching the 16 year old.
Her sister...
It's no secret at all that Uma hates Renaé and vice versa. They're always at each other throats, especially in class. It's also no secret that Renaé... Isn't the shiniest diamond in the jewelry box. She isn't dumb, but she isn't smart either. Brianna didn't care though. She just wanted to at least hold a conversation with her.
After being brought to Aurdon from the Isle, Brianna was alone. Yeah, she had Uma, but she wanted a friend. Uma had a crew, Mal had a group. Renaé and Brianna were alone. Renaé was a triplet, but she doesn't really mess with them like that. Brianna needed Renaé... She craves Renaé.
And the same could be said for Renaé.

Lovette
Toni stares at the board with a blank face. She really wasn’t interested in what her math teacher had to say. Not because she didn’t like math, but because she already knew about the subject they were covering from being in PreP classes for three years straight. Toni looks to her left to see her best friend, Jonay, trying to figure out what she was looking at. If she knew anything about her best friend, it’s that she’s not the brightest light in the hardware store. Toni has always exceled in many more things than Jonay did. And she knew Jonay envied that.
“I’m sorry Ms. Freeman, but that is not correct. Remember, you have to find the square of your set of numbers.” Mr. Lovette, Toni’s uncle and math teacher, says while shaking his head. The whole class laughs at Jonay, making her face flush in embarassment. Toni really felt bad for Jonay. Mr. Lovette points at Toni, “Does seven, twenty four, and twenty five make a right triangle?” He asks. Toni nods, “It does. Becuase seven times seven equals fourty nine and twenty four times twenty four equals five hundred seventy six. The square of twenty five is six hundred twenty five. Five seventy six plus fourty nine equals six hundred twenty five.” She replies bluntly making the class’s jaw drop. Mr. Lovette grins, “That’s correct...” He says and turns back around.
Toni heard Jonay groan and slams her head on the table. Toni grabs her best friend’s hand under the table, “It’s okay, Jo. Everyone makes mistakes.” She mumbles, loud enough for Jonay to hear. Jonay lifts her head up and glares at the shorter girl with deep red, curly hair, “Easy for you to say! You never make mistakes! You’re just so perfect and then there’s me! You wouldn’t understand...” She mutters making Toni wince at Jonay’s harsh voice. Toni bit her lip, “That’s not true, Jonay... Everyone makes mistakes. Including me...” She replies softly, making her best friend look up at her with a scoff. Toni’s eyebrows furrow, “Stop that.” She says with a hurt look. This is the first time Jonay has acted like this ever since they became friends twelve years ago and she knows the the 15 year old is not on her period.
Jonay rolls her eyes making Toni bite her lip, trying to prevent herself from going off on the brunette, “Look, Jo. Would it make you feel better... if I helped you out. Pythagorean Theorem is not that hard. We learned that in 8th grade so it shouldn’t be that hard.” Toni says in a soft voice. Jonay’s gaze softens, “I guess...” She responds and puts her head back on the table. All Toni could do was look at her best friend knowing how it felt to not be able to feel like you’re capable of doing anything. Toni moves her hand away from Jonay’s making her whine. Toni giggles softly and plays with the strands of the darker skin girl’s hair. “Ms. Lovette. Stop messing with Ms. Freeman’s hair.” Mr. Lovette scolds making Toni narrow her eyes, but stop. Mr. Lovette runs his fingers through his dark red dreads before continuing his lesson.

Jonay slams her locker shut, “Ion know, guys. That doesn’t sound like a good idea...” She states while looking at the group of five boys that she calls her crew. Tristen, the tallest one, laughs, “Dang, ma. Since when did you become so scury?” He asks. Selvester, the lightest one, rolls his eyes, “Ever since ha little girlfriend started showin a lil emotion.” He says making the group of boys bust out laughing. Jonay resisted the urge to roll her eyes, “She’s not my girlfriend, lil ugly.” She snaps making the boys laugh again. Luis, the hispanic one, cheers, “MY GIRL!” He says, doing a little handshake with Jonay. Kennedi, the baby and the nerdish jock, smiles, “Y-You guys would m-make a gr-great c-couple tho J.” He says softly. Due to his disorder, he couldn’t make out a full sentence without stuttering. Jonay shrugs, “I guess.” She says, ending the conversation of her and her best friend being a couple.
Jonay and her group part ways since she is a senior and her boys were juniors besides Kennedi. Kennedi’s a freshman. Turning the corner, she spots a little girl getting picked on by a group of seniors, “Ha! You must’ve not had that many friends! Ten years old and in the 12th grade?” Brittney, a girl that Jonay has had a bunch of run ins with, taunts making her group of pathetic lackeys laugh. Jonay rolls her eyes, “I bet she smarter than you.” She says making her head turn towards Jonay, “Watch it, Freeman.” She growls loudly making a scene. Jonay sucks her teeth. One of Jonay’s pet peeves was being the center of attention. She hated it with all of her being, “Shut yo uglass up! Stop bothering this kid man! She ain’t did nun to you! Now I want you to go and take all ya lil lackeys and get on sum where, okay?” Jonay retorts. Brittney glares at Jonay before signaling her girls to move out.
Jonay walks up to the little terrified girl, “Wassup, kid. Don’t worry about Brittney. She’s a bit of a pain.” Jonay says, sticking her hand out for the girl to grab. The girl took Joany’s hand hesitantly, “Th-Thank you...” She says, still a little shaken up. Jonay flashes a toothy smile in response making the ten year old loosen up a bit, “My name’s Jonay. What’s yours?” Jonay greets. The ten year old smiles a little, showing her braces, “My name is Serinity.” The little girl, now known as Serinity, responds. Jonay nods, “Pretty name for a pretty kid.” She say in a nice voice making Serinity giggle, “Thank you.” She says still smiling.
“What’s your schedule, lil dawg?” Jonay asks. Serinity hands Jonay a white and neatly folded piece of paper. Jonay scans the girl’s paper before smiling, “Cool. You got the same schedule as me and my best friend, Toni.” She says before handing the paper back to Serinity. Serinity tilts her head, “Is he nice?” She asks making Jonay laugh, “SHE just gotta get used to you.” She says making Serinity laugh.
