When you visit Po’s village in the The Valley of peace at Dreamworks Animation and all of the sudden this music start playing in background. you have to perform the Tai Chi Flow but this is no where close to T even 🤣 but I used to practice Tai Chi Flow during my theater days back in 2011 - True Story. “Sfogliatelle” Still learning to pronounce it correctly. The first time I have seen this flaky 🐚 look alike mighty pastry on a food channel covering Italian cuisine about 7-8 years ago since then it’d stuck in my mind. It’s complicated and damn fascinating so traditional and very difficult to make but taste heaven. So last month after a necessary failed attempt I managed to do this. It’s a pure labor of love. It will take lot of batches to make a perfect one but Flavor wise it’s spot on. Ricotta, Candid Orange and pure Vanille simple clean flavor. My obsession with chocolates is infinite and I absolutely love everything about it but there is this beauty, never get tired of making and holds very special place in my heart. And this the finest Puff Pastry I have ever done so far thanks to the AOP(Protected Designation of Origin) churned butter name PAMPLIE, produced in a small village of Pamplie,in Gâtine region of France. It’s the tastiest butter I ever had. The traditional churning and fermenting process of cream give this butter superior delicate flavor. I do have one question in my mind can we produce this kind of butter in India? Why not? We are gifted with diverse climate and there definitely is one place in India where we can do this.
