I know I harp on the Doom Slayer not canonically doing the Peter Griffin Surfin' Bird dance, but that just proves my point. The Doom Slayer does not do the Peter Griffin Surfin' Bird dance. Period.

(( Yeah, I can understand that.
And I've seen more and more artists lately announcing they were going to leave Twitter for good.
The site has never been artist-friendly to begin with (not like Tumblr was back in the golden age and before they decided to shoot themselves in the d*** by banning NSFW blogs), but since Space Karen has taken control, things have started to go south fast, both for artists AND for at least half of the user-base (that are not either hardcore MAGAs/Conservative RWers or just Elm0's simps).
If things (and ESPECIALLY management) don't change, 'll give Twitter another year or two before the Apartheid Billionaire decides to either deem the Social Media a failure and shut it down completely or do like the higher ups here at Tumblr did (several times) and just sell it for peanuts at the first buyer.
At that point, it's a mistery what will happen.))
Jamesy: Mind if I take over for a moment?
Movie Slate: Go ahead, you're good.
Jamesy: You guys are gonna laugh, but I lost interest when they changed the bird logo to a simple X. Not because I'm a bird myself, but because it's so ugly. So cold. So impersonal. So...artificial. It's so ugly, it's all so ugly. I don't want to use that website anymore. It makes me really sad.
Movie Slate: *pats, pats*
Jamesy: Don't RP on main.

Well, glad to see Tumblr pushed ANOTHER change to the layout on our Dashboards unilaterally....and this is one of the first things that I see (more than once too, considering I usually go back from the last post I saw the day before and go back up and I saw this thing at least 4 or 5 times).
Sooooo, @staff.....
Remind us again: WHY did you lot lost around 60-70% of your user base around December 2018 again? 🤔
Remind us all again WHAT is the ONE POLICY you pushed on that same period that you are STILL hell-bent not to reverse, when THIS is what's still around in PLAIN SIGHT? 🤔
NSFW artists were banned left and right without notice and many STILL cannot return here because they'd immediately be kicked out again....But your Live feature promotes nothing but Pr0n bots like it's something normal.
😑

Watched Zootopia+ *SPOILERS*
Also, daaaaayum, a new Review post here after so long.
Spoilers, discussion, ranking and Final Verdict after the cut.
This was a fun amalgamation of short stories all in all, although, sadly, just like with Baymax and I Am Groot, not really that useful to hint at a possible sequel for this world and characters.
The fact each story also happened, chronologically speaking, at the same time of the main story of Zootopia (to the point they even cheaply re-used snippets of the movie instead of creating something new, especially focused on Nick and Judy) didn't really help.
Here's my ranking (with a bit of motivation too):
The Godfather of the Bride: The best short story (possibly also because of my bias towards The Godfather - Part II) and the only one that greatly expanded on the universe of the characters. The only flaw of the episode was the absence of Nick and Judy at the wedding of Fru Fru (considering they were there), but that's basically because they didn't have any good shots with the two from the movie to reuse here without having to call Jennifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman to reprise their roles (and, at that point, calling them only for a one episode cameo with new lines to record would have been a huge waste).
Hopp on Board: Most of what made this episode so good was the interactions between Bonnie and Stu Hopps. Also, slapstick comedy is always funny to watch.
The Real Rodents of Little Rodentia: Considering the premise, I wasn't expecting this episode to also have a sentimental portion towards the end, which I appreciated very much. I also liked the introduction of Fru Fru's friends and cousin, but the episode looses a position in my ranking in terms of breaking the continuity. Specifically, when Fru Fru almost gets crushed by the giant doughnut, since they re-used the scene from the movie, the mice that were with her outside the shop were not her friends, thus breaking the immersion of the episode.
Dinner Rush: It was kind of a bummer to find out the waitress Sam was NOT, in fact, Mrs. Otterton, with the writers basically missing the opportunity to expand on her character to have her be more than just "the wife that set everything in motion" from the movie. Flash and Priscilla also made the episode kinda annoying after a while (in my opinion, what made the DMV's scene of the movie so memorable and entertaining was probably the fact it was short yet felt like an eternity, but in a fun way, whereas here having to watch very slow characters for 9 whole minutes made the experience a drag). This one ALSO broke the immersion with its ending scene, since they tied this story with the finale of Zootopia and, once again, went against their own continuity (Gazelle's concert was at 6PM, yet Priscilla and Sam were in the same car Flash was driving as he was stopped by Nick and Judy, who JUST started their morning shift and patrolling...come on, not EVERY short story needed to be tied to the main one by reusing segments of it!). This was the worst tie-in to the main story they pulled in the whole series.
Duke the Musical: Aside from a personal dislike in musicals (although I've also watched many other movies which were musicals that I appreciated), this story didn't really bring that much, not to the character of Duke, not to "what happened as X was going on", nor in terms of "this character evolved after this experience". This episode could have been used to expand on some more important characters in the whole universe, like Bellewheter (personally, a "prison break attempt" episode or even showing her dealing with Mayor Lionheart to expand on what her daily life was that pushed her to scheme the whole "let's show how predators are dangerous" plot from the movie would have been much better than a musical number that ultimately didn't change anything...I wonder if the reason for Bellwether's absence in the series was because they were not able to bring Jenny Slate back to reprise her role).
So You Think You Can Prance: Let me get this straight. You ALREADY have only 6 episodes for this series. Each one being ONLY 10 minutes long (even less, once you remove the opening and end credits). You were able to have Shakira come back to reprise her role as Gazelle and Idris Elba to reprise his role as Chief Bogo... And you made THE WHOLE EPISODE being just a dream of Clawhouser? Dream episodes are absolutely THE WORST you can come up with in terms of entertainment and are a HUGE waste of the watcher's time. I want those 9-10 minutes of my life back, Disney!
Final Verdict: 6/10
Not bad, but, again, the whole experience didn't give me the impression this was done with the goal to reignite everyone's interest back into the Zootopia universe to launch a sequel (which was ALREADY supposed to be set to launch in 2021).
At this point, I doubt we will ever get one.

Re-watched the main 13 episodes of Baccano! after 10+ years...
...and aside from the segments that show what happened in 1932 being, as I remembered, the most boring and useless parts of the series, it STILL holds pretty well after all this time.
Also, Miria and Isaac remain the best pair of characters ever created!
Next, I must watch once again Durarara!! and maybe FINALLY catch up on Season 2 as well.

Finished Squid Game, and I want to talk about the finale *SPOILERS*
I actually felt that the final twist of Oh Il-Nam being the mastermind behind everything was actually detrimental to the story, since:
A) It takes away the HUGE emotional impact of watching him and Seong Gi-Hun playing the Marble Game, knowing that at that point he basically sorta cheated and allowed Seong to go on, knowing he wouldn't die at the end of it anyway.
B) I've seen the same plot twist in other similar stories and I always found it contrived, especially in here, since there was almost NO WAY Oh Il-Nam could have predicted the outcome of both the Night Massacre Mini-Game (if someone was able to sneak on him and kill him before his underlings could stop the revolt on his command) and the Tug-O-War game. Also, he was ok taking his chances with the other games but he calls quits before the Glass Bridge Game, were he KNEW his chances of him to not even being able to get on the glass platforms (because of the distance between each row) and passing it were close to zero? At least in other stories where one of the participants is actually the mastermind (take "Ten Little Indians" and the first "Saw" movie as an example of similar plot twists) at least there was almost always someone else working together with the mastermind to guarantee they could survive as long as they wanted (before faking their death), basically cheating from the get-go. Here, with the fact they punished the doctor for "breaking the rule that everyone has equal chance to survive and to fail", having Oh Il-Nam behind everything makes that rule a COMPLETE BS!
Seems like I'm s*****g on the series more than I should, considering I actually enjoyed it A LOT. I just wish they didn't go with THAT particular plot twist.
That would have brought my score to a 10/10, but that plot twist really lowered the score a lot.
Final Score: 8/10
