If you kinda sorta train some of the time, you'll kinda sorta get results ALL of the time. You have to train like you want results CONSISTENTLY! Even when it's not convenient. Even when you're tired. This picture was taken last night at 10pm. Yup. I spent my Friday night at the gym squatting it out getting my #glute workout and cardio in. Sure, I would have rather Been in my sweats on my couch. But sometime we have to make sacrifices when we have a goal in mind. "If you can't sacrifice for what you want, then what you want will be the sacrifice."

You gotta push yourself. You have to test your limits. Your training should challenge you every time. I saw Man of Steel last night and there was a quote that struck a chord with me: "The only way to grow stronger is to keep testing your limits." It's so true. As we grow stronger we find new limits. And if we want to continue to see results then we have to continue to train even harder than before. This is why it seems with every competition My training is just a little more intense than the last, or so it seems. I'm enjoying my rest day today after a killer week of training and looking forward to seeing the results 😊💪
