Progress is still slow and it wasn't what I had aimed for but bright side at least I started on analytics which I have been procrastinating on for sooo long~

getting things done method

Hi, it’s werelivingarts again! One another method beside Pomodoro and Eat the Frog that you can use to organize your time is Getting Things Done. 

When there are so many tasks bouncing around mind, it’s difficult to focus and complete them. Therefore, to do this, the first step is to write down all the tasks you need to do. Then, divide the tasks in smaller actions and organize them on your timetable! Hope that you find this useful! 💙💜❤️💻🥛🍫

Why a Study Blog

On the bright side, my schedule has never been so neat before. Though the same thing can't be said of my writing. 🤣

this changed the way i read

when i get stressed and don’t have any time to read, i get even more stressed looking at all the books in my shelf. it’s gotten to a point where i tried e-books, but the mass of book files unread soon caught up to me.

two things changed how i read: organization and summaries.

the storygraph is an amazing, fairly new plattform where you can sort, list, review books and get personalised suggestions. it’s still in beta, but i’ve really been enjoying being able to discover books, marvel at them, and keep an eye on all the books i own, read, or didn’t finish. it’s a great alternative to goodreads i can really recommend, especially for fiction. check it out here.

as for non-fiction, blinkist has been an absolute life-saver. it boils down the key messages from non-fiction books to 10-15 minutes of reading/audio. having all the highlights neatly lined up for reference instead of plunging through reiterations of the same concept… it’s saved so much time and mental energy. click here to test it out for free. 

having both a place to sort, organize and discover all of my reading, and access to summaries of amazing non-fiction books really helped me read more and enjoy the process. hope it helps you too!
