Everyone meet my child sketch! This is a facial expression concept sheet cause a friend of mine were talking about making v-tuber icons and I just wanted to draw all her facial expressions. Sketch is sort of another self insert as she is based off of me, however her and my actual self insert illustrator (which can be seen on my blog profile picture) are two separate characters from two separate universes. Anyway, about the baby. Sketch is six years old and had the ability to bring any drawing to life. For a majority of her life, she was held in a lab and experimented and tested on because of this ability. It started at such an early age that she didn’t have a name at first, it was just experiment #2709. She eventually slipped out, completely by accident I might add, and sort of wandered the streets alone until she met Zane. Zane, a 20 something year old college student, found her being surrounded by two of the scientists and lied his way into having them let her go. Because of this, sketch instantly trusted him and refused to go anywhere else, so congrats Zane you just successfully obtained child lol. He gave her the name sketch and they now live together. Zane’s her older brother/ parental figure and she deeply cares about them, though her powers have caused some shenanigans since Zane likes to draw and there was an incident with the sketchbook… Anyway the world they live in is essentially like a murder mystery/horror type world so we have that going on. Anyway I just wanted to share the silly I hope you all enjoy her!

funny dnd moment that happened to me recently

For context, my party and I were in the middle of a dungeon brawl with 10 or so goblins and reinforcements were quickly approaching and were going to enter the room after my turn. We had already taken quite a beating and spell slots were running low, so in a last ditch attempt to save our skin, I came up with a brilliant yet dumb as bricks idea:

Me, OOC: I shout fireball as loud as I can at the enemy Dm: you can’t cast fireball, that isn’t one of your spells… do u mean fireBOLT? Me, OOC: no I mean fireball DM: but u can’t cast that! Me, OOC: yeah, but the enemies don’t know that Dm: (bursts out laughing) roll intimidation check with inspiration Me: nat 20 Dm: every single enemy, including the incoming reinforcements, run away in fear and leaves u all alone, combat has ended Rest of the party: you’ve got to be kidding me!?!?!?!

anyone who says redemption arcs are toxic has clearly never seen hazbin hotel cause it’s done so well there. Also I believe every person can change if given a second chance, some people don’t even get a first chance. You can never know someone’s true potential unless you give them an opportunity to show it to you.

Dramatic intro/ foreshadowing aside, this is the Jolly Roger for one of the pirate crews in my book I’m writing! The book is called “A Siren’s Call” and follows Neria, a small siren kid that ended up getting kidnapped from her home when she was 7 years old. She was kidnapped by the aforementioned stonefish crew, who are one of the main pirate crews and antagonists, at least in the earlier chapters. You can find it on Quotev, my username there is the same one here, super OC creator. Chapters 1-6 are already up! This is my first time doing something like this so I hope you like it! This is the same Neria as the one in a previous post where she protects her girlfriend. Anyway, as always base is included and I hope you enjoy it!

Day 8 of the OC ship showcase! This time it’s stars so I saw this comic base with the Christmas star and said close enough lol. This was also supposed to be posted around Christmas so I’m late to both. Anyway, let’s get into the lore! Zephora is the purple one she’s an alien and the only one with powers alive in her species. Those with powers were seen as oracles for their ability to control and manipulate stars and space, and because they are able to predict the future with this power when trained but then they were taken advantage of and the massacre of those with these powers ensued. Zephora managed to escape with the help of a friend after her family gave her up when she discovered these powers. Zephora was captured by earth scientists for a while (she had amnesia caused by the scientists to prevent her from fighting back) and in the lab she met Jozlyn (the one with black hair and pink tips) who has empathic powers. One of Jozlyn’s eyes actually changed color and her pupil changes shape based on her emotions like Ink! Sans. These two are probably my most trauma free, wholesome couples because Jozlyn has GOOD PARENTS who stop at nothing to get her out of the lab and the authorities in this case weren’t corrupt and Jozlyn took Zephora with her and now she’s teaching her about earth (and yes, Jozlyn made the “I ❤️ earth shirt for her). I love them so much I can’t. Also I think I messed up on the eye placement of her different eye it’s supposed to be on the left side, but I think one of the panels I drew it on her right. I still can’t tell though so let me know. As always the base is credited and please check them out I love all the comic bases they make.

Stop being a little chaotic shit, it’s going to catch up with you one day and if you don’t have a plan it’s not going to end well

Tell Sam you love them, they need to hear it more than you realize.

Treasure your relationships, especially with your sister. Quit rolling your eyes at her when she worries about you getting hurt or nags at you to do your homework because she’s the only one who’s going to do that. You only have each other, so tell her how much she means to you every once in a while.

Hey guys I’m back again with my OC ship showcase! I am aware shipruary 2024 is going to start soon but I’m a procrastinator and haven’t been on in a while so we’re just going to ignore that. Day 7 is movie so we have Xiya (blonde) and her girlfriend Faye (brunette) watching a movie on Xiya’s laptop. You can imagine whatever movie you think they are watching, I think Morbius because those are the only appropriate faces to make when watching that movie. Anyway into the lore! Xiya Pierce is one of my spider people OCs but she does exist in the same world as all my other OCs. Her hero name is Taser Web because she has a venom shock but she can also shoot web out of her wrist and these webs are high conductive to her venom shock. So she basically shoots mini tasers. She is a cheerleader (or was until she got bit) and has severe ptsd! Essentially how she got bit is she was kidnapped by Gradient (evil science organization and the big bads of this world remember them lol) and was forced to stay still as the spider was put on her hand and bit her. Sad thing is she didn’t even realize she had powers until she got out thanks to Incantation. Speaking of incantation let’s talk about her! Faye Conway is my magic user/ sorceress character. Her hero name is incantation and she is essentially able to do anything with magic but she has to develop and practice the spells herself. It takes a while to make a new spell but she tries to make it work. Anyway she has known Xiya since middle school so when Xiya went missing Faye didn’t rest until she found her. They started dating a little bit after and now Faye’s main focus is helping Xiya overcome her trauma. They’re actually both theatre kids (Faye managed to convince Xiya to try out for a play after she quit cheerleading and the rest is history) and they’re one of the few characters who actually have good parents that aren’t dead or dying! That was a lot I just love them so much. As always base is included check them out they are so talented and hopefully I can post more regularly now.
