Our core mission at Co-Ed Supply has always been to connect students with amazing new products, brands, and entertainment. I’m proud to say that with your help we’ve grown quickly and have been helping students in all 50 states discover their favorite new snacks, bands, body washes and more for most of this past school year. In our efforts to reach even more students, today we’re introducing Swagger.
Swagger is a members only community that delivers the same amazing products you’ve been receiving, plus exclusive deals and event access for students. The best part? It’s all FREE.
We’ll gradually be letting members access Swagger, so sign up now to get on the wait list (of course you’ll all be in first). Students can move to the front of the wait list by inviting friends. The more friends one invites, the faster they’re in. The university with the most members will win a party on campus during welcome week and will be the first students granted access.

3 Easy Pretzel Crisps Recipes!
Summer is officially upon us. That means barbeques, days at the pool, and trips to the lake or beach. Stay in bikini form by eating smaller, more frequent, and healthier meals. We've compiled some of our favorite bite-sized snacks, with a little help from our friends at Pretzel Crisps!

1. CRISP-Y SLIDERS
Ingredients
24 Pretzel Crips (we like the sesame ones for this recipe)
1/2 lb ground lean beef or turkey
3 slices of sandwich-sized cheese
3 pieces of lettuce (each about the size of your palm)
12 sandwich pickles
Ketchup & Mustard (optional)
Directions:
Break cheese & lettuce slices into 4 pieces each, set aside for later.
Sprinkle salt & pepper on ground meat for seasoning
Form small hamburger patties (about the size of a walnut)
Cook hamburger patties on the stove (or on the grill)
Top patties with cheese to melt
Remove from heat source
Assemble and serve
Makes 12 mini-burgers Prep & Cook Time: 15-20 minutes

2. THAI BISTRO SAMMIES
Ingredients
7.2 oz bag Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps (everything flavor)
12 slices deli turkey
2 TBSP peanut butter
1 bunch cilantro leaves (at least 36 leaves)
12 slices cucumber, peeled
2 TBSP jalepeno pepper jelly
4 large leaves green leaf lettuce
Directions:
Set 12 whole Pretzel Crisps seasoning side down on a cutting board.
Add toppings to each, in this order: 1 slice of smoked turkey deli meat (folded in half twice), 1/2 tsp peanut butter, 3-5 cilantro leaves, 1 slice cucumber, 1/2 tsp pepper jelly, and two layers of lettuce.
Complete each sandwich with a second whole Pretzel Crisp, seasoning side up.
Plate and serve, or store ahead in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours.
Makes 12 mini-sandwiches Prep Time: 15 minutes

3. CRISPY CANDY BITES
Ingredients
1 bag of Original Pretzel Crisps
1 jumbo bar of white chocolate (or 2 reguar-sized bars)
1 bag of M&M candies
Double-boiler (or small saucepan)
Spatula
Tongs
Parchment paper
Making these candies can be fun for all. We recommend recruiting an extra set of hands to help in the process. The more the merrier when cooking with friends!
Directions:
Separate the red and blue M&Ms
Lay out your Pretzel Crisps
Start your double boiler (or small saucepan) on medium-low heat
Toss in pieces of white chocolate
Melt down white chocolate by continuously string with spatula
Once white chocolate is melted dip half of your Pretzel Crisp® into the chocolate with tongs
After dipping place one blue and one red M&M on top of your Pretzel Crisps
Set Pretzel Crisps® down on parchment paper (face-up)
Let cool for 10 minutes at room temperature
Enjoy with your favorite refreshing beverage
*Extra: You could also dip the chocolate dipped Pretzel Crisps® into red and blue sprinkles!

Toasted Coconut & Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Submitted by Rhode Island College Campus Ambassador, Rachael Swiss
When it’s hot and humid, the last thing you want to do is eat a heavy meal! Over the next few weeks, we will provide few summer recipes to keep you refreshed and help you shed some of those “dining hall pounds”!
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (about 1lb)
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes (we LOVE the toasted coconut chips from Dang Foods)!
2 large shallots – thinly sliced
1 tsp of Season with Spice’s Smoked Serrano Chili Powder
1/2 tsp of Season with Spice’s Lemongrass Powder (optional)
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves – roughly chopped
Dashes of salt, to taste
1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil, sunflower oil, or coconut oil
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce – whole leaves separated to create wraps
1 avocado – diced (or try diced mango)
Lime wedges
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Add the chicken breasts, lower heat to simmer, cover the pot, and cook for about 15-20 minutes. When the chicken is done – drain water, allow meat to cool, and pull into thin strips.
2. While the chicken is cooking in Step 1, take out coconut flakes and a small, non-stick skillet. Place the coconut flakes in the skillet, and toast over low heat until lightly brown & fragrant. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken pieces with shallots, 2/3 of the toasted coconut flakes, cilantro, smoked serrano chili powder, and lemongrass powder (optional). Season to taste with salt. Add lime juice & oil, and mix well.
To assemble:
Place the coconut-chicken salad mix on the lettuce wrap. Top with diced avocado or mango and some more coconut flakes, and squeeze lime juice over. Best served in separate bowls so everyone – whether it’s a family dinner or a summer party – can assemble their own wraps.

Easy-Peasy Outdoor Lantern

Submitted by Northwestern Michigan College Campus Ambassador, Rachel Lord
Summer is all about backyard barbecues and massive bonfires down at the beach. To help set the outdoorsy, fun mood, easy crafts like this outdoor lantern are ready to use in minutes and do not require many supplies- a rare jackpot to the average college kid!
Supplies Needed:
- However many mason jars you would like to use
- Small pebbles
- Tea lights to be placed inside the mason jars (or electric tea lights if using inside!)
- Chains and a drill if you wish to hang the lanterns
What to do:
1. Take a clean, empty mason jar and fill about a quarter of the way with pebbles.
2. Place your desired tea light (wax or plastic) inside the jar and nestle into the pebbles.
3. Remove the middle piece from the lid so that the lid is open in the center (so the flames can breathe!).
4. If you so desire to hang the jars, drill a hole in each side of the lid, then thread any heavy duty chains or wire through the holes. Make sure the hanging material is durable enough to hold the jars! Last thing you need at your summer garden party is a lantern falling on the grass and starting a fire! Oy vey!
5. Screw on the lid tight and decorate your party scene!
Note: the easiest way to light the candles is with a long-neck lighter that can easily reach down into the jars.
These dainty lanterns are not only adorable but are cost efficient and will be a great accent to any special occasion!
Have a great summer!!

HighSchool Seniors: 5 Ways to Survive Summer Break before College
Submitted by University of Florida Campus Ambassador, Alexa Tsongranis
At last! Freedom from the confines of high school and on to all the glory of college in the fall!
There’s only one obstacle: surviving the next few months at home with your parents. Yikes! Now it’s not entirely bad, but here are some tips for prepping yourself while counting down the days until your arrival on campus.
1. Spend time with your high school friends. Don’t take them for granted you spent 4 years with these people and quite possibly may never see them again. Use the summer to say goodbye by creating some awesome memories and document it with lots of pictures!
2. Spend time with your family. You won’t realize how much you miss your family until they drop you off at school.

3. Don’t over pack. Common rookie mistake to pack your entire room into boxes and hope it’ll all fit in your new living space because chances are, it won’t. Search a good basic packing list online for what to bring to college, and use that as a guide. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the dorms...goodbye Muffy :(
4. Don't pre-order your books. As much as you want to be the eager beaver by preordering all your textbooks and class materials, don’t. It’s better to wait to see what on the course requirements are actually needed, when in the class so you don’t spend money on something you don’t need.
5. Breathe. You’re probably feeling a mixture of anxious excitement and joyful dread. It’s normal, get ready to enjoy the best 4 years of your life!

Packing Pains
6 Packing Tips to Move Home
1. Label Everything
Make sure to put everything that is related in the same box, for instance, put all your TV wires and boxes into one box labeled “TV gear” to make it easier to unpack.
2. Vacuum Seal Bags

Using vacuum-sealed bags is the best way to move clothes; you can take your big stacks from your drawers and cut them down by half.
3. Defrost the fridge

This is one you definitely want to do in advance. You don’t think about it until your mini fridge is melting all over your car on the way home. Turn your fridge off to let the mini freezer defrost at least two days before you leave to avoid a mess.
4. Take pictures

Take them of anything you think might be relevant, especially your TV or surround sound wiring! It doesn’t seem like rocket science but it’s much easier to rewire when you can just look at a picture and match up the colors.
5. Use sandwich bags to carry small things you’ll need to rebuild

So you unscrewed your futon and can’t find the screws? Now that’s a problem! Keep small sandwich bags to keep those nuts and bolts in one place instead of rolling around in the car.
6. Hire Dorm Movers
It’s a no brainer! They send you empty boxes and tape, you pack them and they’ll do the rest! They’ll deliver your boxes to your house or even store them for the summer!
You can check out Dorm Room Movers here!
