The most overlooked parts of each sign:
Aries:
It's a provider. As a fire sign, it exists in the energy realm. On a cosmic level, it's concerned with creating it's own sources of energy, and then sharing it with others. On a personal level, Aries natives seek enrichment, nourishment, and inspiration before then hoping to inspire or nourish others.
The cornucopia: On a cosmic level, the combined creative and destructive energy of Aries is one of the key things that interconnects everything across all of space-time. On a personal level, people with strong Aries in their natal charts tend to have more influence over others and their surroundings than they maybe even realise.
Taurus:
Sensory needs are the key thing to consider. They are not a superficial thing. If a person is consistently not getting their sensory needs met, then they are either burned out, or spiraling into burnout 24/7. Stability is not achievable like this. On a physical level, everyone becomes less stable if they are less connected to their bodies, sensations, and present environment.
It is self-sacrificing. This is the deeper meaning behind the 'stubbornness' of Taurus. The same way that bulls, across so much time, and so many cultures, are sacrificed for harvest, food, or for entertainment, on a cosmic level, Taurus sacrifices - and allows itself to be sacrificed - to increase value to the universe. On a personal level, Taurus natives are very capable of committing to relationships, situations, and ideals that have become destructive for themselves... as long as they felt some value from it previously, or still find 'crumbs' of it now.
Gemini:
It is autonomy-seeking AND connection-seeking. Does that sound contradictory? Exactly! The connection-seeking nature of Gemini doesn't automatically translate to 'attention-seeking' or even 'relationship-seeking'. It seeks to understand its connection with others, as well as others' connections to each other, and it needs personal freedom to explore all its curiosities. On a cosmic level, Gemini is forming patterns in the air element.
Duality is in everything. This is something that Gemini is innately aware of. Duality' doesn't simply relate to light/dark, or good/bad. Gemini is interested in everything that gets placed into a binary. This is something that fuels Gemini's curiosity as well as it's connection-forming. It also contributes to Gemini being able to take a considerate, resourceful, and person-centered approach with each new encounter.
Cancer:
Cancer is unlearning in its contemplation. What even is 'weakness'? And what is safe? Cancer is deeply concerned with exploring these themes. There are many different types of shell, which do need replacing when they are outgrown, or no longer useful. For example, on a personal level, a cancer native might learn from others that crying makes you appear vulnerable, and so, they will feel 'unsafe' crying and only ever do this in private (or not at all). Cancer requires a safe, nurturing environment to decide -for themselves- whether or not they might be safer sharing their tears with another.
The crab has claws (or at least one... usually). Cancer is capable of defending itself head-on. 'Claws' also mean it is capable of feeding itself, to some degree. It is innate for cancer to consider that while being receptive to nurturing from another increases safety, over-dependence can decrease it.
Leo:
It is generous. On a cosmic level, Leo distributes energy to others, then it restores it through rest. On a personal level, Leo natives are proactive in their compassion towards others and their environment. They can also struggle with developing a healthy activity:rest balance, often feeling like they need to 'earn' their downtime.
It is moral. Having a lion's courage means you 'feel the fear and do it anyway', with awareness of consequences, and an awareness of your own values. On a personal level, this can contribute to the stereotypical black-and-white thinking, in terms of what is 'good' or 'bad'. Also in terms of who is, and who isn't, deserving of a Leo's energy.
Virgo:
It is mutable. Even though it's true that Virgo is hardworking, it is not necessarily as proficient in getting things started, compared to say, a cardinal sign. It is also not as natural as a fixed sign in regards to committing to a long-term project. What this means is; Virgo needs to be genuinely interested in it's work, it needs flexibility, and it needs to find reward, mainly in the form of self-improvement.
Virginity is a myth. The symbol of the virgin cannot mean just any one thing. It has different meanings to different people, and holds a different kind of sacred power according to different mythologies/religions. The symbol of the maiden of harvest is not automatically related to moral/societal innocence. It is, perhaps, always connected to 'purity' to some extent... which takes on different meanings, dependent on the context in which it is used.
Libra:
It is concerned with hierarchy. There are many different ideas and approaches when it comes to creating balance and harmony within a community, and Libra will consider them all. It doesn't rule out the existence of a hierarchy entirely, but it will form strong views about it, and it will be inclusive and thoughtful when it comes to forming those views.
It is not indecisive. It is unassuming. Being symbolized by the balancing scales, Libra wants to process information by comparing to a known value. If there are no 'known values', it will not want to judge. It makes its decisions in cooperation with other people and other sources, in order to base them on 'fact'. This unassuming quality and harmony-seeking nature can lead to the people-pleasing stereotype. However, it can also lead to someone of incredibly honest, just as long as the Libra native learns that actually, being honest (with tact) does tend to keep things more harmonious.
Scorpio:
It can forgive, but it won't forget. The hard exoskeleton of the scorpion is one that can be shed and altered, depending on growth and environmental changes. This represents Scorpio's primary concern with emotional boundaries. Scorpio understands that when someone is wronged, you are not obligated to forget about it and return everything to the previous status-quo. It does, however, mean you need to change the pre-existing boundaries, or implement new ones. It is possible to both forgive and distance yourself. Completely, if necessary.
It is the most perceptive, in the moment. This increases Scorpio's need for boundaries and access to 'inner power' since, if those needs are not being met, Scorpio's perception can become overwhelming, hyper-vigilance. However, when a Scorpio native is able to prioritize their own well-being their perception of other's emotions, or spiritual nature, becomes more accurate, in a way that is more helpful for the universal grand scheme of things, and more comfortable for the native.
Sagittarius:
Preparation is key. On a cosmic level, Sagittarius receives energy through mental-stimulation and directs it towards the future. This is discovering itself and preparing for the future. However, the archer needs a target, and it likes to be actively aiming on said target. Future-focused does not automatically mean optimistic. When feeling aimless, trapped, or unmotivated, the future can become scary and hopeless to a Sagittarius native.
'Happiness' is misunderstood. It is not the same experience as 'joy', for example. Perhaps it is fair to connect Sagittarius and its ruling planet, Jupiter, with happiness, but this can't be over-simplified. Happiness is concerned with long-term contentment or satisfaction. It is concerned with the fulfillment of goals. Importantly, happiness covers a broad range of choices and experiences which can, and often do, include challenges.
Capricorn
It is easily overwhelmed. Especially when it comes to long-term goals, or larger tasks. That is why 'organisation' becomes a key word, and an important skill to develop. Capricorn needs to be able to break everything down into smaller, more manageable pieces that will come with more immediate reward, or it can get a bit stuck.
The fish-goat. Capricorn has a deep need to be helpful. The basic mythology behind the Capricorn's fish-goat creature is that it will jump into a river to rescue others, without hesitation, and without much need for recognition. It simply knows it is capable, and so, it tries. This is where 'responsibility' becomes an important. Having an awareness of what you are capable of, what your limitations are, and importantly, what your own needs are all part of being a responsible, and helpful, Capricorn native.
Aquarius
Well actually, it's an intellectual. Being an air sign, Aquarius exists in the realm of thought. It is observant, a skilled problem-solver, and it is deeply concerned with self-discipline. On a cosmic level, Aquarius creates progress in thought and communication. However, it is not concerned with destroying the old and creating the new, in the same way that Aries might be.
What even is 'individuality'? If everyone is in fact, an individual, is anyone a 'weirdo'? Aquarius could, perhaps, be better understood as the sign that most seeks and recognizes individuality. It is the one that knows how to rebel (in a way that isn't destructive), and it is very familiar with being 'out of place'. After all, progress can't happen if you are too comfortable, and progress can't be continuous without the existence of unique thought.
Pisces
There is more than one fish. Pisces is symbolized by two fish. One that is is swimming upstream, one that is going with the flow. On a cosmic level, Pisces is concerned with equilibrium between these two forces. On a personal level, this can translate as Pisces natives who are often overwhelmed in some way. For example, if you have way too much work to do, or too many obligations, then you have no choice but to do everything in a state of urgency, unable to think things through properly, and simply entering a 'flow state'. This satisfies both fish.
There is much more to 'emotional wisdom' than just 'being kind'. Every sign is very capable of being loving, or kind, because they are all divine. On a cosmic level, Pisces understands and it lets go. This is its innate emotional wisdom. On a personal level, this can manifest in so many different ways. For example, Pisces natives can be great listeners. However, if you're looking for a sign that will agree with you about your ex being a dickhead, that is not Pisces... who will probably instead seek to understand where your ex was coming from too, and then let go of any negative feelings towards them. Pisces also seeks to develop emotional wisdom towards itself, in the form of understanding its own emotional responses, and how to best release any that are unhelpful.

North and South Node
There have been many different descriptions of what these nodes mean... ultimately what a lot of these descriptions boil down to is:
South Node shows things that come easily to you, but following this 'comfortable path' becomes limiting in some way.
North Node shows the uncomfortable path, necessary for personal growth, or soul growth.
Both of them together (as they're always in opposition) can show a significant area of 'imbalance' in your life.
There's often more 'fate' attached to both, compared to descriptions of other personal planets.

Romance in the Houses
Ascendant: New beginnings. How to approach first meetings/dates.
1st House: How to approach working on your self image. This is something you may feel you need to do before entering any commitments. It may be important to continue this work while you're in any relationship too.
2nd House: How important are shared morals/values? How important is it for you to be financially independent? What kind of gifts/items do you value?
3rd: How important is it to work on communication skills with someone? Or should it just flow effortlessly?
4th House: How to "settle down" in a way that feels positive. How to build a home with someone. Also shows the importance of cultural traditions within your relationships.
5th House: How to 'play' and create with someone in a way that's beneficial to you.
6th House: How to give and receive support, without feeling too selfish, or too used.
Descendant: Things you project onto other people. When you're attracted to someone as soon as you meet them (or hate them as soon as you meet them) the descendant basically shows what causes this reaction.
When people are in a miserable relationship, with lots of incompatibilities, they often use "opposites attract" as a way of reassuring themselves in some way. The descendant can show you what would make someone your "opposite" but in a good way.
7th House: Your main needs within partnerships generally, not just romantic ones. How your parents relationship may have affected your approach to relationships, and the dynamics your drawn to, or keep repeating. Highlights how important relationships are to you, for soul growth, and how easily they come to you.
8th House: How your teen romances, or first dating experiences, may have affected your approach to dating. How transformative/intense you need your relationships to be. How to keep a relationship going through big life changes.
9th House: How much space do you need to learn and grow? How to explore and travel with a partner in a way that beneficial to you, or if you need to do those things independently.
Midheaven: Applicable maybe if a romantic relationship is a main goal for you in life. How to approach this goal for optimum success.
10th House: How much do you need PDA? Potentially, how your reputation/career could affect your relationships and visa versa.
11th House: The importance of mutual friends or shared sense of community. Could help emphasize whether friendship or romance is most important.
12th: How much you appreciate/need time apart. How much you need your own space. How to say goodbye.

Reading for Sag Risings and Sag Moons
There's an overall theme of hard work, and challenging emotions. Take a step back and evaluate.
There's mourning happening right now. Or at least a lot of reflection on what used to be. This could be about a relative, friend, companion animal, or ex... I'm leaning towards something familial though. Spiritually, your connection with them is there forever.
The work you've already started will alllow you to become more expressive and authentic, leading to new opportunities for friendship and travel.
Balance and maintenance needs to be a bigger priority than transformation, for now. There's a need to communicate with an advisor/counselor about something, and you need to be sincere and assertive. Use discernment, and trust your own inner voice. Being receptive to advice is good, if it progresses your life in some way. However, you don't need to place any value on their opinion of you as a person.
You also have some challenging emotions relating to current relationships (or potential relationships). Don't force anything more than friendship. Including if you're currently in a romantic relationship... Focus more on the friendship side of it. Essentially, you want to give them enough space that they will say something unexpected, or show a side of themselves you hadn't realised before. You'll learn something difficult, but grow as a result.
A pause is necessary amongst all the work you're doing, to come up with new ideas/plans. There's something about tragedy and compassion coming together to bring respite. Connecting with nature is encouraged, as this may bring an extra boost in creativity.
Your home life also requires some work, which will be worth the effort. This isn't work that requires another person. Cooperating with nature or the Divine is encouraged, and again, there's emphasis on opposing forces coming together (i.e. the tragedy and compassion?) to create something new.

The most helpful thing about a birthchart is knowing where you can prioritise different aspects of yourself, so here are some basics:
Aries: Where you're encouraged to seek out your own sources of energy/inspiration. Enrichment is required here. And decent nutrition/exercise.
Taurus: Where you lst need to prioritise your sensory needs and be careful about what/whom you commit to.
Gemini: Where you most need personal freedom to follow your curiosities about others. This is also Where good communication is most needed.
Cancer: Where you most need safety and nurturing. You might need to contemplate and unlearn any unhelpful messages you've received relating to perceived weakness/vulnerability.
Leo: Where you most need a decent activity/rest balance. The 'activity' usually revolves around being generous and compassionate with others in some way.
Virgo: Where you most need to take an analytical, detail-oriented, and sincere approach, with self-improvement being the main goal.
Libra: Where you most to need to prioritise harmony and cooperation with others. Your approach to uncertainties here is to compare to a known value, and realise the 'big picture'.
Scorpio: Your priority here is your own wellbeing. Boundaries and connecting with your inner power (inner voice) are especially important. Trust your gut instinct here.
Sagittarius: Where you most need to explore and learn. Honest, direct strategies (with the future in mind) are important.
Capricorn: Organisation is required, especially when it comes to larger projects or demanding tasks. You need to be able to break things down so you get smaller, but more regular rewards. It's also important to take responsibility for your own needs and behaviour here.
Aquarius: This is where you most need to feel 'on top' of things. An observant, thoughtful approach is required, where progress is the main priority. Share your observations and ideas with others.
Pisces: This is where you most need to 'let go' and let the universe guide you. Pisces always wants be in a sort of 'flow state'. There isn't really any other advice (for a shorter text post anyway). It's innate.

The Planets
The Sun 1) Our sense of self, but when our perception is very much connected with the universe. 2) Informs on our #1 core need for growing into our authentic selves (or our core need for reconnecting with our authentic selves). 3) The positive traits that 'shine' through when that core need is being met. 4) Creative energy/life force of the universe. Also described as the 'love and wisdom' of the universe. Why it chose to inhabit our body, and what we can do to honour it.
Mercury 1) Our conscious thinking that allows us to perceive ourselves as being a separate thing from our external environment. (Less connected, compared to the Sun). 2) Covers a lot of our conscious social processing, predictive modelling, and decision making. 3) Plays a key role in how we communicate with others, and how we express ourselves. This isn't limited to verbal cues.
Moon 1) Subconscious and emotion. 2) The 'fast brain' i.e. thoughts and internal processes that occur so rapidly, they often become emotion before they become conscious thought. 3) 'Gut instinct', or things we 'automatically know' i.e. 2+2=4.
Mars 1) Motivation and drive. 2) Transforms our thoughts, conscious and subconscious into action. 3) Offers guidance on what our most productive motivator is. 4) Can advise on how to approach following our passions, or how to act on our feelings.
Venus 1) Love, beauty, art. 2) Gives guidance on what we need to feel loved/valued in a way that will also allow us to become more loving. Not always romantic. 3) Also shows our main need for connecting with our creative/artistic side. Potentially, how to go about healing our 'creative wound'. 4) Meeting Venus' needs will also allow us to feel more beautiful, and to perceive more beauty in the world, generally.
Jupiter 1) Maturing/growth/expansion 2) Challenges/opportunities that will come with personal growth, success, or happiness, if accepted. Usually optional, but that can depend on aspects. 3) Offers guidance on how to deal with the discomfort of 'growing up'. 4) Can also offer guidance on how to 'expand' or grow in other ways.
Saturn 1) Gives advice relating to boundaries, structure, and limitations. 2) Not very optional, as not setting boundaries where they're required will lead to limitations that are potentially more uncomfortable or challenging.
Neptune 1) Escape from the external (physical) environment. For example, dreams, intoxication, movies, games, spirituality, and the internet. 2) Often connected to technological innovation and electricity.
Uranus 1) Individuality, autonomy, rebellion. 2) Represents where we're least likely to be able to 'fit in', and offers guidance on how to deal with that. 3) Can offer guidance on how (and where) to first approach 'unmasking'.
Pluto 1) Transformation. 2) Offers guidance on how to cope with transformative events, or how to approach transforming ourselves. 3) Can also represent some distortions in our perception. 4) Like Uranus and Neptune, any descriptions of Pluto within each sign/house need to remain very generalized. The aspects within your chart will provide more specifics.
Ascendant 1) Your general approach to life. Particularly your approach to unfamiliar environments, and new things. 2) How you present yourself to others. Particularly to strangers. 3) Can include gestures/facial expressions you learned during your formative years, and how you're naturally inclined to styling yourself. 4) The ascendant (including your first house) can show labels that were applied to you as a child. 5) Coping strategies learned during your formative years. 6) Informs on what your chart ruler is...
