Do you think my sensitivity to textures on food could be apart of my syn? I HACENT really thought about it before but I don’t like the texture of a mango because it’s mushy but because it’s a squish I blobs with tiny full pokies on it

Excuse me but the dorm rooms smell like a very horrible shade of orange this morning, could we possibly get some yellow air freshener in here to combat the smell?

The Yellow air fresheners have been dispatched by a group of smell-color synnies. They couldn’t all agree, but the majority ruled peppermint was close enough.

For the first time ever I met someone who’s voice matches their name perfectly. Both their voice and name are a beautiful, shimmering, dark magenta, with a soft texture. It’s amazing

That type of person is a rarity, but quite an amazing one, anyways.

That is a beautiful description.  A great many of my friends are purple too.  I’ve found that they are some of the most easygoing people that I know.

Can we have the downtown shopping area speakers only play music that matches the weather?

Absolutely!  We now have a series of spotify playlists for different types of weather.  If you would like to add songs to these playlists, let us know.  Also, if the specific playlists do not match your expectations you can go to the blue library and pick up an mp3 player which you can fill with more specifically tailored playlists.

Indeed it does.  Discovering your syn can be a very confusing experience and we at the Squad will do everything in our power to help you feel welcome.

So S is that guy who likes sports or likes to play sports, but is also very fascinated by science (played sports in high school, is now studying science). He's sociable, friendly, attractive and the guy I like is like the human embodiment of S.

As long as your S is willing to cooperate with the other students letters, we see no reason why they cannot join in the intramural activities on campus.

I have several other types of syn, but I have noticed that when I hear sound it has a color. I do not actually see it like with my taste>color but it is constant. Most people's voices are beige or gray, but music is all sorts of colors. Am I going crazy or is this syn?

Hello Anon,

Yes, this is a type of synesthesia.  A person’s syn falls into one of two categories; Associator or Projector. 

A projected synesthetic reaction is when the synnie actually sees/hears/etc the reaction.  This would be your taste>color.

An associative synesthectic reaction is when a synesthectic response is just in their mind space.  This would be your sound>color.

There are lots of resources on this and if you would like to know more we would be happy to recommend some.
