we think everyone is a system if we’re being honest…

either traumagenic,, endogenic,, or other!! there are no rules to plurality bc you can’t understand other people’s brains like they can!!

there is no “scale” for how bad your trauma has to be to be a system,, you could stub your toe and split,, and even then could already be an endogenic system

“singlets” are just systems that haven’t realized it,, the human (or alterhuman!!) brain is very complex and it makes sense we’d have different alters and introjects for daily life

doesn’t include info for endos,, disordered or not

only defines plurality as a debilitating disorder… plurality can be great and healthy!

doesn’t include osdd-1b or osdd-1a?? for some reason?? again very outdated…

uses lots of ableist language like “negative symptoms”

used to discourage self diagnosis

anyways,, pluralpedia is much more reputable and informative 🩵

pregnant headmates should be staying in the most comfortable part of the headspace

avoid stressors and triggers as much as possible!

if the pregnancy is unwanted, talk to your headmates about getting an in-sys abortion. it can be stressful in the moment, but in the long run it may be the right choice

always be sure a caretaker is around!

let pregnant headmates front to enjoy comfort food and things like heated blankets

if a headmate miscarries, keep them away from littles as it may trigger depression
