TENMA TSUKASA (天馬司)

TSUKASA would never shoot down a request for physical touch! physical affection is one of his main things in how he shows affection. of course you’re high uncomfortable with it he’ll stop doing it altogether. but, a cuddle session for the first time would fluster him very much, but he tries to maintain his confident look.

he practically has no privacy in his room (have you ever SEEN his room?) so he’d rather cuddle in your room. but of course some occasions you’d cuddle in his room instead, only to be interrupted unintentionally by either SAKI or his parents. the first time you two have ever cuddle was a fun time because TSUKASA was actually so afraid to touch you, he won’t ever admit it though.

he feels like a warm cushion from a couch, especially if he has his yellow cardigan on. thankfully he’s also really calm when you two cuddle. he understands that you might’ve had a rough day and wouldn’t want to make it worse by his constant firm and confident voice. he might’ve had a rough day as well and would just like to calm down and sleep with you beside him

in short, TSUKASA would be a great person to cuddle with because he’s warm and calm during the entire period. he would love to either hold you in his arms or be held for once. he doesn’t realize it yet, but he absolutely needs to be held. he puts a lot of pressure on himself due to his (implied?) perfectionism and it takes a toll from his mental health without even realizing it.

OTORI EMU (鳳えむ)

WONDERHOY ☆! EMU would absolutely LOVE cuddling you! in fact she practically hugs you at any time she sees you as a surprise! she has too much enthusiasm and would take it out on others by physical affection. she is the literal definition of physical affection. she would absolutely loved to be squeezed by you as well! if you’re uncomfortable by the physical touch, she would apologize multiple times if she accidentally does it again.

she wouldn’t mind if you just wanted to sit back and relax while you two cuddled, she gets like that sometimes. when you two cuddled for the first time, she was super comfortable with nuzzling close as if you two have done this before. she’d also talk about her day and the latest show idea her and the troupe had. she would love to play with your hair and mess it up a bit with the usual smile on her face.

she’s like a soft cloud maybe even squishy? when you cuddle with her. there are some moments where she would be exhausted from performing on stage, but would still retain her positive and cheerful mood but in a more toned down version, though this rarely happens since she’s usually so full of energy. some instances she might fall asleep on you with a big smile on her face.

in conclusion, EMU would always surprise you with a hug, maybe even jump on the same bed you’re in and cling onto you like a panda as she laughs happily. maybe the quiet and relaxation would make her take a short little nap. while she’s more outgoing, she wouldn’t mind a simple quiet cuddle session with her partner.

KUSANAGI NENE (草薙寧々)

NENE is unironically the most physically softest person you’ll ever meet. like she doesn’t even realize it but her skins naturally soft, even if she forgets to take care of herself due to being distracted by her video games. she’ll be very flustered if you ever mention about it to her. when it comes to cuddle sessions, she would never ask first due to her embarrassment of doing so. some occasions you two might unintentionally cuddle somehow.

like i said, she’s like a smooth and soft figure whenever you physically touch her. the softness would probably make you fall asleep a few times in accident. she’s embarrassed to admit it, but she enjoys cuddling. it’s calm, relaxing, and she could fall asleep more easily, as she really doesn’t due to her playing video games at 12 AM unintentionally. she loves it!

the first time you two cuddled was also a bit fun since NENE is afraid of touching you, since she doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable or anything. the more you two did it though, the more relaxed she becomes. there were multiple instances you two have fallen asleep together on accident, but you two don’t mind at all. also, play with her hair, just do it. it’s just as soft as her skin and she’ll allow you to do it.

to sum it up, NENE is very soft and calming, which is perfect for a cuddle session. she feels much relaxed around you and this is a perfect way to be closer with you! she would rather be held than holding you, she likes the idea of you giving her comforting squeezes as you two cuddle. most of the time she’d play her video games on low volume just in case you’re sleeping, she doesn’t want to wake you up!

KAMISHIRO RUI (神代類)

RUI is someone who’d give you a lot of physical affection, whether it’d be on accident or just because he loves you. he’d stop and hold himself back if you are uncomfortable with physical touch. when it comes to cuddling, as much as RUI looks like he would do it frequently with you, he’s probably deep down a bit nervous. not because he’s uncomfortable by it, but simply because he’s never done it before and therefore has no experience with it.

i like to think he’s naturally a bit cold, so it would be better if you two cuddled with some blanket for warmth. he would probably even fall asleep all the time when you two cuddle. he doesn’t get enough sleep due to working and tinkering on his inventions. so any form of relaxation, with also a pinch of you there, would instantly make him feel comfortable enough to sleep.

when you two cuddled for the first time, RUI would probably hold onto you tightly as if you were going to disappear if he didn’t. this is likely due to his fear of you starting to judge him for being a weirdo. he wants to secretly cling onto you and never let go. there are some instances where he’d be the little spoon. sometimes, he simply wants to be held and be told that you still love him despite his eccentric behavior and ideas.

to summarize, RUI would be a tiny bit cold whenever you two cuddled or hug. he’s not afraid to be clingy in private whenever you two cuddle and would hold onto you for dear life. he could also use a break from tinkering with his inventions and get some actual sleep. he wouldn’t say no to cuddling you, he knows that and you know that, so use it to your advantage.

miscellaneous PJSK headcanons

Ena and Akito are adoptive siblings. Akito was adopted into the Shinonome family when they were toddlers

Nene had selective mutism when she was younger. she was only able to freely speak to her family, Rui and his parents. she overcame it throughout the years with therapy, but still occassionally has days where it's really difficult for her to talk

Kanade has albinism, which is partially why she doesn't like going outside, she's conscious that she sunburns easily

pretty much contradicted by their canon younger depictions, but the lighter blue in Toya and An's hair, pink in Saki's and Rui's turquoise streaks are all dyed

Rui can't do mental maths beyond the very simple. yes, he is really good at complicated maths, but he can only do the calculations if he can write it all out, he isn't able to keep track of all the numbers in his head (they get lost within all his ideas.) he is still shockingly quick about it, though

Shizuku is on very friendly terms with the librarian at her local library, who lets her sit in a room at the back that the rest of the public isn't able to access, so Shizuku isn't bothered by fans when she's trying to read in peace and quiet

Ena has been offered modelling jobs from companies that have seen her social media pictures but she's turned them down because she quite literally just couldn't be bothered

An and Akito did each other's piercings past midnight in An's bathroom during middle school. it involved a lot of swearing and smacking each other's hands away and hurt and risk of infection but they don't regret it

when they were very small children, Tsukasa would put Saki and Toya to sleep by reading stories to them. it was one of the rare times his parents would hear him speak so quietly

Rui is coulrophobic. yes, people regularly point out the irony of his outfits resembling those of clowns' but it's really the ones with heavy face paint that creep him out. part of the reason he knows so many secret ways of getting around PXL is because he needs to avoid seeing all of the ones performing there when he's walking around

Sure! This is like, me judging on vibes/stories basically... others may feel differently!

The first generation of top otokoyaku: Anna Jun (Flower), Haruna Yuri (Moon), Migiwa Natsuko (Snow), and Ootori Ran (Star). These were the prime participants in the "Berubara Boom," skyrocketing Takarazuka's mainstream popularity, and leading to the establishment of an official top star system.

Ooura Mizuki, considered one of the best dancers in Takarazuka history, went on to become an internationally renowned tango dancer. It's impossible to attribute this definitively to one person, but I also think she started a steady incline in the difficulty of Takarazuka choreography over the years.

Amami Yuuki, who you mentioned, was famed for her natural acting style, unusual for the stage at the time. She became the youngest top star ever largely due to her popularity, and the fear that she would be offered better opportunities on and off stage outside of Takarazuka. She has also had a successful career in movies and dramas, and is probably the biggest household name amongst OGs.

In my admittedly biased opinion, I think Mori Keaki and Ichiro Maki set the standard for top stars and nihonmono

Maya Miki was noted for actively studying everyday men and somewhat revolutionizing otokoyaku style (think charmingly disheveled suit vs. the traditional buttoned up tailcoat look). She has also had a successful TV/movie career post-Takarazuka and is a household name in Japan.

Wao Youka is the longest running top otokoyaku, and had extremely notable chemistry with Hanafusa Mari (whose record of 8.5 years and 5 husbands will likely never be unseated)

Yuzuki Reon was 2 months shy of Wao's record, similarly had notable chemistry with Yumesaki Nene, and was wildly popular. She and Maya Miki are the only two otokoyaku to perform in Nippon Budokan, which is 7x the typical Takarazuka venue seating capacity.

I also have to mention Nanami Hiroki for a different reason. While those above were IMO very influential otokoyaku in Takarazuka, Nanami Hiroki's graduation marked a notable turning point in the opportunities available in the entertainment industry to OGs who didn't make top. Prior to her graduation, it was fairly rare even for a top musumeyaku to get regular leading roles post-Takarazuka, never mind actresses who were not top stars. Nowadays we see a lot more of this. Miya Rurika has gone on record in print saying the breadth and success of Kai's OG activities have hugely influenced her and paved the way to "be herself" in her career, and we've seen a large number of 2 and 3-ranked former otokoyaku follow similar steps since.

Rui had always had a bit of a crush on you, but he was always too scared to confess. Both Nene and Mizuki teased him until he relented, and he was pleasantly surprised to find out you liked him too!

Spoilers:

I hope Aidalro knows what they're doing because that would be the best possible ending for the series. The only flaw in this timeline is that Amane isn't the same age as Yashiro.

The manga is about wishes, and it always shows us some very good endings for the series. The fake world of No. 4, Aoi sacrificed in place of Yashiro, and now, the butterfly effect. None of these endings are perfect, but they were better than the literal end of the world (which is what Sakura wants)!

I believe the series' end will be tragic. Simply because the characters aren't content with any of these endings. They're all trying to prevent Yashiro's death, but they're not willing to sacrifice anything for it.

Anyway! This chapter left me with many questions.

Is Tsukasa alive? If Amane became a teacher, Tsukasa was never murdered.

Why is Sousuke Mitsuba alive? Does that mean his death was really connected to the Red House? So, did "No. 3 Mitsuba" never exist?

Didn't Mei have a terminal illness? How is she alive!? How Tsukasa influenced in her death?

How are the Seven Mysteries? Tsuchigomori is still supernatural, and Akane is still a Clock Keeper. But who is the No. 4 and the No. 7 of the mysteries? Sakura? Natsuhiko? Does any of them remember who Hanako was?

I could keep going the whole day!

The big problem is that there will ALWAYS be someone who will sacrifice themselves. You understand?

There is always someone who needs to die for things to work, but no one wants to die, no one wants to lose who they love, and that's where the key is.

Will Amane be able to leave Tsukasa? That's why it all happened.

Will Nene be able to leave Amane?

Will Kou be able to leave Mitsuba?

Even in the perfect world of the PP arc, everyone was alive, but nothing was real, it was as if they were inside The Sims.

Talking and having fun with dolls was not ideal.

Nene would survive if Aoi was sacrificed and Hanako walked away, but it wasn't ideal.

And now, a world without Tsukasa, Aidairo wants to show us another possibility of something that is "not ideal"

As if he wanted to tell us all the time that the possibilities of a good ending without someone sacrificing themselves or something artificial happening are impossible.

"Look at all the possibilities I'm showing you, there's no way they can be happy"

Or, Aidairo will surprise us and show us the best possibility for the ending. But since she's a fan of bittersweet tragedies, I imagine it won't be something catastrophic, but it won't be happy, in the same bittersweet tone as usual.

She is showing us that if Tsukasa doesn't return, many people's lives will "return" or improve.

Mitsuba, Mei alive, Nene popular, hmmmmm interesting?

Could it really be Tsukasa's absence? Or is it a number 1 thing? "a good reality for Nene not to try to change things"

Same logic with the fish who wanted to take her to their world, saying it was a much better place than where she is now.

If Nene accepts this reality, everything will be in order. But we know she won't.

See, how would Tsukasa influence Nene's popularity? How would Tsukasa influence Kou to talk to Mitsuba alive?

It's not just about Tsukasa, it's about the clock keepers.

Despite this, I believe that Mitsuba and Mei's deaths are linked to Tsukasa. I've already mentioned Mitsuba's in other posts, since he had the photo of the red house, but Mei is still a mystery.

About the mysteries, Tsuchigomori is still there, he is a supernatural, why would he be at school for no reason? Hmm…. and the God still exists, but was it necessary to seal him?

• he would not hate having a 4'11 s/o. In fact , he loves you for it. There's something about your height that brings out aggressive fondness and adoration from the boy.

hi, this is tsutsumi-kurose!! i have sort of a two part question haha, i was rereading the picture perfect arc, and it seems like shijima and tsukasa have worked together before? in 54 she says "no good ever comes from dealing with you," as if she's done it a lot, so i was wondering if you had any thoughts on that, because idk if that familiarity ever gets explained?

also, in 52 shijima tries to convince him not to "grant her wish" by saying "honorable no. 7 will be angry!" and in 91 when tsukasa tells sakura he sent nene to no. 6's boundary she asks "did your brother say it was okay?" and it's so interesting that these two people who have at least some history with tsukasa seem to think he is swayed by hanako's thoughts and feelings, or like he'd want or need hanako's permission for things. tsukasa certainly doesn't give the impression that he cares much about getting permission for anything, so I was really struck by these instances and i was wondering if you had any thoughts about them!!

1. Have Shijima and Tsukasa worked together before?

I don't think so!

In Chapter 54, we glimpse a flashback of when Tsukasa approaches Shijima about his master plan to create the Picture Perfect world.

Shijima is hesitant about being around him, and for good reason. I mean, she says it right there: she heard about No. 3.

Her focus on No. 3 in their conversation makes me think her reaction is related more to Tsukasa stealing his heart than any actual business he and Shijima might have done before. You could argue that she's only bringing it up because it's Tsukasa's latest misdeed (Hell, it could've happened just a day ago depending on when this conversation took place) but...

I think it's good to recognize Tsukasa and Shijima's history as supernaturals.

You might already know, but Shijima likely died in 1999 or 2000.

You can see her birth year was Showa 58, which is 1983.

She also celebrates the Year of the Rabbit (notably not the zodiac animal of the year this was posted):

As for Tsukasa... I'm inclined to believe he's been locked away the entire time he's been a yorishiro, until he just recently broke out. If not, he was at least locked away for a substantial amount of time.

He tells Amane "Long time no see", and Amane is absolutely terrified. The strength of his reaction makes it easy to believe that Amane hadn't talked to Tsukasa since he murdered him.

As such, I just don't see any place in the timeline where Tsukasa and Shijima could have worked together... but hey! That's just the way I see it.

2. "Honorable No. 7 will be angry!"

I really like this line! And I like the idea that people might assume Tsukasa doesn't want to anger Hanako, for any number of reasons. Could be because he's his brother, could be because he's his yorishiro...

But here's Shijima's line in context:

Tsukasa is breaking Nene out of the jail that Hanako just purposefully put her in.

Shijima has been having to put up with Hanako's crap all day too, btw. Look at this bossy little jerk:

He's a bully!!! And a powerful one, at that. Shijima is aware of this, and it's why he's able to push her around.

Taking all of this into consideration, I don't think this line holds much deeper meaning... onto the next one!

Naturally, anytime someone messes with his assistant, he's going to be upset. I think he makes this kinda obvious, too. Most members of the cast must be aware of his giant crush on Nene.

In summary, I think these two aren't necessarily saying these lines because Tsukasa cares about Hanako's opinion, but because they do. Sakura and Shijima could suffer some repercussions if Number 7 decides to interfere in these situations.

Slight ramble about [ENTER NAME]

- Both Tsukasa and Toya made House Sekai

- They're very underground, they rarely do liveshows, but sometimes do livestreams. They have a rather small (compared to the others at least), but dedicated fanbase

- They got commissioned to make songs for rhythm games and vtuber songs (read: Dream Makers. Yes Nene discovered them from from the rhythm game and Dream Makers contacted them)

- Toya is the only cisgender of the group

- Tsukasa and Toya are practically glued to the hips. They nearly went to private music school, but Tsukasa's parents were against it. Tsukasa is still extroverted, but since Toya isn't and prefers to be alone, Tsukasa usually stays with him.

- Tsukasa is the number one fan of Honami's drawings. Yeah Honami is still "bad" at art but Tsukasa loves her work and constantly begs her to let Tsukasa put her art in MVs (so far she always refused, too embarrassed)

- They have frequent karaoke nights, as well as movie nights in the Sekai

- Speaking of Sekai, they're Sekai is a home because they are all looking for a safe place to build themselves. The Sekai starts out as one of those magazine perfect interior design home, and get more lively and colorful as new VS join in and [EN] grows

- Their messy makeup are to represent their experimental and weird music, as well as this messy childish vibe they seek out in music (you know that infinite child creativity? That's what their after)

- Toya is practically constantly wearing headphones, even if it doesn't have music.

- Shizuku's fan (from her idol days) do not know she's in [EN] now, but there are absolutely theories that she is because her voice is still recognizable. [EN] refuses to talk about it (Shizuku doesn't want to)

- Neither Toya or Tsukasa has abandoned classical music, they still often use classic instrument in their songs, but they refuse to do competitions now and just want to practice on their own terms and own rules

- Honami still plays the drums, though less for the songs themselves. But she loves to find new samples or record herself different sounds for songs

- Both Tsukasa and Shizuku make their clothes (for MVs usually)

- I think the House Sekai VS are pretty similar the WxS ones

i really hope it’s a Rui focus where he learns how to stay friends with Asahi despite being apart it would solve the lack of Rui character development that annoyed me in Kirapipi so i could listen to the song without being like

if WxS would have disbanded, without Asahi, Rui would have had nowhere to go and Asahi actually did a really good thing when he realized how upset Rui looked so he forced the date to be pushed back to when he graduates high school also his personality is so silly and it’s nice seeing how well they get along

I heard there are coordinates are to Shibuya Crossing in the song trailer and that reminded me that is where this scene took place

that being said it’s the same thing for this place

but i don’t think this song is really a purely only middle school Rui focus type beat and even though i really want a middle school Rui focus Asahi is probably the best route to take currently unless it’s both simultaneously i feel like that would be a lot for once focus but who knows maybe it’s possible

TECHNICALLY WONDERLAND X SHOWTIME (ワンダーランズ×ショウタイム)

when RUI decided to finally invite you to one of his shows, you were actually very excited! it was exciting to see what type of show he and his troupe will be doing!

he honestly felt a bit stupid that he never invited you before, why would he not invite his personal number one fan and dearest partner? but that all changes now of course!

he’s mostly the stage director, but there were some instances he’d have a role in the show. this show had him be the narrator and also have a role as well! you felt excited and even showed up early

once he spots you in the crowd, he tells his friends that he invited a very special guest to the show. this makes TSUKASA extra prepared and would try even more than he already is, NENE knowing exactly who it is judging by RUI’s smug expression, and EMU immediately trying to spot you anywhere.. even though she doesn’t know how you look yet.

when the show started, you were VERY impressed than you were expecting to be. you had a feeling that they’d be amazing at their jobs, but you didn’t expect them to be THIS amazing! you were honestly a little jealous.

you saw RUI and couldn’t help but give him a stare and smile that showed how much you’re enjoying the show. he’ll break out of character just to blow you a little kiss as he winks directly at you. some people thought it was directed towards them actually, but you knew it was for you only.

once the show was over, you obviously clapped as loud as you could to the point where your hands were hurting. RUI met up with you and the two of you chatted, he could see how amazed you are and he was honestly flattered. he then decides to let you in backstage for free!~

you were VERY nervous to meet RUI’s friends and stage actors. you didn’t want to look stupid in front of them, obviously, so you decided to take a breather and prepare yourself, RUI letting you have some alone time before the two of you entered

meeting WONDERLAND X SHOWTIME for the very first time was very fun, but a tiny bit chaotic on EMU’s and maaaaaybe TSUKASA’s part. when RUI introduced you to everyone, EMU immediately tackled you into a hug and introduced herself happily. TSUKASA tries to pry EMU off of you and once he does, he officially introduces himself with a confidence stare and a dramatic pose, earning a groan from NENE. you and NENE had already been acquainted with each other so she just simply nods and says "it’s nice to see you again."

while the introductions were nerve-wracking for you, it was a fun memory you’ll never forget you were really honored to meet them for real. RUI was by your side the entire time and had a hand on your shoulder to let you know that. he’s very glad that you don’t find his friends too crazy and weird.

But which list of characters ya think would go wonderfully with An’s singing?

For me I think Mizuki and An, or Shiho and An. They have such powerful voices.

You've said it for Mizuki and An! That's my number one answer for this question. I'm a big fan of Hinata Satou and Jiena individually and I would kill to have them sing together. I still have Mizuki's cover on Ussewaa and I think Hinata Satou and Jiena both capture Ado's singing style best, so if they should cover something, it should be an Ado song, too.

Additionally, An and Mafuyu, An and Ena. Those two's vocals are extremely underrated in my opinion and would work very nicely with An.

Also, Ichika and An. Both suffer from sometimes poor vocal direction (as does Shiho) but they're actually amazing singers, and I think having L/Nd's vocalist cover would be neat! Technically 2024 April cover counts for both Ena and Ichika, but it's not a duet so it doesn't count (⁠•⁠ ⁠▽⁠ ⁠•⁠;⁠) with VBS x Leo/need crossover though! I have high hopes!

And honestly. An and Nene, An and Saki as well. I really like all of their voices, as you can tell. I'll take just about anyone!

So many games nowadays have a 'personal room/house' aspect to them and that's literally what the Sekai are going to be in this case

Just little pocket dimensions for the party members, and only the ones part of the party, are able to hang out in. It'll be a Fire Emblem Fates tree house kind of thing where they don't really interact with anything outside of the dimension and there will be a charge time to enter it so no one can go and randomly pull out a bunch of items from it

The Sekai fragments could even be their own personalized rooms in the house that is the Sekai though I'll be talking about the shared space here since not everyone has a fragment yet

School: Sleepovers all the time, all the star related furniture was probably sold out at one point because of them, because it's dark, quiet, and bugless, they all sleep on the roof, they don't even have proper beds, it's just a mess of mattresses and blankets, there's a classroom dubbed as Ichika's Miku shrine where she keeps all her cds, Honami enjoys the large kitchen for her apple pies, none of them bother with a real map due to having Honami as a walking star chart, Saki always makes sure to have the softest blankets, while Shiho has her instrument room that pull summons from

Stage: The fans are considered pets and Minori and Shizuku will not stop buying them, even Haruka joins in if it's penguin related, Airi's long since stopped trying to keep track of them, not much thought was put into having a stage as they realized they would then need to splurge on soundproofing for their backstage rooms, they're actually pretty good at being able to understand all the equipment and know how to use it, Minori is another one who has a shrine except it's for Haruka this time, everyone has a flower stand that everyone else pitched in to make for them

Street: Kohane would practice her graffiti on the walls before should would take it outside the Sekai, An and Akito are the type of friends who are constantly at each other's throats but they have their own private slumber parties sometimes in when Kohane and Touya want quiet reading time, they all sleep in a room above the cafe when together, budgeting is always a fight because An and Akito actually worked but Kohane and Touya are better at numbers, it's a never-ending game of finding a new apartment to room and they try not to stay in one that's been used before as they try to see how many they can get away with before the paywall comes

Wonderland: It could almost be considered normal when it was just Tsukasa, he's the one who bought the floating piano globe, and then Emu and Rui came along, this is where all the plushies live, Everyone in the party lives in the castle in the background where they hold epic hide and seek games, Tsukasa invested in a bunch of free rooms when he was a kid for all his plushies before they were locked behind a paywall Webkins style, all of their budget now belongs to Nene, Emu leaves so many clouds behind that they kind of just use it as snow, the bear doesn't stay a bear and Rui is the one who built the train so they can get around

Empty: Between Kanade and Mafuyu never wanting to buy anything and Ena and Mizuki wanting to buy almost every single piece of gear in existence, they are simultaneously the richest and poorest group sometimes, enough was saved up for beds and now there's a large pile of equipment lying around, jokes have been made about how far the trail would lead if they were to lay them out in a line, they're all waiting for the moment someone climbs the construction beams, there are three noise options, complete silence, kanade's music box, or absolute screaming from the speakers

i really miss writing Deathmask, he was actually my first character to write, i basically began this whole rp thing with deathmask and i have been nostalgic in writing him, the only thing is that i do not write male characters anymore and even more canon male characters, so it'd be hard in getting back to write a male character like deathmask. but he was a fun character to write with and experiment and i have fond memories with him as my muse. i miss him a lot. sakata was another but that fandom is goddamn dead and i don't recommend reading the manga if you aren't interested in gore and whole lot of fan service. but sakata deserved better from what he got from the manga and i wanted to give him justice. he is a cool character, i actually liked writing him bc he was goddamn sassy in the manga.
