Billford isnt canon in a literal Sincere Authorial Intent sense, y'all 😭😭😭 please get better standards for how much creators need to include in order for something to be considered officially canon. I've jokingly said "I cant believe billford is canon" too, but I thought we were saying that lightheartedly. I thought we all recognized that it was "canonized" in a wink-wink nudge-nudge way where they fully leave room for people to interpret it as "haha isn't it so funny and clever that they're framing being betrayed by a demon as if it's a romantic breakup!" I really hate when people say this. if I dont record, I cant "enjoy it in the moment" because I dissociate out of my damn mind and then have no memory of it! recording helps ground me and keep me focused in the moment! let me do what I need to in order to enjoy things you soggy potato 😭

plus, as a photographer/aspiring videographer who hasn't had the luck to become friends with bands and work with them, IM DOING A THING I ENJOY AS WELL, SO SHUT UP LMAO. Watching people fight over and defend hh is insane. People who think it's good have utterly shit taste obviously but im mostly baffled by the other people who have come to the conclusion it sucks but also really need there to be a moral or ethical reason to justify why it sucks. It can't JUST be ugly or annoying or poorly made, it needs to be morally irredeemable.

And why does it even matter what the fandom is doing if you like the character enough? Like I LOVE Price, he is one of THE comfort characters I have, and I HATE the interpretations this fandom pushes towards him.

You're saying that his character only falls into this category and nothing else in your eyes, but what the truth is that his characterization is much deeper than just 'daddy taking care of reader' or whatever filth that is.

Just because writers in this god forsaken fandom interpret him like that, does not mean he is that. Do better.

Hato, Felix, and Marigold, in that order. Hato is the only girl, and was gifted to Saguru by Kaito some time after they graduated high school. She's not very bright and very much deaf and these are completely unrelated traits. Felix is the only smart one. He was gifted to Saguru by a certain french thief after he consulted her on a case. Marigold rarely has the collective orange cat brain cell. Saguru found him in the trash while he was at a crime scene.

*Magic Kaito started its main plot in 1987 and has progressed naturally into the 2020s from there, meanwhile Detective Conan starts its plot in 2022 with all its normal ages. Toxic middle aged sagukai my beloved...

What do you feel about the Jacegon ship???

Hmm…so I don’t mind it as a side pairing, mostly because Aegon is sooooo OOC in most fanfic that he might as well be an omc. I know people decide to throw out his awful rapist behavior bc the actor is hot/makes for a cute sad boy, but ehhhh I personally wouldn’t read a ship with him in it on its own.

PLUS Jace kind of annoys me in the show, lol. He’s very “fists first” after the last time jump, just lashing out physically at everything he doesn’t like, which isn’t my thing. I’m hoping I like him better in s2 so I can properly ship Jacegan, but we’ll see 😂
