You know what I hate about the service industry, is when you have customers argue about prices of food.

I had this one lady on New years Eve call in for a delivery, which we have never done in the takeaway's 20 years of running and then ask how long it would take for them to come from the City centre to the takeaway like we're google maps or some shi.

Then this woman had the audacity to argue the prices of our food and how our set meal for 2 is £15 when we changed the menu in August, and it's £21. She yapped on the online menu, and it says that it's £15 and I literally checked, and the online menu also says £21 and it was changed on the 19th of December mind you it was the 31st of December when she called.

Where the fuck did the women get £15 from and how does she have the balls to argue with a worker about it. Like I had to tell her 3 times that we don't manage the online menu and that's not under our digression and responsibility like please, stop.

I had to get this off my chest because this woman pisseddd me off on the busiest work day I had to deal with her.

TLDR: A woman argues about the price of food to the takeaway because of an online menu that we don't manage.

ok wait more Plot Thoughts about this. the astel in ainsel is already so like, Barely overtly relevant to the ranni questline as it is, that i almost feel like it would make More sense if they were pursuing astel on purpose rather than just running into it completely accidentally while helping a living doll take over her step-mom's civilization. i think caria almost definitely has a connection to the eternal cities, so maybe while they're in the study hall they find references to the ill-starred monster from the void that totally wrecked one of them. and obviously they're like oh shit, a monster that came in on a meteor and destroyed a city?? this has GOTTA be what kayne wanted us to kill. it's a slam dunk!! and then it's. still. the wrong. fucking. meteor monster.
