How Much Do Your Customers Know About Sunglasses?
Tumblr media
Sunglasses have become a fashion accessory, but they're also helpful. They block out the sun and protect our eyes from harmful UV rays.
Still, some people don't use them because they're too expensive or feel like a hassle to carry around. That is why ourOcean Waves sunglassesare designed to be more affordable without sacrificing the critical benefits anyone enjoying a day outside in the bright sunshine desires.
This doesn't mean that all consumers are clueless regarding sunglass-buying decisions. However, it does mean there is room to improve on educating them about assorted styles available on the market today and the best-suited use (e., indoors/outdoors).
Sunglasses are an essential element of any wardrobe and are incredibly important to the fashion industry. So how do you know if your customers are happy with their sunglasses?
They want:
Fashionable sunglasses that look cool.
Affordable prices without sacrificing quality.
Valuable tools for outdoor activities like fishing, surfing, skiing, and riding.
And more!
The answer to these desires is probably finding a balance, like the products available from our line of Ocean Waves sunglasses.
Sunglasses are an essential part of day-to-day life for many of us. In fact, they’re so important that most people don’t even consider them until they need them—or they’re in an environment where sunglasses are necessary.
All this means that if you're in the eyewear business, you should know the subject well. If you don't know what your customers want or need, how can you provide it?
Our team at Ocean Waves sunglasses provides an online portal for anyone to virtually try on our products if they are not in the Florida area. They get the same UV protection needed for outdoor living as well as the fashion-forward choices that will make them look fantastic.
The more you know about what your customers look for in sunglasses and other eyewear products, the more likely they trust you with their vision.

Did you know that in 2012, Director James Cameron went to Challenger Deep, the deepest part of the Mariana Trench; reaching a frightening 10,908 metres (35,787 ft) below. Cameron said that he realised "how tiny you are down in this big, vast, black unknown and unexplored place". In fact, humanity arguably knows less about the ocean floor than we do about space. Take a look at the new video discussing this here.

A beautiful whale sharks slides between my boat and I for the perfect split image setup during our annual whale shark trips every July in Mexico! Join @shawnheinrichs and I there this year to experience this life changing experience for yourself. Shark and Ocean lovers please help! We have a real chance to BAN THE SHARK FIN TRADE in the United States...but need YOUR help! Please SIGN the @oceana #FinBanNow petition by CLICKING THE LINK IN MY BIO. Already signed? Thank you! :) Tag your friends and SHARE this post to keep the momentum going! We need all the help we can get! The shark fin trade is a global problem. In the USA, the sale of fins is banned in 11 states and 3 territories so far. The export of the US sharks we have killed in US waters is over 1.2 million dollars annually! This ranks the US as the 7th worst nation for the shark fin trade. The US imports shark fins from countries that do not have shark finning bans including China, India and Indonesia. Currently there are very few regulations on the sale of shark fins globally. HEALTHY OCEANS NEED HEALTHY SHARK POPULATIONS. It's time for a #FinBanNOW! @jim_abernethy @sea_legacy @wildlifevoiceinc #TurningTheTide #sharkfinban #savesharks #ourocean #conservation #conservationist #sharksaver #marineprotectedzones #mpa #hopespot #startwith1thing #racingextinction #ops #saveplanetearth #saveplanet #sharksofinstagram #fin #finfree #missionblue #naturephotography #nature #ilovesharks #underwater #beautiful #friendofnature #gorgeous #epicimages (at Mujeres, Quintana Roo, Mexico) https://www.instagram.com/p/Bsdrav7BL77/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=su2nklstqpit

Happy World Ocean Day! 🌎
This World Ocean Day, we are celebrating the global ocean that connects us all. The deep sea is the largest living space on Earth. Weird and wonderful animals thrive in this cold and dark environment. Between the sunlit surface and the deep seafloor lies an expanse of open water—the midnight zone. A dazzling diversity of creatures drift, swim, and flourish here. These animals live in a world without barriers or borders. Many of these species are found throughout the world’s ocean. For them, there is only one ocean.
Our ocean and its inhabitants face a rising tide of threats. Pollution, overfishing, and climate change make for an uncertain future. We’re working to understand the midnight zone and how animals there will navigate these changes. Our ocean needs our help. All life—including us—depends on a healthy ocean.

First post here so here goes. I’ll be using Tumblr to showcase some of my wildlife photography from my travels and any other photography related stuff. I figure I’ll start with a bang with this capture of a dramatic pass by "Patches aka Pocahontas" the Great Hammerhead at Tiger Beach in the Bahamas.
While images like this can seem intimidating, I stress that she was graceful and powerful...curious yet cautious. Most importantly I was in her territory and I owed her my deepest respect. Contrary to what the media portrays these keystone species as, they are quite the opposite. They are not mindless killing machines nor man eaters and these animals deserve our respect and protection.

July 21st is the 4th Annual PADI’s Women Day. Over the past week and leading up to today, Crystal Dive Koh Tao in conjunction with Eco Koh Tao have highlighted the positive and influential role that Women play in the scuba diving industry. These passionate individuals are dedicated to making the world a better place through their role as a PADI Diver or Professional. They have raised awareness of scuba diving within their communities across the planet and inspired more people to pursue their passions by following their dreams to explore, preserve and experience the underwater world. We all have a role to play in preserving our Ocean planet! Ocean facts: • 22,000 tons of trash enters the ocean every day • The most common single-use plastics found in the environment are; 1. Cigarette butts 2. Plastic bottles 3. Plastic bottle caps 4. Food wrappers 5. Plastic bags • Up to 14,000 tons of sunscreen enters the ocean every year. Oxybenzone, a chemical in most sunscreens contributes to coral bleaching and impairs the growth of new coral. • Tens of millions of sharks are killed each year for their meat, fins and liver. • Only 9% of the 9 billion tons of plastic the world has ever produced has been recycled • Join the #cleanseas movement, dispose of cigarettes properly • Support and volunteer with companies that have environmental practices in place and that are working to preserve the environment • #pickup3 join the movement, every little bit helps • Put on sunscreen 1 to 2 hours before going in the water. Choose sunscreens that are reef safe. Use physical barriers like rashguards and hats to protect from the sun. • You can Adopt-A-coral for 500 bhat and help rebuild Koh Tao reefs OR 100,000 marine mammals and 1 million seabirds die from plastic pollution per year. • Whale sharks need plenty of space to move around and do not like being touched. Do not use flash cameras as this stresses them out. • Prevention is progress, get involved • You can keep 584 plastic straws out of the oceans each year by using a reusable straw. Be a part of the solution, not a part of the problem. • #Crushplastic #ourocean #thelaststraw #pickup3 #cleanseas Whale (at Crystal Dive Koh Tao)

23 years ago in the early spring, I had photographed one tree in the eastern Oregon desert on a trip to explore and photograph especially the birds in a basin. It was a late afternoon and most of the lake had gone dark due to the stormy clouds. A small window in the cloud let the light just fall on that tree skeleton, making it very dramatic. With the water around it, I found it motivating the tree that stood despite all the odds. I remember, had called the picture it as "Perseverance". . . Looking at this tree also reminds me of the same, and today I found this reminder more significant than ever. . . It is never too late. . . It is not over if you can even think about it. Fight. Persevere. . . #northwestadventures #nature_worldwide_trees #livewashington #neverstopexploring #sunsetphotography #ourocean #adventurevisuals #scenicwashington #experiencewashington #shooters #wonderfulwashington#pnwisbeautiful #adventurenthusiast #pnwroamers #roamtheplanet #outdoortones #pnwadventures #splendid_trees #yourshotphotographer #washingtonexplored #pnwonderland #cascadiaexplored #wanderwashington #pnwshooters #destinationpnw #depthsofearth #pnwcrew #sunsetsilhouette #ig_shotz @canonusa @splendid_trees @nature_worldwide_trees @reallyrightstuff @schneideroptics @pnw.crew @pnwonderland @destination.pnw @pnwdiscovered (at Washington State) https://www.instagram.com/p/CaVwopUplzK/?utm_medium=tumblr
