"Oww," Elaine grits to herself as she finally pulls herself out of the wreckage, bracing herself up on the side of her shuttle and gritting her teeth, looking around.

Truly, one of the greatest faults she'd found in the fact that their universe was so wildly unstable was the sheer volume of ridiculous spacial anomalies they came across. Not to say they wouldn't have come across them anyways, but seriously, anything baring a designation related to "Orville" had to be a magnet for weirdness or something, because her shuttle jerking into an anomalous finding like it had its own slingshot gravity effect and being flung to a planet nowhere near her original course felt like she could write it off as typical at this point.

"Well, I'll have to make it up to Milo and Freddie tonight," she murmurs to herself, shaking her head a bit and reaching up to some of the sore spots to feel for any kind of injuries, sighing and moving to a panel that was now hanging open with some survival supplies dangling rather precariously out of it. She has to get her bearings and try and call for help.

Elaine looks back at Freddie’s call, stopping in the doorway a moment and keeping her gaze with her children.

Smiling softly, she turns back around the whole way at that, going over and gently hugging Freddie. “Oh, sweetheart, of course. I’m so happy to have you in my life, okay? Both of you,” she adds, glancing up at Milo. “Thank you both for accepting me.”
