Murderbot jealous of Tarik when it thinks he was ARTs previous security consultant and why would ART want Murderbot for that role if it already had someone else?

ART getting snippy and jealous of Holism and telling Murderbot to not talk to it and then Holism talking to Murderbot just to rile up ART even more.

10-min mousepad scribble of the brainworm. spawned from a semi-coalesced world in my head about elemental spirits that take the form of animals, manifesting natural earth processes (via the 4 classical elements). he’s the duality of lightning (fire)/ wind (air) in the setting, together forming the trinity of ‘air-water-fire’ storm incarnations with a river spirit (one of water/ air).

takes the form of sea eagles/ ospreys. named by humanity as ‘Vega’.

The traditional name Vega (earlier Wega) comes from a loose transliteration of the Arabic word wāqi' (Arabic: واقع) meaning "falling" or "landing", via the phrase an-nasr al-wāqi' (Arabic: النّسر الْواقع), "the falling eagle". 

planning out loud here, but given the nature of divinity in this world, he should reflect an aspect of his elemental trinity even when divided from her back into a duality- could be shown via thri-fold design elements...? 3 crests? 3 elongate pinion feathers (one on each wingtip? central tail feather?)

OH. wait. yatagarasu style leg arrangement. the 3 talons of the sky? could work. one for each eye of the storm/ water god?

ART just came alive as a character, and it’s so cool when that happens, when you kind of have a character sort of buried in the story. When they actually come on stage it’s like, oh, this is going to be an important character. And the more I worked on [Artificial Condition], the relationship between them became central to that story, not necessarily Murderbot finding out about its past on this moon, but that relationship. So after [Artificial Condition] was done and I was starting to work on [Rogue Protocol], I was really thinking about Murderbot’s relationships with the other characters and thinking... it’s like I really feel like ART is probably the love of Murderbot’s life, even though that’s not how they see it. That this is central, it’s going to be a really important relationship, and in some ways it makes a lot more sense for Murderbot’s most important relationship – I mean, its most important relationship with a human is Dr. Mensah – that it would have a relationship with another being who is more like it than a human is – so yeah, people who see it that way are pretty correct. That was what I was thinking about when I was writing it.

Vega & Leth alone have spawned this messy, convoluted web of some (purely hypothetical) video game RPG trilogy in my head.... like one of those '60 hours each with multiple branching paths/ endings' kinda games........ of which i have spent many, many hours imagining & sketching & such. like just the lore compendium (about side characters/ enemies/ background history trivia) has taken up so much of my mental real estate in 2023 it's honestly stupid  _(:3」∠)_

might have to change the approach to the 'quick summary blurb' idea. maybe actually stick to bullet points? would trim the fat......

Was close to Sebastian before they got surprise adopted by the Ivory brothers (Sebastian was brought as a pet first) but while Sebastian wants to escape Remi just... He doesn't want to go back to working...

So most of the time he distracts Randal so that Sebastian can try escaping, it never works out thanks to Randal's dolls...

They go by any pronouns, when talking on his native language (which has a lot of pointless gendered words and no gender neutral option...) they refer to themselves as a male.

As an example, in his native language "I'm tired" is a gendered word...
