Some things from the Another Eden Octopath collab trailer I find neat:

When facing an enemy, the Octo characters pose like their sprites from their games, even if they aren't playable in the collab! Though Temenos' is from the front, rather than the back like his original sprite. Partitio's wasn't shown, but it's safe to assume he'll also have his original pose, especially since he's playable.

Partitio does, in fact, run like he does in Octopath 2

Based on additional info, the collab will have a Break and Boost-inspired combat system, Path Actions (Scrutinize, Purchase and Allure specifically) and the story structure seems to reference CotC (Partitio - Wealth - set in AE's Antiquity era; Cyrus - Power - set in AE's Present era; Tithi - Fame - set in AE's Future era). Wouldn't be surprised if we get a final combined story after you complete the others.

Eun-Ae and Valentine

Mishka’s rescue horse, Hat Trick, isn’t the only horse in the neighbourhood. Eden and Haru have horses too.

Eden’s horse Eun-Ae is adventurous and brave, and she likes to explore on her own.

Eden: Eun-Ae, you know you're not supposed to be out here on the road. You don't want us to have to build a fence, do you?

Eun-Ae: But… look at those flowers over there. They look so tasty! And what if there are other horses nearby who I haven’t met yet? You can never have too many friends, you know.

Haru’s horse Valentine, on the other hand, is needy and prefers to be around people and other animals all the time.

Valentine: Yes, that’s the spot! Scratch my nose and tell me you love me.

Eden: You're a good girl, Valentine, but I need you to remember to stay off the road too, okay? Haru would be devastated if anything happened to you.

Valentine: See? I'm a good girl. It’s always best to stay close to the humans.

Eun-Ae: Pfft! Where’s your sense of adventure?

The Velvet Ink and The Archives of Paradise is an unofficial Another Eden gift exchange. It's held in the spirit of celebrating the 4th anniversary of The Lost Tome and the Silver, Unfading Flower on September 16, 2024. Like Sophia herself, we invite all AE creatives, whether they are newcomers or veterans, to try their hand of making creative gifts both to inspire and celebrate Another Eden's creativity with each other.

Hi AE Tumblr! It's everyone's favorite Anabel enjoyer, bringing you all a new event the AE community has not seen yet! This event is meant to bring members of the community together in creating art for one another, as well as filling this community with more fan creations.

Anyone in the community is welcome to join, as this is purely for fun and to express passion for the game, as well as to create opportunities to express yourself through fanart, fanfiction, and other creative means. There can never be enough fan content for this game :D

The exchange will be held over a period of two months, where participants will be assigned a random other participant to create something for based on prompts they specify a desire to see fulfilled. At the end of the two-month period, all of the submissions will be shared here as well as on the Discord server where the event is taking place.*
