Back in the beautiful and sunny Jeonju ☀️ Not many clouds covering Jeonju Hanok Village for this weekend’s Bibimbap Festival which made hunting for all the #vegan snacks both enjoyable as much as hot 😂 Whilst you might think the options for vegan will be limited there were some epic finds for sure 🥰 Vegan snacks in Jeonju: 🌟 Fruit Mochi - there are plenty of delicious fruit stuffed rice cakes/Mochi around the Hanok Village, I selected the plum 🍓🫐🍑 🌟 Puffed Rice “gangjong” - puffed fried rice snacks with various flavors, sold at a speciality store near the entrance to the Hanok Village, here they use green plum sirup and no honey! 🌟Red Bean Jelly Yanggeng - my favorite treat from the famous PNB bakery, a vegan friendly red bean jelly wit chestnuts 🌰 🌟 Plantica Vegan Bakery @plantica.korea - anything from this epic all vegan cafe and bakery near the entrance to the Hanok Village is worth it. I got the refreshing Tropical Spinach Smoothie & Carrot Cake & all the cookies 🍪 I wish I could live there! These days I’ve been going all around different places but nothing feels like being back to home food and my beloved breakfast bowls 💕 How are you today? Vegan gluten free burger like you’ve never seen it before 🥰 But doesn’t it look so good? “Life is brewtiful” How are you and beer? 🍺 For the country I was born in for many beer represents the most basic necessity as well as the main feature of parties, gatherings, meetings and also a source of national pride While I was never a big alcohol and beer fan it grew in importance as it often was the only link to where I came from after moving abroad. Not only did people knew the beer before the country but it was fun to bicker about which country’s beer is tastiest. Back when me and @lilyc99214 had a little out of quarantine outing in the Sinchon BoxSquare to feast at @vege_the_bear ❤️ What is your go to comfort meal? #throwback One of the first trips when I was released from quarantine had to be to the ultimate vegan #icecream heaven @achemice ❤️ Can you guess the flavors on the photos?
