Okay first off, your compliment for me completely made my day. You're just so genuine and thoughtful and it's really inspiring to see just how much care and attention you put in to everything you do.

There's nothing quite like receiving a comment from you on a fic or a piece of art, it really feels like you just reach into my brain and notice the exact little details that I was hoping somebody would see. It's so clear that you really engage fully with everything, and it's such a treat to be on the receiving end of that.

It's also so refreshing to see how unabashedly yourself you are. I love the way that you send all of your asks in rainbow and your use of emojis and exclamation marks. There's a little piece of you in everything that you share and you never try to shy away or pull back. And I really feel like you encourage me to maybe have a little more fun and to loosen up sometimes.

You have such a gift for writing and sharing your thoughts. Like, I love reading your stories about your life, they're always so engaging. I do not know who I would be without ur friendship. It is no surprise to anyone that I am a only child of my family and I did not have older siblings 2 complain to or talk to and like, you fill a void in my life I did not know I had.

I remember I just moved to a new city and was struggling to find places to eat on campus and you were there sending me addresses to food places you looked up for me!!! I don’t know if I expressed how much that meant to me then but it really meant a lot cuz I was in a new place with no friends & you were there for me.

Idk if you know this about me but I’m a bit insane and random, but you really help ground me in reality when I need it.

Also you introduced me to Friday night lights, how would I know the highs and lows of high school football without you??? How would I have discovered Tim Riggins???

And I haven’t even gotten to how much choices has changed me as a person & as a writer. I could literally go on for hours about how brilliant you are and I fucking will.

Also you’re really fucking smart. Like I know you’re a PhD student so you do learn a lot of things, but you’re also intelligent which is something YOU built for yourself, and is separate from school & learning and I am in awe of it.
