being on mobile actually isn't the problem! being on the mobile APP is, because if I open the Tumblr app on my phone, the limit for photos stays at 10, but if I go into my mobile browser and open the browser version of Tumblr and edit my posts there, the limit moves to 30!

if it makes you feel any better i’ve been in the same boat? that’s why i haven’t been hanging out anywhere online lately. i’ve noticed that being around my friends and family (that have similar stuff going on so they aren’t mean to me about it) helps a lot. controversial but if you live in a green state, take like 5mg of an edible when a particularly bad episode is hitting and it usually shuts it down, at least for me. avoid alcohol though that just makes it worse.

also whenever you get the voice in your head that says “nah x wouldn’t care about this” when you’re about to send/post something, do it anyway. that voice is a liar.

i am drunk so i cannot think beyond this but i hope you can find things that make it easier for you soon
