my mental health has drastically improved after joining proship spaces, antis are too allergic to whimsy and fun for my tastes

I need antis to understand that you're allowed to dislike "problematic" content. You are allowed to have things you're uncomfortable with and don't ever want to interact with.
But this is the internet. You will see things you dislike. Block tags and people freely to curate your own space. Properly tag your content where applicable.
If you agree that you should just block people and tags and shouldn't send harassment to people who make content you dislike- Congrats! You're proship.

Autistic selfshippers u are amazing and your f/o adores you and they love hearing you infodump and seeing how happy your special interests make you. They love your collections and passions. They love your stims and expressions. The way you talk and the way you are. They love you completely and entirely. You are perfect to them not in spite of your autism and symptoms but just entirely and unconditionally!

Fun fact, telling people to kill themselves and saying you'd kill them for a fictional relationship is abnormal! it's actually the fattest red flag! It seems if anyone would be more likely to hurt another person because of fiction it would be you. these two aren't real, I am an sa victim so I think I can actually cope however I want with MY trauma, you are not the victim, you are not me. stop acting like you know better ^_^ ! also, it's HILARIOUS that they seem to be against rule 34 of characters from a kids movie when they post shit like this.
I'd like to get it through your thick skull that you are not better than other people because you threaten their lives over something you could've easily avoided had you filtered your tags. (or you know, not actively search for it and cry when you see more of it) if you are going to question depravity, don't engage in it. this is idiotic thinking, I truly wish everyone you've harmed is able to heal. we are real people, velvet and veneer are not.
not to mention, what you draw or write does not mean it's your actual opinions about real world issues, that's like saying fiction about murder condones and encourages real life murder??
please go outside.

"You can't create fiction about X problematic thing without explicitly condemning it otherwise your readers/viewers will think it's okay to do irl!"
Okay see well I was under the impression that since I'm not creating fiction for literal 5-year-olds that my readers/viewers would already be aware of the fact it's not okay to rape, torture, and murder people in real life without me spoon-feeding that to them like they're toddlers ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
If you're over the age of 10 and still don't know that it's bad to hurt people in real life without a fairy tale telling you so, then that is 100% a you problem, like I don't know what to tell you here :/

I find it funny belos haters get their pants in a twist about redemption aus, as if people haven't making redemption aus for villains longer than some of us have been alive in fandoms.
"uhm but Belos represents real life bigots!"
ah yes, because he's literally the ONLY villain who's based on real people, like no other villain is an allegory for a real life issue or based on a real life person or whatever.
There are people who simp and adore irl serial killers, there's still people who think Hilter was the most amazing person in the whole world. But I don't hear any of them ever make a big deal out of that >_>
Guess you really got nothing better to do with your life if your biggest hangup is people simping for a cartoon villain

the post: everything has a right to exist in fiction, even if it's fucked up
the comments: i was going to reblog this until i realized op likes fucked up stuff in fiction. this is a common dogwhistle phrase for people who like fucked up stuff in fiction. they have to talk in code to trick people into agreeing with them. stay safe out there!

I'm starting to find evidence on twitter of antis encouraging each other to shun friends and family for not being one of them and I am deeply concerned. This is some cult shit.
"should I shun my friend for being proship even though they're my only irl friend?"
"Should I shun my mother for being proship?"
The answer to both of these is GET HELP. You are being brainwashed into thinking that your friends and family are dangerous when you know that they wouldn't hurt anyone. See a therapist, take some time off the internet, reevaluate your situation. Fiction does not take precedence over your loved ones.
I'm tagging this with "antis please interact" because I think they need to see this too, and hopefully it helps someone. Your loved ones are not dangerous because of their taste in fiction.
