"I wasn't born just to give birth" there is something particularly relatable about this lyric to me personally. I have been told that Bess has been open about being child free by choice and it means so much to me that she's using her voice and her platform to tell that fact to the world. There is such a massive stigma still about people, especially women, stating they don't want kids: "You'll change your mind" "Wait until you find the right person" people will go out of their way to tell you that you will fit their mold of what they think a woman should be.

But Bess doesn't fit that mold. She wants to do what she wants to do at her pace, she wants to have fun and fuck and be happy and there's no place in her life for someone who doesn't want that as well, she doesn't want children tying her down she just wants to make music and enjoy her life on her terms.

Jere sings about how he would like to have kids eventually, but the world is pressuring him to have them and that's not what he wants. He wants to do his own thing too, he wants to enjoy life while he still can without the expectations our society has of him.

And as someone who is child free by choice as well it means the world to me that he would so openly support this side of Bess, this song is so very special to me <3

The little Niffler waddled over to where the new fifth year was sitting and began to scramble in his belly pouch, rummaging around until he pulled out a shiny, silver Slytherin Prefect badge.

Holding it up for a brief moment, Nosy admired the gleam before quickly tucking it right into the boy's breast pocket and signalling to the young wizard with his paw to keep silent about his treasure.

At the sound of footsteps approaching, Nosy spun around, casting a quick glance over his shoulder. Without missing a beat, the little menace gave the new fifth year a few pats on the cheek before waddling away.

The new fifth-year couldn’t imagine he was being given the badge for safe keeping, he knew this particular Niffler can scurry away treasures just fine.

But before he could quiz it, the tiny furball disappeared as quickly as it arrived only to be replaced by the appearance of William! Asking if he has seen either the tricksy Niffler or his Slytherin badge.

Feeling the weight of metal in his pocket, he shrugged and felt very mischievous indeed. He had plans for this trinket and it shouldn’t be too long before Will @ask-elland-n-will will be receiving an owl to its whereabouts…

💚🌺💫Happy Four Year Anniversary💚🌺💫

Its the fourth anniversary since I started writing on my blog. May is very special to me because of this and because it also marks my anniversary with Lilia Vanrouge (5 years).

Writing is a hobby that I took up to express myself and my ideas. My blog was made as a way for me to cope with reality and a way to meet others and enjoy fandom.

I never thought I would be writing for four years, let alone meeting so many kind and wonderful people.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone for enjoying what I write. I can't put into words what every comment, tags, like, asks, etc. means to me. But know that I am always grateful for everyone and their love.

Through this blog and through writing, I have so much fun and have met such amazing people both online and offline.

I am grateful everyday that I took the chance. It makes me look foward to the future. Everyday I have fun and I have a smile on my face even during the hardest of days.

So with all my heart, thank you everyone. You have all brought a joy to my life in some way or form with every interaction. I'm very happy to have met you all and I hope we can continue to have fun together. 💚💕🌺
