hi mera im the anon that wanted to draw skully and valentine's angel darling. unfortunately my tablet got broken and i don't know when i'll be able to replace it :( so i wanted to send some of the thoughts i had to make up for it!

first, some of the inspiration for her dress design was lolita fashion, some frills and bows with some hearts and roses throughout. her corset would have a big heart in the middle. i also wanted to do a 60s inspired makeup look with curled hair, and i took inspiration from c.a. cupid's monster high design. her main color scheme was red, white, and pink. i also planned to make a design for if she starts falling for skully where i'd add some black into her outfit, if it doesn't go down a more yandere path. i also found a pic of a lovely chest piece with a realistic heart! and ofc i wanted to add some angel wings too :) i actually have a pinterest board if you want me to send it!

i wanted to have some side doodles of skully handing cupid the garland he made with intestines and hearts, and her being unsettled at first but ultimately like "he's a lil confused, but he's got the spirit." and maybe a bat delivering one of the poems, and i thought that although he's not what she expected his passion makes her fall for him, and she'd write her own lovesick letters in return! and she'd send her letters with a dove 🕊️

i didn't plan for any yandere drawings but for some thoughts maybe skully would occasionally sneak into cupid's house in valentine's town, delivering his poetry himself and leaving little gifts (in his eyes) as a symbol of his passion for her, like human hearts, or a bouquet of roses with untrimmed thorns, while cupid gets increasingly terrified of this mystery admirer...

but those are some of my thoughts! i hope this made up for the lack of art :( sending lots of well wishes and a happy new year! 🌹💝🌹

I think Skully loves visiting Valentine Town, not only to see his beloved, but also because everything is just so beautifully decorated here. It’s bright and full of pinks and reds. The clouds look so fluffy. It smells of chocolate and fresh flowers and sweetness!! What a wonderful town. Maybe he even breaks into your home to watch you sleep at night, standing at the foot of your bed like some boogeyman while you’re nestled peacefully in your duvet,,, truly looking like an angel amongst the clouds. Just seeing you like this gives him inspiration for another poem!!!

anyways the unit formation is marine bio club go to the beach etc etc but watayuzu are already there and kanata convinces kaoru to teach them all surfing and they end up being recruited for a lifeguard commercial thing :3 so boom. shuffle unit

the event story itself is just kaoru working thru his grief and loss by sharing his love of surfing and the ocean w other ppl ( like how his mom shared her love of it w him ) and just. yeah. also kaosou reconciliation ( sort of ) where souma realises he judged kaoru unfairly and kaoru realises he was shitty to souma during his yumenosaki years and basically they apologise and !! kanata is looking on like a proud parent ( can u tell i love marine bio club ?! ) but also it's abt wataru teaching yuzuru to be more free. and like. letting himself have fun. and not stubbornly forcing his personality into a box smth silly like that

the mv is basically just baywatch beach montage kjsfhdkjh bcuz that was my only thought w this unit actually. and the song is smth abt. idk. learning to let go and not holding on to anything, whether it be grief or loss or just a simple grudge.

And I have kind of a lot to answer and whatnot but I’m trying to do it in a way that won’t make me feel too overwhelmed. I want to give my readers something I’m proud of and that they deserve and for that I want to be in a better headspace. So I had to step back for a bit for my own wellbeing, and possibly for other’s wellbeing, too. But more content is what I think about and build upon a lot when I’m alone so you’ll definitely be getting more, just give me some time, please 🙇🏽‍♀️
