Peter is yelling, hands cupped at his mouth.

Howie is on his feet, cheering.

Clint’s on the ring edge, calling out tips.

Steve’s staring down the opponent’s boyfriend.

Bucky watches her dodge right, hands up protecting her face. Her knee comes up, connecting with the girl’s side. She stoops, her first mistake. Y/N grabs the back of her head, her toes barely touching the ring mat, before her knee comes back up faster this time. Y/N slams the girl’s head down, meeting her knee. Shoving the girl back, into the ropes, when she stumbles from the knee to the face, Y/N winds up, throwing an absolute ruthless right hook to the jaw.

Her head snaps back, blood spraying, her body goes limp, hitting the mat with a thump.

The Ditch goes nuts, screaming from all sides. Cheering, celebrating, talking shit.

TC dips under the ropes, grabbing Y/N’s hand, holding it up, cheering just as loud.

When the Stark’s meet eyes. Howie and Peter are on their feet. Y/N bounces on her toes, all three at the same time, flex inward, with a loud “AHHHHH!” at one another.

“That’s our girl!” Becca is on her feet, screaming for her best friend.

He grins when his girl locks eyes with him. She grins, rolling her eyes at him.

They still went to The Ditch, sometimes TC worked the decks there. Mainly when Y/N wanted to beat on bitches for kicks. She was getting Becca into it now. Only Y/N’s now fighting top fighters from other areas, coming to see what she’s made of.

Sure she might be taking over the table, running her own mafia, and be the most feared thing in Saints high school, but she’s still the girl that needs a good fight to feel calm. Compromises were made between him and her when they started settling into life together. Like her training with Frankie and TC, after the battle for her, she never wants to be underprepared for another fight. He couldn’t blame her, encouraged her.

The memory of her in the hospital, damaged and broken, burned into his mind for life.

A tight feeling appeared in his chest, worrying about his baby sister taking over.

“Boss man?” She’s next to him, Clint cutting the tape off her hands. Steve, cleaning up the few cuts on her.

“The right hook, baby girl.” He shakes his head, smirking at her. “I’d say it’s blessed by Satan.” He chuckles, leaning into kiss her.

“But I am Satan.” She laughs against him, kissing him again.

“Don’t we know it.” Clint snorts.

“Unlikely to ever forget it.” Steve shakes his head.

“And if you do, I’ll remind you.” She sasses, like a snotty teenager.

“Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.” The two mutter at the same time, laughing.

“Ah.” Steve pauses.

“What?” He asks.

Steve scratches the back of his head. “Is that new or old?” He cut his eyes to her thigh and back away.

Fingerprints, on the outside of her thigh, a thumb print on the inside of her thighs.

“Old.” She grins in Steve’s face.

“Scarred for life.” Becca whines, walking away.

Clint looks down and back to her. “That’s hot.” He grins.

“Fuck yeah.” She laughs, they high five.

“Alright, enough of that.” He pushes Clint away, making him laugh.

The house party loud and packed. The typical Friday night high school parties for them. He sat on the couch talking with the guys. “What’s the policy for fighting here?” Howie laughs, sipping from his beer bottle.

“Don’t. Why?” Steve smirks.

“Cause if Smalls sees that girl eye fucking Bucky, that policy won’t matter to her.” Peter laughs.

“Does any rule?” Bucky sighs.

They all laugh.

“Boss man.” She saunters up to them. Dark cut off shorts, a cut short red T-shirt, with a black sports bra underneath. Her ball cap turned backwards, dark hair in messy waves.

“Doll?” He smirks up at her when she comes to stop the side of the couch, he’s on.

She leans down, black fingernails tip his chin up towards her. Her eyes cut to the side and instead of kissing him as he thought. She licks him, from his jaw to his eyebrow. Staring down the girl watching him. She looks startled before she bumps into someone trying to get away.

“Much better.” She smiles pretty walking away.

Peter’s brow yanks down. Howie looks confused. Steve and Clint are unbothered.

“Did our baby sister,” Howie blinks.

“Lick you?” Peter’s eyelids flutter quickly.

“Yup.” Clint and Steve reply, throwing back shorts.

“What in the fuck?” Peter laughs.

“Not new.” Clint shakes his head, downing his beer.

TC is moving towards them, a look of worry on his face.

“What?” He puts his cup down.

“Pretty sure Eddie is across the street.” He jerks his thumb backwards.

They exchange a look between the five of them before jumping up and hurrying out of the house.

Indeed, on the other side of the road, sits Eddie parked, leaning against his car. He smirks at them, as they come to stand on the walkway of the house.

“Gwen get in the house.” Y/N’s voice hits his ears.

“Y/N.” Gwen sounds nervous.

“Wanda stay here.” Y/N orders, he can hear her coming up behind them. She cuts around him, walking down the path, they follow her. She stops on the edge of the curb.

Eddie flicks his eyes from her to Becca, standing next to her.

“Try it.” Y/N warns him.

Eddie smirks, cutting his eyes back to Y/N. They stare back at one another.

She stares him down, Buck looks from Eddie to Y/N, something dark and dangerous in her brown eyes.

It’s Eddie who blinks first, looking away. Suddenly he gets back into his car, leaving.

She turns on them, staring at each of them for a moment.

“Something you boys need to tell me?” Her brow lifts, Becca looks tense next to her.

“We don’t know what that was about.” He assures her.

She nods slowly. Cutting between them heading back towards her girls at the door. The six of them exchange a look, heading for her. She pauses, taking the cup from Gwen, she turns to them standing above them on the front stoop.

“You better swear on whatever god you believe in, Boss man; you didn’t lie to me.” She repeats the saying from the beginning, when they first started out and Ben Rielly and Sina were causing issues for them. The ice cold look in her eyes, makes his steps stop suddenly.

“I’ll make your life hell, James Barnes, you think before was rough, you haven’t seen shit yet.” She warns him. Turning, she steps into the house between her friends, walking away.

Fear creeps into his chest.

He swallows hard.

We're skipping his first suit its just a copy of the base Spider-Man, if I do one of these for Pete then I'll share my thoughts there. But for his first real suit..

The Return Suit: 7/10

Upon the return of Ben to the Spider landscape he donned a spare Spidey mask alongside casual clothing for this suit. I like the idea of it, and im not gonna judge it too harshly cause it ain't like he designed this, boy pulled it out of a closet. (Ben put your grippers away though dear god)

Scarlet Spider: 10/10

Peak 90s design, ripped slutty crop top hoodie? Check. Giant spikey eyes? Check. Belts around his ankles because fuck you? Check. Its a classic design and god DAMN they did it justice in Across The Spiderverse

Sensational Spider-Man: 12/10

YEAHHHHHHH. A perfect suit. The bigger spider and the exposed webshooters from the Scarlet Spider suit work so well here. This is the gold standard for alt Spidey suits and deserves to stand next to the original.

The Jackal: 6/10

Its a neat look, but like- it's a red suit with a cool mask. There isn't much here to talk about?

Scarlet Spider (2017): 3/10

Why. Did. You. Give. Him. Lips.

Why. Trying to build the hoodie into the suit just- doesn't work. Why do the gloves have random lines between the fingers? It just feels like a bootleg Spider-Man you'd see at a thrift store.

Beyond Suit: 8/10

I appreciate the fact they fixed his legs from the sensational suit to give him full boots, but the arm webbing and the off center spider keeps it from being as good as the last time Ben donned the Spider-Man mantle.

Chasm: 5/10

So story reasons that I hate Chasm alone. This suit just is kindof a mess. The mask is really messy and im not a huge fan of how the spider looks or the fact his lenses are connected on the mask.

And sis, fuck it, just let Miles be Amazing Spider-Man. This whole Peter Parker thing? Tank that shit. Years ago, you suggested this and I, an avid Miles Morales fan, disagreed, but now...Norman Osborn is the good guy and genius now, Ned Leeds is happily married to the woman he abused with a kid, and apparently someone cloned Gwen Stacy to sleep with her best friend's father in a some twisted bed trick and I AM SO FUCKING DONE!

No, I am sick of the misogyny of these past three writers. I was sick when you had "Superior" Spock beat down Felicia Hardy and it being touted as "cool" and how awesome Otto was while he objectified and leered at Mary Jane in Peter's body or used Peter's memories with Mary Jane as his own porn take. I was sick of Cindy Moon being used as a glorified Axe Commercial power fantasy of Peter being oh so irresistible that she can't keep her hands off of him and some twisted Asian fetish! I am sick of a writer stating MJ has no real value as a love interest to Peter because she doesn't care about real things! I am sick of the background routine violence of different variances of sexual assault such as Michelle Rodriguez getting assaulted by Chameleon because she thought it was Peter, Anna Marie getting assaulted by SpOck because she thought it was Peter and after the fact still fancying the guy who tricked her, Betty Brant getting impregnated by the clone of her abusive husband because what is the point of being a woman in Spider-Man if you aren't sleeping with Peter and not married?

You kill Kamala Khan? Sure, it's to bring her back as a mutant but you do it in Peter's book? Yes, Kamala Khan, famously known as Spider-Man character, dies in a plotline that had nothing to do with her. Peter has no connection to her. And you fridged her? For Peter's angst?! While you have MJ and FUCKING Paul eloping in the background!? I am over this shit. Bring on Miles.

I was actually going to wait until "the most shocking issue ever" was released to catch up on Wells' run and then I saw the leaked spoilers and then Marvel confirmed the leaked spoilers and then there was no avoiding the leaked spoilers. And like to be completely fair I did not see this ending coming. I don't think even the most out there comic bookies had "Kamala Khan dies in a Spider-Man book" on the odds. It's just a completely ludicrous choice on every level, unless your only marketing strategy is to cause outrage.

It's sort of weird because up until this point I think my biggest complaint about this run wasn't unique to it specifically -- my complaints were things that the Spencer and Slott runs had also done, and to a lesser extent, mostly because of time restraints, the various short-lived Spider-Man tie-ins and events. (Beyond was a mess, and while Wells was leading it, there's multiple people to blame there.) It's all well and good that people are saying it took too long to reveal the bad guy of this storyline, because it did, but compared to the seventy issues it took them to reveal Kindred's identity, this has been fast-paced for modern Peter Spider-Man comics (which is a problem in and of itself). Like if I had to pick one Wells-specific complaint before this point, I'd have to say that the way he withholds information doesn't actually serve his storytelling -- it makes readers frustrated, not intrigued, to be confronted by things like Paul and MJ's mystery kids. It's similar to how there was obviously something wrong with Ben Reilly in Beyond, but the story took far too long to reveal what it was. I think the flash forward in Amazing Spider-Man and questions like "what did Peter do" hurt it far more than it helped to build up any sort of reader curiosity. It doesn't help that those storylines ultimately don't lead anywhere, it's just red herrings and desperate scrambling all the way down, but this time with Wells bringing up a storyline I best remember as "pretty boring" that he wrote in 2008. I genuinely don't believe anyone out there was asking for a The Last Nameless Day sequel. (Does anyone even remember The Last Nameless Day.)

And the "shocking ending" they've been teasing this entire time is killing Kamala Khan in a totally unrelated superhero's book with no catharsis and no meaning for the actual character, and framing Peter front and center on the cover of her announced memorial issue. It's deeply tasteless, stupid, and offensive, even more so because we know she'll almost definitely be brought back in a few months in time for the release of The Marvels movie. I had been kind of side-eyeing this run having Kamala intern for Norman Osborn, because she's a top ten character I want Norman to stay away from, and that they did that with the intent most likely of killing her off all along is just so tasteless. And you're right, the misogyny in the recent years has gotten really out of control, even as they try to spackle over it with girl powers moments you can crop down to a single panel, recirculate around social media, and feel good about devoid of context. There's been a lot of fridgings (Mattie Franklin, Ashley Kafka, Marla Jameson) but they were all of Spider-Man characters. If Marvel has a headlinining, incredibly popular, marginalized teen girl character, and they're going to kill her off for shock value or to reset her powers in keeping with the movies or whatever, they should at least have the grace to do it in her own book and not in a highly criticized Spider-Man run. It's clear these problems are going way higher on the Marvel ladder.

I would rather they kill Peter 100%! And this has nothing to do with the "twist ending" because it definitely wouldn't fix that, but I really do think at this point that the only way to fix a lot of the damage that's been done to Peter Spider-Man on such a deep level is to kill him for a few years. Like at least five. It'll give some purpose to the endless amounts of spinoff books (who was asking for a Red Goblin Normie Osborn spinoff) and provide enough time for things to settle enough for a soft reset.

Can you please explain Jessica Drew to me and how is she connected to Peter Parker and Miles Morales?

Jessica Drew is a very complicated character with a truly bizarre origin.

As I discuss here, the origin of Spider-Woman is about as nakedly commercial as you can get. In the late 1970s, Stan Lee had left Marvel Comics in favor of doing Marvel film and television development in Hollywood - and he got spooked when ABC did the Bionic Woman spinoff from the Six-Million-Dollar Man. He was afraid that Marvel didn't have the rights to the distaff equivalents of their most successful characters, so he sent word back to Marvel Comics that they had to come up with She-Hulk (because of the Lou Ferrigno show), Ms Marvel (because of the legal fight over Shazam), and indeed Spider-Woman (because of the cartoon) right away.

This rush job meant that Jessica Drew's early years are a bit...weird.

Unlike Peter Parker, Drew isn't bitten by a radioactive spider: rather, her mad scientist father decided to inject her with spider-blood in order to counter-act the radioactive poisoning his experiments had given her, and then shoved her inside the High Evolutionary's genetic accelerator at Mount Wundagore (because her dad was working there at the time).

Then Jessica was trained by HYDRA to be the perfect assassin and brain-washed her into thinking that she was an artificially-evolved spider rather than a human. Oh, and for a while Jessica's mom was HYDRA's chief assassin Viper:

Within the context of ATSV, Drew is interesting because like Miguel and Ben Reilly, she's a Spider who wasn't chosen to be bitten by a spider, but became a Spider anyway. She has some of Spidey's powers - wall-crawling, super-strength/speed/stamina/reflexes/etc., but also venom blasts like Miles, a healing factor like Wolverine, and mood-altering pheramone powers.

She doesn't usually have that much to do with Peter Parker or Miles Morales - she didn't know either of them growing up in the U.K, she doesn't have the same "canon events" as they do, the only thing they have in common is that they're all totemic avatars.

We don't use the murder mystery plot, but we keep the whole shadow thing.

First photo is an explanation of shadow selves as a whole and then 2nd is their use in p4.

I haven't quite cooked it through yet but imagine Miguel having to fight his inner demons in a big ass boss battle. There's always a lot of symbolism in it, and I think Miguel's would have a cage aspect like Yukiko did due to isolation being his main go-to for self harm.

Side note I'm sorry about Teddie's dialogue. If it provides any relief, the fandom bullies him constantly.

As promised, here's Kasumi. She is a gymnast with deep seated family and identity issues that don't get explored until what is technically the "post game". She is worth the wait.

I’ve heard of persona but I’ve never played it or seen any gameplay (until now with the link u sent lolol) and honestly this fits so well!! There was a whole part in spiderman 2 about miles confronting mister negative and fighting him to try and escape kraven, and mister negative sends him to this alternate dimension and sends these shadows to fight him which represent his inner demons while his loved ones (or what sounds like them) call him not good enough and a mistake, and Miles’s biggest fear is for his loved ones to hate him and for him to disappoint them. This fits in extremely well for him especially now with that in mind. Also Miguel having to fight his inner demons is a huge boss battle is something I WANNA SEE!!!

So out of curiosity, I was wondering about the specifics of a character you said you would like to voice in the Marvel universe. Which version of Scarlet Spider would you voice if you had your choice?

(And if it's not too personal why did you pick that one/what do you like about the character?)

Specifically Ben Reilly who is currently running around as Chasm.

Ben kinda… always resonated with me. Some of which didn’t make full sense when I was a kid and some only made sense recently.

Being created for “a purpose of evil and torment” by one of Spider-Man’s villains (Jackal) just to make Peter’s life even more of a nightmare - while Ben, himself, just felt like he was chasing purpose and helpfulness hit me in my teen years pretty hard.

The identity trick, where Ben and Peter were told that Ben was the REAL Pete and PETER was the clone, only for Ben’s life to be revealed to be the clone on his deathbed after being impaled and laughed at by Green Goblin… it hit me in a way.

Ben spending YEARS being killed and brought back to life by his “creator” - an act that eventually drove him mad - causing him to both lash out at himself and at the world… only for Spider-Man to stop him and finally talk him out of his decent into a harmful space… again, it hit me hard.

Ben spending years in isolation, working hard, not being able to connect to people because he had no idea WHO he was really and only had the purpose of “I need to help, I need to make things better, I’ll keep fighting” is something that I carried in my heart for years.

That desire to help others overshadowing his OWN health, which caused him to experience death and resurrection more and more and more often as the years went on. Him essentially looking at himself as CURSED and his purpose being to be the sacrifice for others to make…

Then after FINALLY being given relief from this “curse” by (of all people) The Superior Spider-Man (who is DocOc’s Brain in Peter’s body) and being the reason that everyone LIVES and now HE is allowed to live… his formative memories are destroyed and his body is put through another mutation.

Ben has been put through HELL, he’s struggled, fucked up, done better, had his life stolen, died and come back again countless times for the sake of others, and is now living in a Limbo Prison as “The King of Limbo” to help him recover from ALL THE TRAUMA!

Ben is a character that, while super complicated and not always well used or written, has always been important to me.

Okay may i be annoying with this, but lately with this oc x canon (Kaine x Marlette) wouldn't be together because the reason of "too cute together" , i would need ideas of how they are together as a couple, because first all, they both has a rough personality, and connect them would be hard plus Kaine has trust issues so damn.

Across the Spider-Verse was great. My favorite secondary character is Pavitr, he was hilarious and his unique web-slinging was so fun to watch. I like how he was set up as a potential hubris kind of thing, with him being the new guy and playfully gloating about how being Spider-Man is easy, and instead that got subverted.

I haven’t read any Scarlet Spider comics but I have read detailed synopses of the Clone Saga and I think some of his clangst (clone angst) actually sounded interesting, so I’m pretty fond of Ben Reilly and it was fun to see him (or whatever version of him). I’m guessing from some of the absurd wannabe-edgy shit that happened in the Clone Saga, plus the general time at which it was released, that Ben’s dialogue in ATSV was probably a pretty spot-on parody. Did y’all know that, iirc, Mayday actually originated from the Clone Saga? Yeah, the writers were cowards and walked it back, but that’s where spider-baby started.

Miguel was a real piece of shit for treating Miles and Gwen like that. I would give Gwen a lot of slack for All Of That (although obviously Miles was fully justified in being upset with her) because she’s a homeless trans teenager - there is a power imbalance and implicit coercion in her relationship with the people offering her conditional room and board that is not present in most of the other spider-people being there. Hobie definitely picked up on that dynamic. I think maybe Spider-Byte, with her implied not-so-great home life, was in a bit of a similar position.

Super hyped for Miles’s stuff in the next movie. He’s stood his ground against his enemies, his friends, his own family, and the allegedly-immutable laws of the universe - of course the only way to escalate is to face himself. He’s definitely gonna have to talk it out with his other self, clearly this isn’t going to be a villain he can punch in the face and leave webbed up against a lamppost. Miles has learned and grown so much, but how can he pass any of that on to a version of himself that probably hasn’t had the things he has (or at least hasn’t had them in a way he can feel good about) - feeling understood, seizing agency over his life, feeling proud and accomplished? Then again, Miles doesn’t know there are other spider-people coming to back him up and his friends haven’t all abandoned him, so maybe he’s miserable enough to connect on that level… rip…

Blindspot and scarlet spider as friends…thoughts?? :3c

My thoughts: I think this could be Ben's (and I personally think he's ~29-30, as is Peter) chance to be like a silly mix between a cousin and an uncle. We get to see Peter fulfill this role for, like, Val and Frankie of Fantastic Four fame, but there's not really anything like that for Ben. (But I'm not caught up on any current Ben comics, so.) And family is extremely important to him! I'd argue it would be the most important thing, with Uncle Ben and Aunt May's love being so strong that it gave Ben an anchor even though he technically has Warren for a father and has been through the Horrors. It was really what saved him. So to expand his extended family is something I'd be interest in happening for his character in specific, especially for it to be someone unrelated to Peter entirely. And he's struggled with differentiating himself from Spider-Man/Peter Parker and just having an identity as Ben Reilly and be able to have a sense of personhood. Sam's struggled for different reasons, of course; I do believe that spending time with the Hand would rob anyone of a sense of autonomy and personhood. It's definitely a point of relation between the two. I do think their personalities would bounce well; Sam's quiet and just not good at making friends, but he's funny and does well when placed with someone like a Spider who is really good at never shutting up. And Ben has Kaine for a brother, so I'm pretty sure he could find a way to get along with anyone. Plus, Ben's super smart, too! I think he'd be able to hold a conversation with Sam about things like his suit and he'd be really impressed by that. And the fact that the Scarlet Spider doesn't really have any connection to Daredevil that I know of is important to me, because I think developing Blindspot's character and his relationships independent of anyone related to the DD mythos is important. Also I just want them to be friends because I need Sam to meet Janine. Ouh. I've rambled, but essentially: yes, they'd make good friends and have an interesting dynamic. Something along the lines of the post that's like "having a job will really have you being friends with a 30 year old like damn where's Ben Reilly today".

Honestly, Annie is so full of energy that it's a wonder she's never tried out for sports. Taking after her mother, she has expressed interest in doing drama at school, primarily as a way to direct her energies towards something non-Spider related, which can be difficult sometimes.

Tinkering with her webshooters! In true Parker fashion, she can't stand not messing with the equipment and trying to find ways to improve it. And considering that one of the first things we see in the RYV ongoing is her accidentally causing a web-bomb to explode in her room? She definitely has the same luck doing so as her father.

Being a menace Having fun ! Honestly, with as much energy as Annie always seems to has, it's not a secret that she enjoys having fun and playing pranks on anyone around her. Especially her parents and siblings.

Not being able to see sometimes when her parents are right and she should listen to them. She's just as headstrong as her mother, and sometimes that leads her to rushing headfirst into situations that she should take a step back from and think about first. Her parents aren't saints about this, obviously, but it's a lesson she's still working at learning

There are times she also has shown signs of having that classic Parker guilt, and feel like she's not doing enough. She's also had bouts of surrendering to angsty teen feelings, and doesn't like arguing with her parents about things, even if she absolutely feels she's in the right.

two phobia your character has:

Losing her parents. As involved as Peter and MJ are in her life, both in and out of costume, Annie has had frequent nightmares about losing them, usually connected to worrying that she'll do something to fail them and thus cause said loss.

Symbiotes. Ever since Venom attempted to kill her when she's just a toddler, Annie has always suffered from frequent nightmares involving the figure trying to kill her. She isn't a fan of her father's black suit because of the images it summons up in her mind.

Like he had a shit ton of piercings (ears full of them and ear cuffs, some on his face like bottom lip,eyebrows, and tongue, on his body too like nipples,navel hip dermal, apparently even had the back dimple piercings, a pubic one and a fucking FRENUM LADDER 🪜🧎💍?!?!?) Blud said he used it to cope with wanting to be his own person and not just a clone, and the shit he faced bc of the Jackal. And also kinda enjoying the pain and kinda got horny from his dick piercings, like wooord??🤨 Lowkey questionable but I had Lowkey just had a therapy moment from the bot fist out admitting that TWICE 🚹?!?

His voice was so vhvhn, described as raspy and deep. And he was so guarded at first but got comfortable with being snarky and got really physically affectionate from being touch starved. Like he was sorta adamant at some points about not wanting to be in the shadow of Peter and finding his own autonomy (since my spidersona found him at night on a rooftop brooding about his past). So the extremely drastic body mod makes a lot of sense. From my personal researching on his original characterization alot of og fans argue on which one is which so honestly I'm vibing with this version. I NEED to draw him. i didn’t really think the way ben was written in across the spider-verse would annoy me until i saw it like,,, not because i have a major attachment to him but mostly because i’m a comic fan who knows “nineties comics are edgy and melodramatic” haven’t been funny in like a good decade and it’s such an uncreative choice for such a creative film. what i don’t think the writing team gets is that a lot of nineties heroes have been looked at in a new light and that entire era lays host to a lot of really beloved characters and even cult characters that have very passionate fanbases. characters like kyle rayner and jack knight have cult followings, characters like ben reilly and jean-paul valley have been reevaluated and been able to viewed as their own characters rather than an extension of the popular hero they’re connected to.

i really get the annoyance; like if dc did into their batmanverse and all jp did was be a representative of the negative opinions of the era he came from despite never personifying any real big cliche nineties hero bullshit in the comics themselves, i’d be pissed. it’s like,,, annoying to see a character you love get turned into a joke that hasn’t been funny in years

(will say andy samberg could voice a comic accurate ben, he can do very personable emotive character work, i’ve seen palm springs he can be more than a funny guy, really wish he got more options to show that)
