claptrap n' gaige being besties is actually everything to me
like they'd watch corny romcoms and twilightesque movies and make silly comments
they'd hang out at scooter's garage and come up with freaky shit like a dubstep-blasting mecha-cthulhu or a grenade mod that scatters cutesy kitty stickers that set people on fire
also with gaige being an engineer/mechromancer and bl3 showing that claptrap has some level of assembly/repair experience (the veronica questline/probably-canon hc that he salvages parts from cl4p-tp husks because he's falling apart), they'd definitely do projects on old/trashed stuff like echo devices that weren't actually too far gone, old gaming consoles, and antique radios/televisions.
hell, maybe they'd consider doing something similar to a cl4p-tp unit and find a way to resurrect 'em, but it'd be a long and painful process (also there's like fucking thousands of the buggers), because even if they had the supplies, the code's essentially like a 24-person serving of eldritch spaghetti
they're both fucking insane!! they both spew pop-culture references like it's no tomorrow and are heavily on the chaotic side of things and they murderize fuckers!! dude i think they'd be perfect for each other
brotp of the year

felicity twirled around in the sun with a giggle. her shoes had been discarded and laid feet from her as she danced barefoot in the grass. "i'm telling you, dancing with out here with no music really is more fun than dancing at a ball. trust me, i'm almost always right about everything."

I am generally Team Felice Should Be Sapphic And Date A Nice Girl Or She Should Be Aroace And Either Way She Should Revel In Strong Platonic Friendships. But if Felice must do heterosexual things and date a boy next season, I would like it to be Ayub, please.
This isn’t an analysis, or a prediction, or anything I’m backing up with deep thoughts. I just think they both value friendship, and while they’d certainly be an odd couple, they have the potential to be nice to one another. And both of them deserve nice things. I trust Ayub more than I trust the vast majority of boys on this show.
That’s all. Sign my petition.

he was the last person she expected to see standing before her making any kind of demands. also one of the people she wasn't about to escape. even if oliver had taught her a thing or two about self defense for her own safety this wasn't some random mugging. this was slade wilson. deathstroke. elite. a man oliver struggled to go hand to hand against so she didn't stand a chance. "what exactly am i hacking into?" she spoke knowing he wouldn't ask for something legal.... or it had to be all kinds of illegal.
@realmoffantasysworld hit the ♡ for a starter from felicity smoak for slade wilson

FINDING FRIENDS IN THIS DAY AND AGE IS A GODSEND. Friends have never come easily to Felicity- acquaintances, sure, but actual friends, people she would be willing to go to the pub and share a drink with? Far and few.
( There weren’t many girls in Oxford she would consider friends. There were even fewer in Los Angeles. Pretty, beautiful girls who were cutthroat, wolves hiding in sheep’s clothing. It was sad to see, their fangs coming out over petty issues. Like a man. )
So in a city that never sleeps, a city where the newcomers arrive to start anew, Detective Lim is a breath of fresh air. She’s blunt, free-spirited and determined. A woman who knows what she wants and will get it. That’s why if there’s anyone who’s going to take down La Rose, it’s going to be her. Felicity believes- no she knows it.
She raises her own glass with the same beer Mara is drinking. “Well that’s murder.” Which is just one step more than violence, but what’s the point in clarifying that? Mara’s crass with her jokes anyways. “But if you do end up doing that to the board, I’ll look the other way.” She takes a sip of her beer and snorts. “What, you looking to switch jobs? He might be rich, but I’ll tell you he pays his employees shit.”
Felicity shakes her head. For all the times they’ve shared drinks and even spoken, Felicity has said very little about herself and for good reason. How many people would take her seriously if she said time traveling was possible?
“...He hurt someone I care about,” she says finally. Easier to phrase it like that. Eyes sharpen. “They did something he didn’t like so he ruined them. Working for him is the best way to ruin him.” Another sip. “Back to La Rose though, who do you want me to look into next? I can see if I can…start a conversation with them at the meeting tomorrow.”

NILLE FOREVER (as bros)
“What if - what if. What if we make people think we got off with each other at the next party. So you get to come out, and I get to stop having people treat me like I’ve gotten over my gay phase. Win-win scenario,” Wille rushes out in one breath, blotches rushing to his cheeks as soon as he suggests it.

Working the late shift at the practice was not uncommon for the likes of Douglas Blackwood. Some nights were chaotic with emergencies, which he didn't mind because it kept him distracted from the confines of his own mind. Other times not so much. Either way, he was never short of work to do. Working nights made his job feel more rewarding; being open when a lot of veterinary practices were closed meant people could bring their beloved pets to him when they were desperate and had nowhere else to go. He adored his job, adored the animals he treated. They were cute and each had their own individual personalities - he never knew what to expect. And to see the difference he could make... it was everything.
Sat in his desk chair, Dougie was typing up the notes from one of his consultations when he heard frantic knocking at the front door. At night, they kept it locked for security purposes as there weren't always many members of staff present. Immediately, he rushed up to his feet, practically sprinting out of his room, down the corridor, past the front desk, and over to the door. He quickly twisted the long and pulled the door open in a hurry, taken aback by the rain pouring outside. "Bloody hell, I didn't realise the weather out here was so awful." He looked at the person who stood before him and proceeded to step away from the door, ushering them in. "Please, come in before you get absolutely soaked," he said, shutting the door behind him. A warm, welcoming smile on his lips, though concern was etched on his features. "Follow me - I'll sort the reception/admin-ny stuff after," he added, heading to his consultation room without any further ado. He didn't want to spare any moment.
"I'm so sorry, I haven't introduced myself yet. Just thought the sooner we get this one into the room, the better," Dougie said politely, offering another small smile. "I'm Dr Blackwood but I'm not one for the formalities - so please call me Dougie. How can I help?" He often went by his first name because it felt more normal to him, and it just made things feel a little more comfortable for the people he dealt with, especially in their moments of distress for their beloved fur babies.
