Okay absolutly deranged late night post about the Mech AU I've been thinking about bear with me.

Okay so Bill n Henry develop their own Mechs and work together. They pilot them themselves for like a decade or so but there's an immence physical and emotional strain that leaves both of them too unfit to do that anymore.

The way that they work is you get ingrained INTO the wiring and if your emotional state isn't right or you don't pair with the Mech well you get pulled apart basically- like your veins are the circuitry now (spinglocking parallel). They know this cus some of the guys they got to test them had this happen and it almost happened to Bill that one time too.

Cus of this risk it's imporant to have people who can pair with the Mechs with little resistance. And who is malleable mentally? Children!

So it's less of a literal child murder schenario and more metaphorical. Like it's death because of their loss of childhoods and conversions into war machines.

So obvs Susie, Jeremy, Fritz, Gabriel and Cassidy have to pilot the giant metal robots now. It was probably like a shady volenteer program or something. I like the idea of Charlie being their handler cus of the puppet motif thats cute. Mike works maintenance and he hates it.

Not doing many asks today because i just spent like four fucking hours setting up my new computer (yippee!!) and transferring all my stuff (bwomp) for it not to have an hdmi port. Isnt that so great and amazing and cool /s. I have to buy an adapter because i need an hdmi port for my tablet. Which means i have to set up my tablet for the other computer again. Pulling my hair out /j. The adapter comes in tomorrow but guess who isnt going to be home?? Hopefully that'll be fun though, because we're going to the aquarium!!!!!! ("we" because im taking spamton!!) Im gonna take pictures with him and draw him in and stuff :-)

my spring break is coming up, so that means I want to bang out as much art while I have the free time

(knock on wood) but I feel like I've gotten over the worst of my art block and I'm really itching to just MAKE

I NEED to draw strawhats other than zosan. I feel like i'll get scurvy if I don't change up my diet. Usopp is at the top of my list to do something for, but also nami cus it's criminal how little I draw her. if there's anything with the strawhats you think I should draw lemme know

I also wanna draw more pregnant zoros cus im fucked in the head and I need that man with child.

character sheets for my zosan ocs cus I really need to explain what their deal is and have other people love them too

I also want to do some comic thumbnails for an idea that's stuck in my brain, but I only have one week off so let's see if I'll be able to get to that

oh I also want to work on a luffy centered comic once I get through the rest of part one. I've been wanting to try to do a comic page traditionally and this idea feels like the perfect project for that
