I want to keep the idea that I'm not really gone after I'm gone for as long as possible. In reality, eventually everyone will forget about me. Or, they'll forget about me the way they forget about most people after they die. I accept this and I have been preparing for this by, among other things, making these tumblr accounts to try to leave some kind of tangible trace. So I hope that after I die, people will look at my tumblr and be like "he had these interests and these ideas and this private life, and he left all of this behind in this public space, and although it's kind of sad, it's also kind of fascinating"

I know some may be looking forward to it, starting anew.

But for me, it just feels as though no matter what I do, I just keep going backwards.

I’m fucking tired of dealing with my parents, hence getting the apartment. But fucking hell. Stop judging each others shit while I move in. This is exactly why I DID NOT want them moving my stuff in on the same day because it was passive aggressive comments back and forth between them the ENTIRE TIME.
