hi, i would love a matchup! im nonbinary and on the chubby side, i have a mullet and like to wear cottagecore/hippie clothes. i have a brother who i go everywhere with and would kill for, so family is definitely a priority! i like to crack jokes all the time and my humor varies from dad jokes to really dark. i like to draw and play video games, and i also have so many animals! snails, quail, cats, pigeons, you name it, i probably have it! im also definitely on the lazy side, but wont say no to a good adventure >:)

It took a while for Bear to warm up to you, meaning he doesn’t speak at all if you don’t address him and he would often stare at you. But the moment you start talking about your animals he’ll perk up and open up way faster. He’s more of a listener than a talker. (With the difficulties with speech and all.) So Bear will often let you lead the conversations.

Bear freaking loves your animals. I’m for real, he works at an animal shelter and he feels right at home with animals. Please, please, please, please teach him how to take care of your sweethearts Bear and I swear he’ll take amazing care of them.

It’s also so adorable to watch his red eyelight enlarge as your cats or birds come up to him or perch on him. He will purr so bad it’s so sweet.

He’s so fascinated with your hair. How does it poof up so good at the place you have lots of it? Do you need to shear the sides often? May he touch it?

(If you let him for too long, he'll end up accidentally ruining your hairdo because he keeps touching and pawing at it and tangling his phalanges in your hair and stuff.)

Loves your chub, makes you look healthy and soft. You are more safe from him following you around with lots of snacks to feed you than a skinny partner. He’ll still offer you snacks but not as much as someone who’s skinny.

(Trauma from the underground, he has this urge to make sure his mate is fed and if you look fed his concerns and urges are more satiated.)

Family is very important to Bear, so seeing how much you care about your brother is a big plus in his book.

Hope you’re quite patient and understanding because Bear can be quite slow to process stuff, sometimes needing a hot minute of staring into nothingness to really take in the new information you’ve given him. This is true especially with instructions or explanations of things he’s never seen or done before like movies and videogames.

That being said; Bear likes to watch you play video games. He mostly watches with every now again a question or a comment. He won’t play them however, it often goes too fast for him to catch up or remember what to do or what button does what. A videogame he does like to play with you is either Sims or animal crossing but even then he often loses sight of what he’s supposed to do.

He likes your jokes a lot. Though sometimes it may take a while to get it. You could have said a dad joke and three minutes later he starts chuckling. He’s not as good at shooting rapid fire puns as he once was but he can still semi do it. The dad joke and pun battles you two hold are fun and legendary.

(US Sans) Sky:

Agrees with the ‘kill for your brother’ mentally. He respects that. Sky acts as if he doesn’t like your dad jokes but he does, good dad jokes he enjoys more openly.

Sky loves your animal buddies, he treats them as if they are your kids. “JEFFERY STOP STARING AT YOUR BROTHER AS IF YOU’RE ABOUT TO LUNGE AT HIM.”

He really likes your clothing style, it fits you well.

Sky really enjoys tabletop games, he loves to play D&D so if you even dare to show an inkling of interest in it, sky will drag you to join him.

You make sure he sometimes takes the time to relax instead of constantly doing everything. So you being a bit of a lazing around fan is good. He needs to relax sometimes. However, be prepared to go on many walks in forests and parks.

Love the recent chapter BTW. You write Link's POV really well! I hope we more character's POV besides just Ilia's! For a moment I forgot whether or not Link knew of Ilia's past wth her parents, but I suppose this chapter confirmed that he does. I already saw from some art how Sidon's reaction will be to meeting her parents, I still hope the bird-dads will to. But now I REALLY want to see how Link will handle it. Let's have TRUE Link hold the Master Sword up to Worst Link's neck!

Link knew since Chapter 13, after Retah told Iliana about Iliandra’s past. Considering we’re 33 chapters in, I don’t blame you for forgetting. 🤣 It’s a lot, lol. I have to constantly go back and reread chapters because I’m forgetting things.

Link knows, and he’s seen her have some pretty horrible trauma responses in certain situations- though if any truly stuck with him, I’d have to say the most vivid/painful one is when she broke down when she tried to pick up the wooden sword. It’s the first time he really saw her freak and understand why she was reacting that way.

Her break down when Emank yelled confused him, but this? He knew better now. He understands why. And it hurts.

Link wanted to teach her melee combat so she has some defense when she’s backed in a corner and can’t use her bow, but because of the Worst Link and all those years she spent fighting to not pick up a sword, to not be what her father wanted, even at a cost to herself, she was terrified. It was such a visceral reaction.

The time when she broke down in sheer relief when Dorephan promised to help is also another strong memory to Link, because it showed just how helpless and hopeless she had felt this entire time, believing no one would be willing to help her. That no one would believe her, or care enough to defend her and stand beside her to fight her abuser.

If Link ever meets the Worst Link, I feel like he would just… walk up and punch him. No introductions given.

He has the physical description, he knows what he looks like, and if Ilia is having a trauma response to seeing his face??? All the confirmation he needs really. His bestie/big sister figure is scared and her abuser is right there. Get wreckt, Wannabe Hero!

Low key, I’m tempted to have Ilia duel her father, win, and then have Link finish him off because he doesn’t want his blood on her hands. He’s haunted her enough, after all. And he knows the Yiga deaths hang heavy on her heart. But I also want the Zora to execute him??? Since Link and Iliana shouldn’t have to deal with that bastard if they can avoid it. Dorephan’s daddy mode showing, lol,

But we’ll see how it goes, lol. I’m very indecisive. Things aren’t set in stone until they’re actually written.

Ilia duels him, wins. Decides to let the Zora take care of him and turns away, as he isn’t *worth the time/effort*. Worst Link breaks free of the guards and attacks to kill, but Link intervenes with the Master Sword and slashes at him!

Worst Link realizes that Link is the hero he failed to be, and is dragged away by the Zora to be later executed. Boom. End scene.

Since we don’t know what will happen with Bird App in the nearest feature, I’ve decided to post my KeyLand in Yokohama report here as well as to not lose those precious memories (in written form, they’re safely burned in my head hopefully forever ^.^).

KEYLAND_JAPAN report is here! I will try to write as much as I remember, though tbh I’m still so excited and overwhelmed my memories are a bit of a mess, especially when it comes to which ment came after which song. Anyways, let’s start! But before that, let me tell you one thing: luck with ticketing will come to all Shawols one day, because it surely came to me. When I got to my seat I started crying because arena first row?!? For Kibum’s concert?!? FIRST FREAKING ROW!!!!!!

When Runaway started playing… I can’t describe this feeling, I think the only way it could get better would be during SHINee concert with Shawols being allowed to be loud (well, we were anyway, thank you Kibum XD).

The first notes of the Eye VCR (that’s what I’m going to call it) were nothing when compared with the boom of first notes of Gasoline. The sound during the whole concert was amazing, I could feel every single beat with my whole body. I wouldn’t mind going to Pia Arena for SHINee member concert again for sure. The fire effects were so hot (literally)! No wonder SHINee members are sweating like crazy during concerts, it’s not only choreography but the fire effects and lights are hot. Fire and golden clad Gasoline Kibum though 🥵🥵🥵 He looked like some deity, beautiful and fierce.

Guilty Pleasure was next and that song is fun! I can imagine how amazing it will be with Shawols screaming🔥 For Another Life he went to the second stage and let me tell you, back view of Kibum performing that song was so stunning I didn’t even look at screens XD He went back to the main stage for Yellow Tape and after it ended, the JShawol next to me was like I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH! and I agree, the energy is amazing. Plus the stage was moving up and down so it was really fun to watch.

The MC time. Kibum thanked us for coming even though it was raining, talked about waiting for the concert in Japan for four years and how it was long but at the same time passed in a blink of an eye. He also mentioned again the story about the staff being against Gasoline as opening act because it was like Kamehameha at the start of the fight (Dragon Ball reference) and Shawols were like well, it’s not a lie 😆 He said in the interview he did yesterday (for the dvd?🙏🏻) they asked him how is he different from #SHINee members and he was like umm, whiteness? (cue Shawols screaming because the lighting at that moment really made him look like a porcelain doll) and also his love for talking during MC which he’s really good at imho and also HOW THE HECK IS THIS GUY SO GOOD AT BEING CUTE?!? The kawaii~, kawaii~ shouts were all you could hear after each pouty/smiley/adorable face he did 😆

I think it was before Villain, he joked about him not telling us to shout but if we did, it’s not like he told us to (the whole thing was hilarious but also after that Shawols felt braver and became louder). He also started telling us how he was teaching KShawols the fanchants for Villain but we did it before he even could show us and he was like ‘oh, you already know o.o What a time we’re living in 😏’ Anyways, the G.O.A.T concert’s instrumental arrangement for songs was the best thing ever! He went back to the main stage and performed Show Me and Hologram. Since I Wanna Be release, I dreamt about seeing Show Me live and he performed it! And Hologram needs loud fanchants, hopefully in Osaka there’ll be no more restrictions 🔥

The second part of the concert started with Heartless and dancers introduction. Kudos to them, they were really amazing during the whole concert! Also, I need this song to be released asap, love the rock energy it gives. Kibum changed his outfit and wore the floppy ear white hat (wasn’t it black yesterday?). He was adorable af, performing his musical act of Saturday Night (seriously, the choreo is like from a musical theatre), just to change the mood for more serious and personal with Proud. Btw, all the songs he performed with handheld microphone were showcasing his live vocals so well ❤︎ Next one - Delight. What a change of mood, Kibum all smiley and happily frolicking on the stage. This song really won me over with the concert version. Forever Yours - Kibum sang Soyou’s parts which damn but he can sing high notes!!! I Wanna Be was also delightful with Shawols shouting the ‘shiny’ and ‘bling bling’ pretty loud for a concert not allowing loud cheers 😆

Time for next ment. Kibum talked about Heartless, how it means without a heart, like a zombie or Frankenstein and how this is the feeling of the song. He also talked about how releasing new albums means more and more songs and how it gets harder to choose which ones he want to sing. Oh, I forgot to write how at the beginning of each MC he was drinking a LOT of water, making the funnies faces at us XD At one point he even said ‘I’m worried about Yokohama’s water (supply), I’m gonna drink it all’ 😂 He talked more about food he ate and then made the whole venue laugh with a story of how he went to Shibuya Crossing and went to a new viewing terrace, with his Chanel bag and all but they didn’t want to let him in because of his beanie, so he took it off and his hair was such a mess he can’t post the photo on sns 😂 Still, the view was amazing, worth the orange juice he bought to get a seat 🤣 Kibum also talked about how he cut his hair but it grows fast, how he dyed it blond because he realised he had black hair for the longest time and how hard it was to go back to light colour, how it turned orange at the beginning but now is fine because his hair is healthy (he was literally like ‘Key-kun’s hair is healthy’, cutie). Kibum also said he was happy to have a concert with lots of fans in the audience, the scale difference between Japan and Korea concerts is quite big in this regard (if only screaming and singing with full power was allowed 🥲). I’m not sure if he talked about SHINee in this ment or the next one, but he said Taemin came to visit him during practice and Kibum was like ‘why is this kid coming with nothing, no food, no drinks, nothing’, to which Taem replied ‘oh you wanted food? I can order some’ and Kibum said ‘it’s too late for that!’ He also said that he misses SHINee members since they don’t see each other that often (Taemin and Jinki since the concert in Korea), except for Minho, he saw Minho not long ago so for now he’s ok with not seeing Minho’s face, he will miss him next month XD SHINee is coming next year, Kibum said so!!!

One Of Those Nights acoustic version was beautiful, I need more acoustic songs from SHINee!!! I Can’t Sleep and Imagine back to back closed the cute part of the concert and then it came - Easy VCR!!! I was sitting with my jaw on the floor because trust me, Kibum dancing gently on the biggest screen was something else.

Next part of the concert is kind of blurry in my mind because Kibum in white space alien outfit destroyed my brain and heart. Bound performance during his concert >>>>>> music show performances. I can’t say anything about Helium that hasn’t been said already. Ain’t Gonna Dance on the other hand is pure perfection on stage! This song is sexy and smooth and Kibum’s vocals are chef’s kiss!

During his next MC Kibum did the “which outfit is the best one” quiz again but the results were weirdly interesting since Shawols pretty much screamed for all three equally and some brave soul even shouted ‘we love all of them’ and Kibum was laughing at that, saying that we’re saying that now but as soon as concert ends we will probably say ‘oh, but that outfit is actually my favourite’ XD

Kibum talked about Eighteen, how the song was born because he debuted when he was eighteen and thought a lot about his life and his feeling from that time. He also performed Chemicals after Burn and I loved it but!

But now I need a moment to tell you that Burn is the sexiest mf song in Kibum’s discography and don’t argue with me because when you see him live, his silhouette surrounded by red light and shadows, you will agree with me!

The last song of the main part of the concert was This Life. Kibum said he wondered if he should end with Proud or not but he wanted to end the concert with high energy, with us jumping and enjoying ourselves to the fullest. He joked how he was supposed to say ‘this is the last song of today’ but let’s face it, he’s never been to a concert without encore so he’s not even going to pretend XD He also jokingly said ‘because I’ll be back after two minutes and thirty seconds he needed to change his clothes’😂 This Life left me breathless because when Kibum says jump, I jump!!! It’s a stadium song and I wish he had a chance to perform it for the biggest audience!

During the break before encore they were showing Shawols on the screens and many had amazing slogans, often handmade! One of Shawols was holding printed out photo of chibi Bummie though (the one in the picture) and that got the biggest cheers XD

The encore started with Bad Love and the beautifully changed ending which I need released asap, Kibum please!!! The extended dance part was hot as well (there were extra dance parts in Helium too, I forgot to write). After Bad Love Kibum started to introduce dancers one by one and gosh but they were giddy 😂 The did all kinds of aegyo, all of them! Shawols were laughing so hard at their cute/weird poses and at Kibum who half cried from laughed and half cringed hard and after dancers left he said sth along the line of yeah, you need to be this kind of weird to work with me 🤣 The last song of the day was G.O.A.T. Kibum talked about how this concert, since first till the last song, is one of those greatest things in life and how we are the greatest as well (no, you are!!). Kibum looked so happy he could perform, he walked from one side of the stage to the other, waved at us and sang with the biggest smile. Thank you Bummie for the greatest afternoon ever!

Oh, and also during one of his ments Kibum talked about the lighsticks, he asked if the one not changing color is the old one (he had no idea it is a new merch) and called Shatting Star ‘the one that looks like mike’ 😂 He also told us that his mom has a special room for all SHINee merch and have it displayed like in a gallery. He said ‘mom has it all so if you want to exchange goods just contact her’ 🤣 Shawols were like give us the address please! XD

As for the concerts in Osaka, Kibum said he really wanted to have more opportunities to meet Japanese fans but there were no plans for extra concert before but suddenly the slot opened and he managed to get the venue. UMJ working hard for our SHINee boys 👏🏻

REVIEW

I absolutely LOVED this episode!!! I thought it was amazing :DD. It was super funny lol, but it had some really great heartfelt moments throughout too! And some other stuff too, like drama o.o 👀👀. It's 40 minutes later since I was catching up on my liveblogging and I'm STILL freaking out lol. I was heating up some food and I was literally like "I am having so many thoughts about blorbos" while staring hauntedly in the distance XDD.

Lol, anyways, time for the individual bits!

I was missing Paul, Mateo, and Marjan this episode 😭😭. Ever since the beginning lol (not like they were missing which they were but I mean I miss them xD) - I don't think we saw them once after that call XDD. But, hey, at least they were awesome during the short time we did get to see them :D. The rescue was really cool!! With Marjan of course being awesome lol. And good on Paul for finding the route!! And Mateo, I love you 🥰. Lol, I don't think he did anything specific, sorry bud XD. Anyway, yeah, they're my babeys and I love them :)).

Same for Nancy - I love her lol. But, at least we got to see more of her this episode :D. Than the others lol - not bc her over them or whatever but yk. I mean, it was still only one scene, but it was basically two, so it was long, and she spoke a lot more than the others xD. Anyway lol, she is of course an icon 🥰🥰. We got her and TK siblings content :DD; amazing as always. And, we got her and Tommy content!!! Also amazing as always :DD. Her making fun of Tommy for this whole situation is the funniest thing ever XDD.

Grace and Judd!! My lovelies 🥰🥰. I love Grace trying to get Tommy to let herself have this, but also for supporting her either way. And giving her a little nudge when she treated the poor guy like that XDD. Plus, in her calls, she was of course amazing :)). She was, as always, an icon <333. Also I love how Judd was just there lol, at the dinner XD. Man was just vibing, had no idea what was going on (not that he knew it) and he did not care lol (though again, he didn't know XD). Amazing lol, an icon <33. And of course for the rest of the time too 🥰🥰.

Plus, AAAH, Charlie sighting!!! My little girl 🥰🥰🥰. Her <333, your honor :'DDD :)) ❤️❤️❤️. I love them (their family) so much :')) <3333.

Anyway, Tommy! And the reverend guy lol. I should really know his name xdd. Anyway XD! Their scenes were HILARIOUS lol! I was just dying this whole episode XD (and at some bits from the drama). Plus, her conversation with Owen? Pure gold, lol. Anyway, it was fun seeing her off-kilter lol :). We only really see it concerning her love life, and I think it's fun :D. And clearly, funny XD. But I think her conflict over the whole situation was completely valid - that's something kinda crazy XD. I'm glad she went with it in the end though :)). Even if she invited the poor man over for a group dinner under false pretenses XD. This poor guy lol. But, AAHHHH THAT KISS!!! THEY KISSED!!! :DDDDD Good for them :)). I'm really interested to see where their relationship goes in the future! I think it'll be a fun journey to watch :D.

And can I just say again that I'm so glad we got rid of Julius 😭😭😭. XD As a love interest, that is. Although imagine if he shows up at some point and it's awkward- o.o . Hmmm, interesting 👀👀. Anyway, lol.

Owen timeee!! I really enjoyed his plot this episode! It almost had some really hilarious moments XD. Just a second ago I was thinking about how funny the episode was and somehow I completely forgot about him for a second lol. Anyway, this plot is really interesting!! I really think Sergeant O'Brien's undercover. They like misdirects and what not (apparent from that promo - I ain't believing that's Iris XDD), and I just think they wouldn't throw this in here. Plus, he covered for Owen, he just didn't want him coming back. But hey, they also like drama lol, so who knows! It's certainly interesting, though 👀. Anyway, I'm nervous for where this is gonna go, and Owen 😬😬. I mean I'm sure he'll be fine, but yk, I guess how everything's gonna down with him wrapped up in this lol. I definitely think it's gonna be interesting, and he's not gonna stop trying to stop them - be that by request of the FBI or not. Also, I'm just wondering where O'Brien took him 👀. I was kinda joking to myself that imagine he goes missing as well as Iris XD (while I was talking about O'Brien saying let's go when catching up on my liveblog lol, so I'd already seen the ending), but then I remembered that he's in the promo. Given said promo though, it looks like we'll be picking right up after the end of this episode, so I wouldn't be surprised if we get a scene near the beginning between Owen and O'Brien, wherever he took him. Idk though! Also, OWENNN STOP MAKING ENEMIESSS 😭😭 XDD. Bro walks in as undercover and calls people Nazis lol - like I respect it, but man, you're on a secret mission xD. Also "as undercover" is kinda a weird way to say it but idk it kinda makes sense so we're going with it xD. Anyway, lol!

Now, of course:

TK and Carlos :DD - and Iris, of course :). If you'll excuse me, ahem, AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! XDD. Y'all how dare they do this to me 😭😭😭😭. The DRAMA this episode!! Though lowkey I loved it lol. The drama, but also the plotline and episode as a whole xD. Anyway, let's go in chronological order here lol - TK doing the rescue with Marjan 🥰🥰🥰. Amazing, 10/10 lol. But genuinely, I thought that was really cool :D. AAAAHHHHHHHH that scene with Iris! Oh and of course TK stressing beforehand (😭 <3 my heart - just like Carlos is TK's hAURGH-), them being sweet 🥰🥰🥰, and Carlos's joke lol. We wanted TK to make those jokes but I'll definitely take Carlos lol - I didn't think he would XD. But I do think he was mostly trying to make TK laugh lol. Not quite accomplished but hey, he tried XD. Presumably lol. Anyway! Back to the scene with Iris lol. It was. H I L A R I O U S XDDD. Dude, possibly the funniest of the entire episode lol. Maaaaybe Tommy and what's his face talking at the station, or her asking Owen for help, but idk lol XD. Anyway, I've said most of my thoughts on the first half of this scene already because of the promo, but I'll say them here - especially now that we have everything xD. No, I don't think Iris was out of line with the questioning; we knew she was blunt and so did they, it may have come off as a bit rude but she wasn't trying to be. And also, just- Carlos supporting TK :'D. He loves Iris, obviously, and he wasn't against her or anything, but those little looks of reassurance, saying "Yes, don't worry about it, it's okay" :'))). Amazing <3. The tarlos body language and expressions in that scene was just 😭😭. Amazing, thank you Ronen and Rafa :'DDD. Continuing on! AGH I wish Iris would've been more clear about the papers, but I'm assuming she didn't know she was gonna go with annulment yet. Still 😑. It was funny though, I'll give her that xD. But tarlos going :DDD!! And then :D? And then -o- XDDD amazing lol. Also Carlos saying that they love each other and that's all that matters - stop 😭😭❤️❤️❤️. And not that I don't want them to get married, far from it, but Iris is kinda right in that they basically already are. Still, though, everything's gonna change for me when they get married 🥰🥰🥰. Not that anything actually will but idk, it's just different XDD. When they want to get married, anyway lol. But yeah, amazing scene 🥰🥰🥰.

Okay I was gonna try and hurry this up but clearly that's not happening XD. I just wanna get through everything without it being TOO long, lol. But, eh, whatever, let's just roll with it xD. Now, I'd already seen it mentioned in an interview, but I love love LOOOVED what TK said about getting legally married. He's so right - they (we) fought for rights for so long, and he definitely wants everyone to know that they did, and that he and Carlos got married :'DDD. It's also super sweet :'))). And of course, love him and Nancy <3. Especially since she suggested talking to Iris :p - because I definitely don't think it's TK's fault she went missing XD. And it did bring about the angst of knowing what she meant with exactly what she expected, but otherwise it would've been later angst or just the unknown, and this meant that we found out about the annulment sooner :DDD!! Bc I'm sure she would've told them eventually, she had to XD. Anyway, TK being so adamant about his love for Carlos - STOPPPP I'M DEAD 😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️. It was just so amazing :'D. Like I said, they're giving us plenty of dramatic love declarations, and I think it's making up for the storyline /hj /lh XDDD. But seriously, I love them <33. The declarations, but also Tarlos :D. And TK saying "he's mine" 👀👀👀. Aight, I see you XDD. And even though obviously Iris isn't jealous or anything (thank GOODNESS, I would've hated that), we love to see it :DDD. I think he deserved it 😌😌. And it was iconic too, lol. Plus, I saw it on the subtitles and I was like o.o but I did NOT expect it to be that intense lol - TK said it even more intensely than I thought he would, and it was awesome lol xD :D >:D. Anyway, AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH AN ANNULMENT 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🎉🎊🎊. THANK GOODNESS!!!! And hey, now all the people who've been wondering why it hasn't been can be satisfied lol. It was just for the drama XD. But like, AAAHHHH!!! A) we don't have to go through the drama (just like all that it involves) of a divorce, and B) aGH yes, TK deserves to be Carlos's first and last husband 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️. That is amazing :'))). Also, of course, it's great that that was the reason she wouldn't sign lol. But you could've said it earlier girl XDD. Jk lol, I know it was for the drama and I can respect that lol - I'm the one watching the drama show, after all xD. But anyway! YESSSSSSSS!!! Also that hug was so cute 😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️🥰🥰. Now xdd. The angsty, dreaded bit lol (not really, just kinda 😭😭 now the angstttt agh feelings lol). Then of course, TK had to ask what she meant 😭😭😭 xD. I mean, I'd rather this then it just be left forever lol, unknown, or that it comes out later, but still xD. And like TK's face and his voice in that scene 😭😭😭. AGH I don't deserve it xdd. It was nice that Iris said they were more :'D, and life long project is KINDA sweet, but not really 😭, girl, wrong words XDDD 😭😭😭.

And then of course, that brings us to that last scene with TK and Carlos. Though, not the last one of one of them lol - we'll be there in a minute xD. Finally, we're back to Carlos lol - no offense TK, it's just been a hot minute. I was like "wait I'm not talking about Carlos at all in the tarlos section, not for a while anyway" lol. Anyway! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭😭. Y'all that S C E N E!!! I did not deserve that 😭😭. I did not come here to be ATTACKED, have angst about my boys thrown in my face like that 😭😭. Luckily it wasn't really and "I relate" kind of attacked, but still lol. Anyway, TK SAYING MAYBE THIS MARRIAGE IS A BAD IDEA 😭😭😭❤️. Sir how dare you xdd. I don't deserve that lol /lh. And Carlos's "That surprised me." XDD. But seriously, the domesticity 🥰🥰🥰🥰. With TK looking like the most heartbroken man ever in the foreground xdd. Kinda ruining my vibe, man XDDD, lol /j. Anyway, it was such a good scene 😭😭😭😭. The vulnerability, the comfort <333. Them and their weird sitting positions xD. I do wish we saw a bit more of a conversation, but having just re-watched it to see what I thought, I'm feeling better about it :). I still would've liked it little more, but TK did seem to be feeling better by the end :)). And I feel like "You're a hot mess. But you're my hot mess" is kinda proving that Carlos doesn't see him as a project - he loves TK, hot mess and all, and isn't trying to fix him. Like I said, I do think it could've been a bit better (and we may see a bit more about it in the future, but I doubt next episode with everything going on, and idk about the likelihood after that - still, it's possible), but I really loved the scene, so I can move past it :D. Oh and also, totally different times, but "He's mine" and "You're my hot mess" 😌😌😌👀. Cinematic parallels XD. Anyway, Carlos saying "the day I met you" 😭😭😭 :')) I knew it <333. I suspected he would say that lol. And also those KISSES AAAGH!! They were so tender and sweeeet 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍. And TK's little "Shut up" and "I hate you" xddd, he is adorable your honor <333. Also Carlos's little "yeah" as he leaned in to kiss TK again reminded me of 3x04 🥰. And about the conversation itself, I like how Carlos explained it - he didn't marry Iris because she was broken (not that she was showing signs of schizophrenia at that point - which I only say because TK specified, and I'm glad he did so that Carlos could point that out. It's something I feel like needed to be said), he married her because he was. Or. thought he was, anyway - and he found out he wasn't when he met TK. Like. Y'all. 😭😭😭😭😭❤️❤️. That is the most adorable heartwarming thing xdd. Also, it's another thing that's actually answering TK - Carlos wasn't broken, and neither is TK. I only fully registered that as I was writing this lol xD. But yeah, I love that :')). Anyway, then the CALLLL AHHHHHHH 😭😭😭. By the way I think TK starts looking slightly concerned there (I think so, you can just barely see it - I might judt be reading into things though lol XD maybe it's just the remnants of his sad boy face xDD), which just- augh 😭❤️. Oh, also, I figured while watching that Carlos would figure out or ask (or both if TK was cagey lol) what brought this on, and I was s bit confused when he didn't. But, having seen the promo, I now see it's for the drama :D lol. It wasn't strictly necessary he realize there, but it does make room for the drama of him finding out/figuring it out (again, probably a mix, unless they find out she was seen with a man who'd never been at her place of work before earlier in the day lol, and had a description or something XD - as in Carlos might figure it out lol) next episode :). So, it would've been easier now, but even though I'll probably scream and shake and throw up and die, I love me some angst so I'm glad we get it next time :D. Hey, at least we get to see it lol. I'll take that with Tarlos XDD (not that they're particularly bad about that, show wise I mean, but yk lol. I'm pretty much that way with any of my ships XD). Anyway, I loved this scene <333. It was adorable 🥰🥰🥰🥰.

Lastly, the final scene 😬. AAAHHHHHH IRIS IS MISSING!! Also how dare he call her Carlos's wife 😤. Lol, I'm mostly joking xD. Too bad they couldn't have been the annulment papers left in there, though xd. Also, Carlos just looks in shock this whole scene 😭😭😭. Or most of it, anyway. And the way he looks up immediately when that guy said Iris's name - :((((. She doesn't deserve this 😭😭. And he doesn't either :'((. I hope she's okay <333. Anyway! I have absolutely no idea as to who took her, but given that in the promo we saw Carlos carrying someone while in uniform and it might have been Iris (I don't remember but I think some people said it was), and we've also seen him get hit over the head, I'm wondering if whoever it was gets Carlos but Iris is kept somewhere else. Idk! I'm also wondering if they specifically have a fridge against Iris or they were just kidnapping people ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠∵⁠ ⁠)⁠┌. Although I will say, Carlos's comment made me think: "She used to be one of them". Iris's case will probably not be taken too seriously since she has a history of mental illness and disappearance. That would add extra reasoning to why Carlos is immediately going to search for her - there's a good chance she's not very high on the priority list. And speaking of a history of mental illness - she was taken without her meds, most likely. So, if she, for example, were the one to hit Carlos, I wouldn't be surprised. Or at least, it would make sense. Not only would (I imagine) her schizophrenia symptoms would return, but it is Not a good idea to go off meds suddenly. So, idk! It'll certainly be interesting though :O.

But yeah, it was heartbreaking 😭😭😭💔💔. I imagine next time will be even worse xd. Even just in the beginning, lol, from Carlos - the promo definitely makes it seem that way xD. Speaking of the promo, I think he may half-blame TK in the heat of the moment, but TK will realize it's just because Carlos is scared and emotional, and that they'll leave that behind before Carlos leaves. Also, since that's almost definitely the same night as the end of this episode, Ronen saying that still was Episode 3 and not Episode 2 makes more sense now xD. I was like "huh, yeah, Carlos can repeat shirts I guess lol", even though the next episode would be kinda soon, but this makes sense XD. I may have vaguely considered that they were just super close together in time, but eh lol, I didn't think about it for that long xD. Anyway, I loved TK and Carlos this episode :DDDDD :')))) 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🥰😍😍. Also Iris 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️. Loved her too :DD. And all three of them together - that was fun lol :D. Anyway, t h e m <333.

Overall, I absolutely loved this episode!! I thought it was really great, and it was just SO FUNNY XDD. But, it definitely had a lot of drama too! Overall just a really eventful and good episode :). I did miss seeing more of the 126, but I'm sure we'll see more of them next time :). Though I imagine it'll be largely focused on Iris, with maybe some of Owen's storyline. Still, we know they're there for the rescue (or whatever you would call it)! Anyway, the calls (call?) today were amazing :D. I just checked, it was only the one xD. Besides Grace's side of that 9-1-1 call lol. But, to be fair, it (the real call) was 10 minutes long, so it makes sense that there was only one xD. Anyway, it was cool :DDD. Plus, Marjan being lowered from a helicopter!!! It was cool, and bringing in O'Brien (plus him owing Owen a drink) set it up nicely for him to show up at the Honor Dog's bar. Well played! Anyway, all the storylines were amazing, and I'm excited to see where they lead :). I'm also very scared for next episode! Less of an immediate conflict thing, more just :(( and I hope Iris is gonna be okay. She better be, lol xD. But yeah, I'm a little nervous for the tarlos bit at presumably the beginning, but I don't think it'll be too bad. Mostly when I say I'm scared I just mean I'm tense and stressed, about next episode but also the situation as a whole lol. Still, I think it's gonna be amazing!!

So, yeah! I really loved this episode. It was so funny, which balanced the drama. I'm super interested in seeing what happens next! This has been my review of. . .

Two simple and sweet ones (from Obsidian 10 and Midnight 14):

Your story is so good!!! This is literally my favorite twilight fanfiction ever!

I really like this fanfiction! I never thought I would like Mike as a character but here we go. Tbh I was looking for a little bit Carlisle action... but what I got was a whole new Twilight universe :)

One that made me think - this was left on Viridian 2 in mid-August last year, only 2 weeks after I started. It's stupidly obvious now... but I didn't know about my sensory style and this comment made it click:

Wow. I’m really in awe of your skills with scene setting and describing characters. You do it in such a way that provides a lot of lovely details but isn’t at all like your describing them consciously. It just reads really naturally while still painting a detailed picture in the readers mind.

And this last one... whew.

It completely freaked me out in the most flattering way possible!

...and yes, this one is on Azure. It's also the most recent chapter they've read. They haven't read Sapphire, Sangria, or Midnight yet!

So. This reader. This terrifyingly brilliant reader.

I'd call them a seer, but this goes way beyond that. Let me explain:

One - They had Mike pinned in a way no one else had. It's no big deal now, since everyone knows his color deal now... but this was written when Azure was the most recent chapter - back in September.

Back when even I didn't have his power completely nailed down yet. Before I went back to edit minor clues earlier on, about this power.

The part where both Beau *and* Mike come to school with dark bags under their eyes is quite damning. I have a strong hunch that Mike is hiding some pretty big shit from Beau. They both have a charm from Edward after all. Maybe Mike is starting to get some visions of his own? Or maybe he's had a Mandala of his own for as long as Beau, or just got one recently.

Two - They didn't just pin the future. Oh no. They also nailed my abandoned Apricity 1.0 as well! Beyond that, they even got me to reconsider using more of the original scene/intentions (still not sure how much, though)... and they have no idea about any of that:

I don't think Beau will doubt that they're vampires anymore after this dream, lol. The amount of time that Carlisle spent caressing his neck, biting his lips to the point that it breaks the skin, and finally biting into his neck to drink from him really made it clear. Carlisle was definitely showing off his possessive side with his pet names, but that last sentence was particularly chilling. "You're mine now, sweet boy," sounds like both a threat and a promise all wrapped in one. I shudder to think of what might happen if he saw someone was flirting with Beau. The other boy would be dead so fast...

I was so shocked that they nailed my original Apricity 1.0, that I actually clued them into it, in a deeper reply. I wrote this back to them - back when I was certain I wouldn't use the majority of it:

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention something earlier - bizarrely applicable to the point you made about what Carlisle might do IRL if someone tried something with Beau. So funny story - last year, when I was first writing out Cerise (the hospital chapter), I'd actually written an off-screen scene to get a feel for the characters and the actual in-chapter scenes. Mind you, that outtake and the first draft of Cerise are so far outdated now, that a good chunk of it doesn't connect to Cerise or Apricity of today... but traces of that scene still exist in both Cerise and Azure today. . In any case... in that super old Cerise outtake, after Carlisle grabs Edward and drags him out, they end up in that isolated hallway/room and Carlisle pretty much confronts Edward about... something (pretty obvious that something happened, even from today's Cerise). But within this very outdated draft, at some point, Edward starts egging Carlisle on about liking Beau, that first day at school, and Beau being his singer - just to get his straight-laced brother to react and well... Carlisle reacts... uhh... badly, to say the least. He ends up at Edward's throat on an instinct, but at some point he comes to and feels really terrible about it. Strangely enough, I was channeling a few pieces of that old outtake when I wrote Azure (and rewrote the today's Cerise from scratch)... so I'm actually kind of impressed that you somehow saw a piece of this old outdated reference I used for the dream sequence! . That being said, I'll leave it to you to decide just how outdated that outtake is relative to Cerise today. There are definitely a *lot* of major changes... but the outtake isn't totally irrelevant XD

And their cute reply to that:

Well, what are the odds of me asking what Carlisle would do in a specific situation, and that scene actually happened in an unpublished draft? Lol, that's amazing.

Three - You thought it ended there? Nope. It goes even further.

This person somehow nailed at the core of the mystic bond that those two share, as well as the elements of the dreamscape.

To be fair, they openly admitted that they read the chapter twice and noticed a ton of shit they didn't notice the first time around.

Also don't worry about spoilers. This is high-level enough that it won't give away stuff on its own... though Alhaira, I rambled about all of this in the DMs, so you should be able to see how close this person got.

The scariest part?

I think this person figured out my subconscious mind before I did:

The dream/vision was very interesting to read. Beau was able to recognize his surroundings, smell petrichor, remember to find his friends, etc. even in such a state. That he had so much control over his senses was surprising but seeing as this was more of a magical vision rather than a normal dream, it makes perfect sense. [...] The part where he felt a rush of power from the forest was intriguing. I know that he has more of the Current surrounding him than usual, but this is making me believe that maybe Beau can become a shifter or learn magic himself. [...] That Beau is enamored with him to the point that he'd let Carlisle do anything he wanted to him sounds extreme- so much so that I'm beginning to think that vampires have a lure or a siren's call or something else in your story. It's making me wonder if the actual Carlisle was present in this specific vision, and that's how Beau is being so affected by a supposed dream. [...] And boy, I'm excited to get some answers myself. The way the Mandala works is eating at me. I don't know if Beau is being affected so strongly from the Mandala because he isn't familiar with the current, he needs protection from the current, or if it's just the pull/lure of the vampire that he's connected to.

Well, I'll leave it at that for now... on its own, this isn't enough to spoil or anything, since they don't know the details for sure and are just theorizing. But this comment put a stupid amount of stuff into perspective, dragging so much stuff from my subconscious mind.

This was also the comment that made me revisit the whole thing with the Mahabhuta interlude, exploring the dreamscape and mystic stuff even further... even though this comment happened a whole three months before the vampire bingo card happened!

(I'll explain that in a post about the interlude soon, for Miranda's ask)

To say that I would pay money for their take on Midnight... wouldn't be a lie. I want to see what else they can drag from the depths of my subconscious. Heck, I'm like... 80% sure that if they read Midnight and soon, Prithvi, they'd be in striking distance of my exact plans!

Long story short... to say that this comment "made my day"... that'd be the biggest understatement of the month of last September!

So, a little something about me that I may have rambled about before - notebooks. I am a freaking hoarder of notebooks. My preference for a given style of notebook - spiralbound, composition, hardbound - varies according to what it will be used for, and whether it looks neat (I am sad we no longer have a, Office Depot OR a Staples nearby T_T), but I own a PLETHORA of the things. Because I wish to write in them - I love the feel of pages full of handwritten words, absolutely delights me. But the hardest thing about any new notebook, the most intimidating act, is to actually start. Writing. In it.

However, once started, it becomes easier to continue. I rambled that, to ramble about the fact that I currently have two notebooks I have been lugging about with me. One is a smaller-but-thicker-than-a-comp-notebook spiralbound affair, the other is an Amazon knockoff moleskine (and it REALLY isn't that bad!). What for, you might ask? Why, writing about my dear WoL Akagi, of course!

And next you might ask, why TWO notebooks. Well, quite simply, I decided that the "moleskine" would be my "Akagi Lore Repository" - all the stray thoughts about or from the seven foot tall Paladin who currently traipses about Eorzea and gets into - and out of, mostly - adventures and various and sundry other shenanigans. xD Basically, I can keep the rough draft thoughts and impressions in there, and the spiralbound-er is for actual snippets and scenes and what have you (there are some coming, I swear by the kamis and the Twelve, it's just been so bloody freaking HOT my brain is fried). I have, in recent years, tried to make more concerted efforts of writing regarding OCs and keeping that stuff together - poor Rav and Marshall have OODLES of snippets and song ideas, some things not necessarily "canon" to them any longer, but it's all in various little scrap bits of paper, or old receipts or singular pages from notebooks... O.o

Where was I going with this - Akagi, right! So, yes, that is currently how I am keeping track of that stuff. I just recently got done having a mental discussion of sorts of how Akagi compares and contrasts some of his adversaries who seem very much the same, but also who very much aren't. Just to get more stuff out of my head so I can focus. >.< I'm aiming for this weekend to whittle down my asks (I have not forgotten, y'all have just given me so much great stuff to work with I need to figure out where to START! ^_^; ) and debate whether any would be good enough to maybe throw on Ao3 (pretty sure Xano's meeting Mundus will go up there, I am very happy with that one!).

Anyroad, I have rambled long enough, just an update. If you managed to make it here, congrats! I would give you my seal of approval, but it swam away! So, my eternal gratitude (and awful puns) will have to suffice. x3

3 - do you leave the window open at night?

Not anymore. Now I just run the air conditioner connected to it from March to early December.

4 - which cryptyd being do you believe in?

(I actually had to look this up. 😅) So, I'm going to blanket this because I've always believed in possibilities and highly doubt the human race has learned everything about our planet yet. I believe in the possibility of just about all aquatic creatures. There's way too much we haven't explored in the ocean yet and it's totally possible that mermaids and stuff exists and they're just so different from what we expect (as in mermaids might be humanoid fish that live in the ocean, even now, but they could also be fat, flat and or blind because they live so deep).

I don't really believe in any winged cryptyds. I feel like we fly so many planes around now that while there's still some unknown species of birds, there probably isn't anything like mothman or the Jersey Devil.

For terrestrial cryptyds, I don't think there's a bigfoot, but there could be undiscovered yetis. I also think there are probably a few more intelligent wolf-like creatures that have continued to avoid humans thus far. And any giant bugs, sure, why not? Look, I used to think worms only got so big, but then when I was around 22, during a really big rainstorm, almost flooding, I passed a, I kid you not, worm that was at least 2 feet long and 2 inches thick and it freaked me the fuck out and I ran into Burger King (because I was right next to it) and shakily called Deo because there's no way that shit's normal. O.o So, yeah. Anything underground? Yeah, I believe it could exist. O.o

7 - hair-ties or scrunchies?

Whatever's on hand, really. I usually buy hair-ties because they're cheaper, but I'm not opposed to scrunchies. I just rarely wear them because they're all old and maybe only one or two of them haven't been stolen by my cats yet. :/

14 - do you love the smell of earth after it rains?

Absolutely. I grew up in a desert where it rained very regularly during monsoon season and learned that the smell was actually wet cactus. I miss the smell so much. The wet earth just doesn't smell the same where I'm at now. 😢

Thank you so much for the ask! Learning about the different kinds of cryptids was very interesting. (I'd heard the term before, but never actually knew what they were exactly.)

With the fishing competition officially over, it was time to head home so everyone could satisfy their needs! Some in more, uh, unique ways than others...look, Alice being a werewolf means "marking her territory" outside and then licking herself clean at the sink are totally reasonable activities and get her XP for new powers. :P And also allows Victor first shot at the only bathroom in the house, which I'm sure he appreciated. XD

Anyway -- around this time, I decided, "Hey, I had Smiler bring along their new drone on this vacation -- I should have them record a video now, while it's nice! Maybe of them building a sand sculpture?" So I had them get it out so I could do just that -- l

But, unfortunately, while they were doing that, I got distracted by having to live-drag the pizza floatie I'd provided for the trio into deeper water so the still-kinda-tired Victor could nap on it. And when I looked back to start the video, I could not, for the life of me, find the drone. O.o I have NO idea what happened there -- it wasn't in Smiler's inventory, but it also wasn't anywhere on the lot that I could see. Frustrated, but certain it would pop up later (if only because I was sure the game would put it back into their inventory the next time I changed lots, like with their laptop), I instead had Smiler play with their quadcopter for a bit while Alice started dinner -- a lovely fish feast using the tuna Victor had caught, wrapped in banana leaves and left to roast on the island BBQ pit. She then swam out to join him in his napping, taking over the rainbow whale floatie. Look, they had a long day and needed their beauty rest, okay? :p

With them both snoozing away (just so they'd have enough energy to get through dinner), I was left with just Smiler to entertain -- and fortunately, I already had a good idea of what I wanted to do. Namely, get a few more pictures. XD So when Smiler finished flying their quadcopter around, I had them whip out their phone and take a few shots of the surrounding scenery in the sunset glow, along with shots of Victor and Alice sleeping on their floaties. XD I mean, you have to admit, the place looked REALLY pretty at sunset -- nothing wrong with getting a few landscape snaps too!

However, it seems The Sims 4 was as done with me taking in-game pictures as you all probably are -- once Smiler put their phone away, my game just started freaking CHUGGING for some reason. I tried to fix it by going into the main menu, which often resets things if they get kind of "oof," but for whatever reason it wouldn't stick this time. I tried to tough it out, sending Smiler out into the water to clean up some trash and back-float with their partner and metamour, but in the end I had to drop a save and reload the game. Happily, once I returned to the lot, everything was running smoothly again...

So...I randomly heard some guy crying, and immediately freaked out because I thought someone was dead...instead it was this dude.

Stream number 8 started, we are looking forward to the spring festival on Agnes school. I will watch it for a while, but go to bed eventually.

- Swin and Nadia will sadly leave us at the end of this game They said they enjoyed school but its not their thing to stay in one place or something. Sad to think that they will be gone in Kuro 3. But... here is hoping we get a lot of other great characters from previous games then.

- Ah.... school festivals. It will be like a trip down memory-lane XD

- Even the chat is like: Why does everything go down the drain at school festivals and I agree. Its not just school festivals, but most Trails games end on festivals being nice and then going terrible wrong. Remember in CS3 we had the Heimdall festival and everything was fun and nice, you had some romance if you wanted to, some dancing and a lot of talking to different people and then BOOM Ash shot the Emperor. And the fun was over.

- Falcom, the guys without a backbone made Van chose between Agnes and Elaine. Just for who he spends time with at the school festival and you can Switch between them if you want - apparently. But it is still weird that you can choose at all.

- The chat said to go with Elaine - if course, because Agnes is still a student and we are blah blah... Let's not talk about this issue. If the game comes out in English before we all die, I will chose Agnes; P So let's leave it at that and don’t get into the whole Agate and Tita discussion again. (For now...)

- Agnes Connect-Event in that chapter was sooo cute. But Van is so not getting it XD What is wrong with our protagonist being so stupidly oblivious?

- Van and Agnes had a scene on a lookout place, conveniently were her parents actually got engaged. Shizuna on the other hand, decided to fight with Vans Grendel form. Priorities, guys XD

- BTW... did I tell you that Rean left Thors an is on the move with Olivert around the country? Yes, I am as irritated about that as you are. But so am I about Crow being in Calvard but not around to protect Towa. At the very least we know Cedric and Shirley are still “together” as in doing most things together.

- Rennes connect event was so wonderful. It ended with Van giving Renne a PaterMater Hollow-Core that her family and friends have been working on for a long time. I was close to tears while watching it.

- Next in line of the many connect events is Yume and she gets a freaking bike from Van.

(Some of the connect events are really cute and all but its still kind of boring to watch like 6 of them in a row. Especially since they are so damn long. Not sure how much longer I can last ^^’)

- Swin can ride a motorbike O.O

- I will miss those two so much in the next game, althouhj there were always nothing but pain and trouble for me in this game XD

- Guess I totally lost that one XD (They have helped a couple get married and afterwards they talked about Elaine getting marriage offers that Elaine refused but Van was teasing her about not waiting too long because of the implications of being called a maiden and all... and then she catched the boquet the bride threw. So... THAT is a real implication.)

Okay, thats it for today. Admitting defeat here. That is not exactly the note I wanted to end this one on, but I am not a sore loser (anymore) so I give that one to Elaine (not fully giving up on Agnes tho ;P) and go to bed now. We finish this game tomorrow.

DEATH TW, MURDER TW, CHILD ABUSE TW

eris was a result of an affair --- almost a reason of breaking her father’s marriage. and yet, when he come with a new child and new woman to his house, his wife wasn’t having it.

mrs. selwyn knew that the killing cure wasn't the only way to get rid of the whore that took her husband --- and made sure to use this knowledge. the only thing that rescued little girl in her husband’s hands was kieran ---- her own son, a little over 12 years old --- who come to check the loud noises. it was easy to cover the dead body with a charm, but the cry of a baby already cached kieran’s attention and there was not going back when mr. selwyn said ‘it’s your sister’.

after that, the selwyn family’s home becomes just another cold manor ; with father always away, guilty and shame and bitterness rolling in his chest and step mother who never failed to sharply snap at the girl, eris grew up with a feeling like the only person that does care about her was her older brother ---- kieran was quick to hug her and kiss her ‘boo-boos’ and keeping her warm and loved, trying to shield her from stepmother’s hate as much as he could.

but there was no hiding away when kieran left for hogwarts --- even with coming back as much as he could, with letters full of love and support, eris wasn’t able to protect herself from the hand and wand of her stepmother, nor from her cutting words.

she quickly learns to bite her tongue and cast her eyes down, stay silent and calm. she hated her stepmother and resented father, looking up hopefully to the times when kieran was close. he was the one who would go with her to park, to have her playing with other kids, even when his friends were laughing at him for being such mom.

then, the war came. they talked about it, with kieran quietly admitting that maybe there was something in the dark lord plans --- not everything, but their world needed protection, needed to keep the traditions alive. he didn’t want to fight, he wanted to study ancient runes, but then, mother was nagging him to take up the auror career till he break down and did took that path.

he was dead not long after ; stupid break-in and the scared kid was all it took, with kieran’s hesitance to cast a spell before the panic got over a thief and the killing curse was cast.

it was like the world become just a white noise in eris’ head. she couldn’t look at stepmonther, who did everything to make kieran’s death seems like a sacrifice, like something noble, making him into a hero ---- a dead hero and it took a lot of eris’ to not scream at her that she killed him. she told him to do it, he didn’t wanted and now he was dead. she took the only person that loved her away and she was going to paid.

it was surprisingly easy to find a death eater willing to recruit a half-veela. with a smile and a few words, she could trade a piece of information and who would think a teenager could be dangerous? eris swear her loyalty to the dark lord, with a price of marking after she got what she was after.

and sure enough, soon aurors ride the selwyn’s manor, taking stepmother into custody under suspicions of being a dark lord loyalist and of planned murder of her own son. eris was afraid that the trial would give up her lie, but there was no court trial ---- the war ended and mrs. selwyn ended up in azkaban.

she survived 11 years here and eris saw her once per month, watching her going insane with cold satisfaction.

in the meantime, she becomes a lady of the manor, with father clutching to her desperately as she was the last of his family --- and with a face so similar to the woman he loved, it was easy to have him in her fist. eris attended the hogwarts and was in ravenclaw, then studies runes and become a professor --- living her dead brother’s dream so to speak. her father died soon after, leaving her everything. it was a bitter-sweet feeling.

because of her stepmother’s actions to make kieran a hero and because of being one of the sacred twenty-eight famillies , eris found herself being invited to more ministry’s functions and balls than she thought she would be --- but she does come here, meets with all ‘the right people’ when needed.

as a professor, she is known for being kind and patient, smiling to students and correcting errors in a soft tone. she rarely takes points, but her detentions are dreadful & she makes a lot of tests---- and if you don’t speak soon enough about not understanding something, the note you get will be your only chance.

Pinocchio AU

Okay people want the explanation for this comic so here it goes. It’s long and complicated and MESSED UP because of course it is, this is me. I’m going to write in points because my small tired brain can’t handle good english atm but basically to sum up the Adrien was a sentimonster theory or Pinocchio AU as I like to call it:

Young married Emilie and Gabriel can’t have kids. Gabriel reluctantly accepts this fate and even brings up adoption as a possibility once, but Emilie doesn’t want to hear any of that. She’s a bit of a Marinette in the sense that she pictures this romanticized ideal life for herself and a child—her flesh and blood—HAS to be in it.

They keep trying to get a baby while other young families Emilie knows keep growing. She feels left out and hurt and depressed, then her newlywed twin sister announces she’s expecting a baby too and something within Emilie just unhinges.

She eventually lies to some of her friends, who she was out for coffee with, that she’s pregnant too. She mostly does it just to see their reaction and feel what it would be like but it quickly spirals out of control where she just starts pretending she’s pregnant until you can’t even tell if she believes it herself.

Gabriel is confused at first because he hears the news second hand (a friend/family member congratulating him) so he’s apprehensive when he approaches his wife but she convinces him that they really are getting a baby and Gabriel is ecstatic.

It’s only later at a doctor’s check up that Gabriel learns that she indeed is not pregnant. The doctor even speaks to him alone explaining that his wife is in denial and that he should make sure she goes to see a psychiatrist, something she definitely wouldn’t do alone.

Gabriel is unsuccessful with that because he’s not entirely persistent, doesn’t want to be the guy with the crazy wife having to tell everyone she lied about being pregnant, and hopelessly believes she’ll just get over it eventually.

That is until her “pregnancy is near due”—her sister already had Félix in England a few months ago—and he stumbles on her transformed with her peacock miraculous (they already have both of them) creating a sentimonster newborn.

They have a huge fight about it but because Emilie refuses to destroy it, won’t tell Gabriel where the amok is, and Gabriel can’t just hurt the baby with his hands, Emilie just… wins. Fucked up, yeah?

Now she tried creating kids before this one, using her imagination to try and blend her and Gabriel’s looks but it just wasn’t working. So she decided to copy of photos of baby Félix because he already looked almost like a copy of his mother, and Amélie and Emilie already looked alike so it’s not so weird?—is what her mind was telling her.

She didn’t dare alter his looks but she decided to give the baby Gabriel’s eye color to include the “father” in some way. (Yes in that comic I made I gave Adrien a mix of green and gray but that was mainly to get the point across to the perceptive readers)

Now we got Adrien, a normal baby boy to the whole world except for Gabriel who’s forced into his wife’s fantasy through social expectations.

Why are we only at this point and this post is already so long AAAAAAAA!!!

Adrien physically basically grows in a way where Emilie just keeps changing his appearance to match what Félix looked like a few months prior.

Mentally he’s like a robot just taking in information without really needing to learn it. So Emilie decides when he says his first word, she decides when he learns to walk,… He knows how to walk, he just wasn’t given the command to do so yet.

But even so he does develop a personality over time, just slower, because unlike a normal child who’s always testing his boundaries, how far they’re allowed to go until they’re in real trouble, Adrien just can’t misbehave. At all.

But he does have his favorite foods and favorite toys, and jokes that make him laugh the most. The problem is just that Emilie could just decide that his favorite food is strawberries and he’d just start acting accordingly, rewiring his belief.

He also isn’t allowed to argue or be mean to others which is why Félix thinks he’s a goody two-shoes weirdo while Chloé the brat adores him.

This behavior isn’t so hard to hide with a toddler who’s fickle but it’s harder and harder as the kid grows. Which is why the family becomes very secluded over time.

Gabriel always keeps distance with his “son”. He’s not Dad, he’s Father, he doesn’t do hugs and cuddles, he doesn’t say I love you. But Adrien knows he loves him because his mom told him so and he loves him back unconditionally because Mom said that’s what families do.

Now even though Gabriel is traumatized by this whole ordeal and knowing Adrien “isn’t real” freaks him out he does soften a bit over time. I’m going to give an awful example but like someone who hates cats softening for a cat that their partner/roommate decided to get/had from before. Continuing with this example: But still becoming appalled when the cat starts acting odd/unusually.

Okay I think you get the gist. Let’s move on…

Emilie loves her son more and more as he grows and his sentimonster behaviours start bothering her more and more too. She hates being reminded that he’s not a real boy by people mentioning he looks young for his age because Emilie forgot to make him grow for a while. She hates when he does everything like he’s told. She hates that he has no real friends because they’re afraid to expose him to the outside too much and without supervision. She hates to think about his future.

Her desire for him to be real keeps growing and is what drives her to search for a solution in the miraculous spellbook.

She cracks the script after years, when Adrien is nearly a teen, and finds a way to transfer the creators soul into a sentimonster.

It’s a long process that takes time and while she falls ill to everyone around her, Adrien becomes more real.

Gabriel starts realizing what’s happening when he notices Adrien hesitate for a second when he’s playing a video game and Gabriel wants him to do something, groan when he gets bothered watching TV, huff, complain, have slightly opposing opinions to his and Emilie’s, when he argues with his mother when she tells him she’s feeling fine; when he notices his son’s eyes are greener. Or is it all in his head?

He confronts his wife too late, when she’s extremely ill already, her normally vibrant eyes dulled match Adrien’s bluish gray, and he pieces together in his head what she’s doing.

Before Gabriel could properly think what to do to stop the love of his life from turning into a lifeless doll, in a fit of panic he tries to take her wedding band (where he knows Adrien’s amok is) to get rid of Adrien instead, but is unsuccessful in getting it off her so he snatches her peacock brooch instead (which she needs to complete the spell obvs) and breaks it. (Heyoo! broken peacock miraculous. things are coming together)

Because the spell was almost complete anyway it’s Emilie who falls unconscious. But she doesn’t disappear because she’s not a real sentimonster, she just becomes dormant like one.

This is the point in the story where Gabriel makes it seem like Emilie ran away or something like that—basically disappear. Now he’s living knowing he has an almost sentimonster wife in the basement, knowing he almost killed his son (or her), and having to care for a son that suddenly became much more alive, questioning, arguing, angry, screaming, not accepting, crying, grieving, staring at him with Emilie’s eyes.

Instead of becoming a real parent, Gabriel shuts him out.

Soon Adrien evolves desires for socializing, company, getting away from the suffocating home which eventually leads to him going to a public school.

He slowly starts to live life freely without the restrictions that were put around his thoughts.

Gabriel has an even stranger relationship with Adrien now because he still loves him in a way but also holds resentment toward him. But mostly he sees him as something valuable.

The show happens here… And now finally we get to the comic…

Gabriel gets a hold of the ladybug and black cat miraculouses. (There’s no epic fight in his lair as you see there’s no Ladybug in the comic but that’s not really important)

What’s important is that Gabriel had deciphered the miraculous spellbook with the help of Emilie’s notes and had decided to use the unification’s “wish” power to awaken Emilie.

He’s aware he’ll need to sacrifice something for the wish to come true and he’s certain Adrien should be enough because the soul inside him is literally the one thing Emilie is missing.

✨Adrien (poor boy just lost his miraculous) is taken to Gabriel’s lair, where he finds out his father is Hawk Moth, sees his mother, learns he’s a sentimonster, and that he’s going to become a sacrifice ✨

Of course the last part is not what happens. It’s Gabriel who ends up being sacrificed.

I can’t decide if Gabriel ends up sacrificing himself because he changed his mind in the last moment while Adrien was screaming for him to stop, OR because he didn’t love Adrien enough for him to be considered an equal exchange for his wife… O.O

But anyhow…

Emilie wakes up with Gabriel’s soul within her (hence the bluish gray eyes in the comic).

Adrien is traumatized for life.

This took me hours to write… I knew there was a reason why I didn’t want to do it. I hope I didn’t forget anything and my brain made sense of it all

the au ask: uh, not sure how this works, but, let's say an au where the slime incident never happens?

Anon, no! I have about five AUs for that! You could at least tell me if you want it to be angst or crack!

More seriously, it's such a fun prompt because it avoids All Might telling Izuku he can't be a hero without a quirk, which is the start of so many vigilante/villain/quirkless Izukus.

But since I am a benevolent writer, I will not talk about the AU where Tsuyu and Mineta dies, then Iida, then Kota, then Mirio, Eri isn't saved, and so on.

Okay, it got really long so it's under a Read More.

All Might arrests the Slime villain before he gets in the sewers so neither Izuku nor Bakugou are attacked by him. The problem is that it also means that All Might never meets Izuku, never break his little heart, and Izuku never has the chance to prove his worth to All Might so no OFA.

Life goes on. Izuku still wants to become a hero. However, since his homeroom teacher told his entire class that he wanted to go to UA, his entire class, led by Bakugou, has decided to make his life a living hell over it. Constant taunting and people laughing at him.

It takes its toll on him.

He still doesn't doubt that a quirkless hero can exist but the more days, weeks, months pass, the more he keeps thinking of how easier it would be if he had a quirk.

A dangerous thought. One he usually doesn't allow himself to think because why whine about what is impossible to have? But one boy can only take "What a useless quirkless Deku like you do?" before he starts to get haunted by strange thoughts. Cough... urges... Cough.

It also makes him eager to prove himself. Maybe that's why he intervenes that evening when he sees a villain trying to hurt someone. Except that once the civilian he helped is running to call a hero, he is reminded that he is a smol child made of only skin and bones and that the guy in front of him is about to bash his head in.

He tries to protect himself, his hand grabbing the villain by the head and in this moment, as he is sure that he is about to be killed, he thinks the one selfish thought that he ever thought:

"It's unfair... that this quirk belongs to someone like you... instead of me."

And just like that, Izuku takes a quirk for the first time.

The villain runs in terror and Izuku runs (in the other direction) in confusion. Soon, it's pretty clear that he apparently had the ability to take and give quirks (thank you, Mom, who has volunteered to try the villain's quirk. Though it's strange how she keeps trying to call someone on her phone these days. But it's probably not important.) Which is a very cool quirk.

Izuku now has to pass from "No quirk at all" to "Can have whatever quirk he wants", which is quite dizzying.

He is so fired up for the UA exam, five months from then. Ridiculously happy bean.

Meanwhile, Mirio gets OFA because no successor showed the self sacrificial spirit that could have inspired All Might and both GT and Nighteye kinda pressures him into choosing a successor ASAP.

This has disastrous consequences as OFA is way too powerful for Mirio and starts to put an insane strain on his body. One month later, while fighting a villain (he has his hero license), he collapses on the side of the road, black lines all over his body as the quirk is killing him.

Izuku finds him and calls an ambulance ASAP but Mirio is is really bad shape. He asks him what happened and Mirio, half delirious, tells him that his quirk is killing him.

Izuku is very "????" but he can help! He can take the quirk away! But Lemillion would be quirkless! He can't take this decision! But Mirio can so he asks.

Mirio is half conscious. Completely in pain. He didn't even want that quirk. He likes Permeation. So, half delirious as he was, he might have mumbled something like "Take that thing out of me."

Izuku does, realizes that Mirio has two quirks so he leaves him the one that doesn't feel as heavy as a freaking dwarf star. Lemillion immediately starts to stop looking like he will drop dead any moment from now and the ambulance arrives, taking the hero student away.

Since Izuku doesn't have the All Might telling him that OFA is a good quirk, he acts like a sensible person: this quirk doesn't feel normal and it apparently kills its user. So he waits about 20 seconds before getting rid of it. He finds a nice and sturdy lizard, who, unbeknownst to everyone, becomes the 10th user of OFA.

The quirk comes back to Izuku.

Quirks aren't supposed to do that.

The freaking quirk is cursed. Izuku accepted a cursed quirk.

I cannot begin to describe how Izuku doesn't trust OFA in this AU. He doesn't use it. He intensively dislikes it. He tries everything and more to get rid of it but no matter what living organism he selects, the damn thing keeps coming back.

Meanwhile, Mirio wakes up from the hospital alive :) then remembers he gave a host-killing-quirk to a smol child. O.O

Panic ensues.

All Might realizes that whoever took OFA put his hand on Mirio's head, the same way AFO does. So it was probably AFO with a fun new shapeshifting quirk.

More panic ensues.

Meanwhile, AFO, alive indeed and who has been watching Mirio wastes away and enjoying the hell out of it (though he would have preferred it had happened one generation sooner) is furious that Yagi 2.0 isn't dying anymore because it means OFA passed to someone else! And since everyone in the OFAteam is quite panicked, they apparently lost the quirk he gave his little brother!

He gets so upset about it that he somehow misses the hundred of phonecalls from his wife.

So AFO and All Might alike are looking for someone with OFA but since Izuku just isn't using it, they aren't finding it.

Meanwhile, the Vestiges went from "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH, SOMEONE WITH AFO!!!! AHHHHHH!" to "What do you mean: You don't want to use us? We're not good enough for you???"

So OFA is doing the quirk equivalent of a cat purring and showing its belly so it can get some pet.

Izuku: "You know what? I know it's a trap but since I don't want to outright call a quirk evil, I will give you one chance to prove to me you're not a cursed power that wants my death."

Cue two broken legs.

Well, that's it. Izuku gave that nasty quirk the benefit of the doubt. He is never using it again. And since the damn thing is trying to contaminate his other quirks, he is vaulting it forever!

The irony is not lost on First.

The day of the entrance exam arrives and Izuku does quite well with his good, non cursed quirks, thank you very much.

And as he is leaving, he sees Lemillion! He is happy to see him in good health! He waves at him!

Meanwhile, Mirio spent the last five months trying to find that awful quirk he lost. He was half convinced he had given him to the Symbol of Evil and had trouble seeing the problem because if OFA would eat AFO, where was the problem? He is wondering if he condemned a kid to death. He Is Going Through A Lot.

He wants to say so many things, ask so many questions. And the one thing he manages to blurt out is "GET HIM!"

Tamaki and Nejire immediately shoulder slam a small child. They didn't even hesitate.

That's the story of how the Mighty team found OFA again.

Izuku loves hanging out with All Might but not even him can convince him that the quirk isn't cursed.
