He didn’t want to deal with “people being weird,” didn’t want to give the internet too much. You understood. You didn’t love it, but you got it. You were patient. Supportive. Chill.

Until Inside happened.

It started with harmless clips.

Cinna joining the group. George greeting her with that goofy smile. Them vibing, bouncing off each other’s jokes, becoming lowkey inseparable.

You didn’t say anything. You knew George. You trusted him.

But then came the TikToks. The fan edits. The comment sections that became unhinged.

“they’d be so cute together 😭” “george & cinna have serious main character energy ngl” “he never looks at anyone like that i’m sorry 😭😭” “they BETTER be together off cam”

You told yourself it didn’t mean anything. They were just shippers. Parasocials. But it kept getting worse.

Because even after the show, George and Cinna started streaming together. Frequently.

Usually with the group—Jason, Millie, and the other contestants. But sometimes? Just them two.

You’d pop into the stream chat, lurking silently, watching them mess around in different games. She’d say something flirty—probably as a joke—and George would laugh.

Too loud. Too fond.

You asked him about it once.

He just blinked at you. “What, me and Cinna? Babe… she’s just a mate. You know that.”

And yeah, you did. But that didn’t stop it from stinging every time she popped up on your FYP. Every time you saw a new fancam titled “cinna making george blush for 2 minutes straight”.

And the whole time… You were just in the background. A ghost.

Until that night.

You were lying in bed, scrolling, and came across another viral tweet.

“i’d bet money george and cinna are a thing, they’re too comfy around each other”

Something in you snapped.

You opened your camera roll. Found a photo from two nights ago—taken after a long dinner date. You’d been straddling George on the sofa, jacket half off one shoulder, messy hair, his hands all over your waist. You were kissing him. His jaw, slightly tilted up, eyes closed.

It was hot. Obvious. Intimate.

You hesitated. Just for a second.

Then added the caption: “not just comfy x” Posted it straight to your Instagram story. No tags. No explanations.

You locked your phone and tossed it aside.

It took about 45 seconds for your phone to explode.

Twitter? In shambles. TikTok? Full of scream edits and breakdown videos. Instagram? DMs blowing up. People were analyzing your bracelets, zooming in on George’s hands, comparing hoodie strings to old footage.

You showed up at his flat an hour later.

He was waiting at the door, hoodie on, hair messy, expression wrecked.

“You posted that ‘cause of Cinna?” he asked quietly.

You stared at him. “You think I wanted to watch people ship you with someone else every day while I stayed invisible?”

He stepped closer, hands sliding around your waist.

“I should’ve posted about you months ago.”

You didn’t reply. Just stared.

Then he kissed you. Soft, slow, apologetic.

“Can I post something now?” he whispered against your lips.

You smirked. “You better.”

An hour later, George uploaded a blurry polaroid to his grid.

He couldn't believe what he was hearing! 

An extra actually managed to take her attention away from him?! Ridiculous!

And out of all people... of course it had to be the nerd.

The blonde frowns from across the classroom – practically burning holes through poor izuku's skull – his displeasure evident in the way he furiously fills his page with crayon.

For a five year old, the teachers noted that the boy had quite a temper, so they didn't think much of it when he stomped out of his seat a few minutes later.

Assuming he's simply having one of his infamous tantrums.

Instead, he marches towards her direction – right after izuku retreated to his seat – feeling like a small fireball, destined to explode but holding back his fury for her sake.

The exchange between y/n and izuku bothered him more than he liked to admit.

Her innocent gaze meets his and before she could get a word out, his hand reaches down to grab her coloring book, the other pulling her hand to follow.

Hmph, as if he'll let Izuku snag her away.

She's beyond speechless. Stumbling a bit but soon pauses as he drops her hand, watching as he places her book at the table next to his.

"Sit."

He doesn't wait for a response as he plops down in his own chair, going back to filling his All Might coloring sheet like nothing.

Though his pink cheeks are clearly noticeable to anyone who'd look his way.

"o-oh but my crayons-"

He nudges his own box of crayolas towards her, not making eye contact as he focuses on coloring inside the lines.

The boy can hear her sit down beside him, a small sound of awe escaping her lips as she takes a crayon for herself.

"thank you kacchan! you always got the best colors!"

A cheerful smile immediately forms on her face, her mood brightening up instantly – legs happily kicking back and forth under the table – another testimony to her increasing joy.

"hmph of course i do! the best for the best!"

The feeling of triumph fills his veins but the cocky smirk wavers from his face as he looks at you. A fluttering feeling in his chest as she giggles to his words.

He averts his gaze as his blush deepens.

"...you can borrow them too but only if you sit next to me from now on."

"ah- really?! okay i promise!"

"just don't give them to anyone else...... especially him."

He mumbles the last part to himself, waving off her oblivious expression as she asks him what he said.

Bakugo Katsuki does not share – whether it's his lunch, school supplies or toys – steal one of his valuables and it's absolute mayhem.

can I ask for your take on how the creeps would react if they were obsessed with somebody? Not the lovey-dovey kind. Like, something about the reader just makes them itch internally and switches something in their psyche that makes the creeps go after them in a very terrifying unhealthy non-romantic murderous way. What made them explode inside and would they go as far as to killing them or take pity on the reader?

OOOOOOOOOO! NGL Idk why I never responded to this. This is probably the most unique ask I ever got. I gottchu man.

Jeff: I feel like you'd have to be a person that's damn near unkillable. Like, maybe you're really lucky, or a good fighter, or you can read through his plans, anything of that sort. You have to supply this man with a challenge. After his 3rd attempt of trying to kill you he snaps. WNY CANT HE KILL YOU? He'd spend weeks stalking you, analyzing your every movement, every decision, your entire routine he'll know. I think he'd grow fond of you over time, but not in a romantic way. I feel like more in like a "You're gonna be my most memorable victim" kind of fondness.

Ben: You're able to counter his hacking. Like, I can see Ben less of a murderer and more of a terrorizer. He loves to ruin people's days/lives, not take their lives away. So let's say he's hacking into your system and you ever so calmly kick him out of your system. You'll have him absolutely shocked, and you'll kinda damage his ego. That's when you trigger his murderous side. Ben is a lot of things, and I can see him being very egotistical. So you, this random person, being able to counter his entire power, oh no now you have to die. You definitely make him insecure for a little bit ngl.

Tim/Masky: You're able to hurt him emotionally. Tim is very mentally unstable man, mostly due to the manipulation and abuse from the Operator. So while he's very mentally unstable, its pretty hard to make genuinely mad, like, I mean flames coming from his head and all he sees is red type mad. The only way for that to happen is that you actually know him. The only people who are able to make him tick like that are Toby and Brian, and even they dont do it.

Toby: You don't fall for his tactics. In the Prison AU I've demonstrated just how manipulative, violent, and strategic Toby actually is. Most of his emotions are an act, a way to manipulate and control the emotions and actions of those around him. Is Toby sensitive? Yes. Does he exagriate it? Yes. Toby is able to make you feel bad for him. So when you treat him with apathy, its safe to say he's taken aback. I think people often forget that Toby is a grown man, damn near 30. Does he act like it? Nah, not really, but he does when he's serious. So, when you treat him with apathy in the purest form, it lowkey makes a little mad. Hoe is you heartless?

Brian: You're able to see through him. Now, this can go for both a romantic and non-romantic route depending on circumstances. Brian is very hard to read, you never know who he really is, which is why he's the one often going undercover for missions. If you're able to see through his diguise and rat him out, he immediately sees you as a threat and a person needed to eliminated immediately, especially if you're a cop.

warning this is written by me on very little sleep and i'm probably going to sound very aggressive. this isn't very well thought out and i didn't proofread.

confession i kind of hate the tumblr tagging culture?? like the whole 'dont post anti character posts in the main tag' thing just kind of seems like people creating an echo chamber for themselves ngl.

like there are characters who are OBJECTIVELY BAD. for example, that guy who kept a whole fucking man inside a trunk for almost a year!!! BARTY CROUCH JR!!! but you can't post about his canon behavior or canon actions in the main tag because there are people who have taken his name and slapped it onto an out of character, fanon oc who is nothing like the real character.

you also just can't post character meta in the main tag anymore?? like characters have good and bad sides but unless you're exclusively praising them you get a million people telling you to 'tag your posts properly'. and no, i'm not just talking marauders fandom here; just the other day, i saw people going after a fairly new tumblr user over a 'take' on snape and why he was a bad and irredeemable person. i'll admit that it was a poorly thought out, childish, and immature post based off fanon, but the problem most people had was that they'd tagged it 'severus snape' and not 'anti severus snape'. there was like one or two people talking about how they were objectively wrong, but there were a ton of snape lovers on anon who felt the need to attack the person who posted just because of the whole tag thing. as a snape lover, i found the behavior of those anons even more annoying and childish than i found the original post.

can people just admit that they're wrong sometimes? it's fine to see a post that's anti your favorite character and actually read it and try to comprehend it. it's okay. no one is going to explode. if they're wrong, you can be mature and point that out without insulting them as a person and sending them death threats! crazy!

i had more thoughts on this but i lowkey cannot remember so yeah

It's a modern au where Jaime and Cersei ran away, and Jaime is a cop and Ned is his partner and one night while they are on duty, Cersei calls Jaime to tell him someone broke into their house. I don't say more to not spoil if someone wants to read it!

Well, I only write for the Game of Thrones fandom so 😂😭 and I only write for Jaime and Cersei, but I lowkey hope I'll take a leap of faith next year and write something for Jonsa.

Hmm, good question 🤔 Mostly letting go of my fears and anxiety when I post a fic. I was always worried about the feedbacks I could get (I still am ngl tho but less), but up til now, it has always been positive even if my fics aren't the most popular. Also, always be supportive of your friends because they always give it back to you.

19. any new fics to start next year

Oh yes, I have started a one-shot where Tywin and Joanna are the King and Queen of the Westerlands, and Jaime and Cersei are their heirs *clown behavior 🤡* I mostly wanted to write Joanna being there for Cersei during her childbirth in a canon setting. We'll see how it goes, but I might post it at the beginning of 2024 if I have edited it.

Also that damn King Jaime AU 🥺 I have been meaning to write it for years now, and I'm challenging myself to finally give it a shot in 2024, even if it's only a one-shot.

osamu gives him a look to which of course atsumu ignores

right off the bat you walked in the cafeteria with all your glory, with the daisy he gave you tucked in the front pocket of your blazer

suna’s eyes follows your figure as you sat beside your friends

atsumu starts whistling lowly, “dang y/l/n still looks beautiful as ever” he gives suna the side eye

and instantly suna’s mood took a 18- turn and now the dude was scowling

“i should ask her out” atsumu smirks, lowkey enjoying suna getting worked up

suna rolls his eyes and stands up and walks over to your table

“now look what you’ve done!” osamu scolds his brother

atsumu swats him away, “i did him a big ass favor” 

as you were chatting away with your friends, your friends suddenly stop talking and stared at something behind your back

“what?” you asked, turning around to see no one other than suna rintarou
