Mit 1.6.2023 wurde die Austrian School of Government in die Geschäftseinteilung der Sektion Öffentlicher Dienst (dzt. Teil des Bundesministeriums für Kunst, Kultur, öffentlichen Dienst und Sport) gehoben, mit Wirksamkeit vom 17.7. wird sie von Ursula Rosenbichler geleitet, die Stv. gibt Peter Plener.

Jetzt (August 2023) werden vier unbefristete Stellen ausgeschrieben. Sachbearbeitung, Juristerey, Erwachsenenbildung, Spzialwissenschaft.

THIRD EYE

The session in the evening was much needed. It took place at home because I am unable to make suitable arrangements at home to step out. When I give attention to my chronic problems, I have a tendency to get attached hook, line and sinker to the problem in my mind. It is seriously stupid of me. If a problem has proven to be chronic then what is the point thinking about it?

Some Peace replaced my strained attention during the evening meditation. Maybe I was granted another glimpse at the third eye during the bedtime meditation, I am not sure. Unless I witness the third eye regularly I won’t be able to ascertain my observations.

My gaze fixes during the moments when I believe I am looking at the third eye. My gaze fixes and I view the movement behind shut eyelids. It is a here and now kind of movement. Like as if you were watching waves in calm sea waters.

It is definitely not the kind of movement that gets the gaze shifty. It is a fixed observational gaze that I get for a moment or two. And since there is no need to blink behind shut eyes, I can clearly watch whatever unfolds.

What seems to be unfolding is a sphere and some colours. That the sphere has movement to it is evident through the moving colours around it. It is entirely likely that I am only headed towards the portal of the third eye. I may not be viewing the third eye after all. I must be travelling through the tunnel that precedes the third eye.
