#yes im a huge cotton favorer as yud expect from an oldschoolie but i don't exclusively like cotton tho. im definitely a fan of like#velvet(-een) n jacquard n satin etc etc#im just never a fan of polyesters#even like tulle. outside of pettis... ppl may like it but i honestly wud never wear a tulle dress#sadly most big brands shifted towards printed or patterned dresses dat r 100% polyester.. maybe save 4 accent fabrics#dat r still cotton or such#:[#mika caws

4/5 yarns acquired for the Günes bag pattern! Just need to find an 8ply lilac in cotton similar enough to the bag pattern, and I'll be set to cast on!

$35 1 year old polo shirt from banana republic I bought for work that already has strings falling out.

#the waist size difference between a xxs and 6xl is about a yard. a yard of cotton at fucking joanne fabrics costs like 5 dollars#I think that multimillion dollar companies can affort to lose like 7 dollars on a pair of pants#also most of the cost of clothes unless its like 100% cashmere or silk is for labor not materials#which is why clothes made in places that can pay their 'employees' 6 cents an hour sell cheaper clothes#of course materials is part of it but huge corporations usually do not have to worry about cost of materials#and also go fuck yourself#ghost posts#text
