my new thing when i really like a book is jumping right into an author’s backlist. It is like an obsession at this point where I finish a 4 or 5 star book and immediately think “time to tackle their backlist”.

o hay are you still doing tasks? I finished cataloguing my uncatalogued yarn this morning and found places for it in the main yarn closet!

My craft room is teeechnically the master bedroom (I live alone so I sleep in the smallest bedroom) so I shouldn't like. Convert either of the closets into 100% shelf storage. But also what if I convert the main yarn closet to 100% shelf storage. My current solution has too much empty space and I might be able to consolidate into one closet if I do that...

Next task is to tackle the quilting/embroidery closet. D:

have you considered making the projects and removing the yarn that way *grin*

also yay! did you find any other secret treasure yarns you forgot about?

I have taken the MBTI quiz countless times for psychology classes. No matter how often I take it, I always stay in the "Diplomats" category but I swing between the Mediator (INFP-T) and Campaigner (ENFP-T). I'm more extroverted nowadays compared to years ago so I tend to lean more Extroverted, but even then, that percentage was literally 53% so it's very close.

As for Hogwarts, there is a very common misconception that I'm a Ravenclaw because I'm pretty logical. So much so that I actually bought ravenclaw merch before relaizing no, I am not a ravenclaw.

Me: I shouldn't disturb Neil Gaiman. I shouldn't send an ask unless I really have no way of getting the information otherwise. I'll check old interviews and all the articles that vaguely mention the subject. Of course it goes without saying that I'll read though the FAQ in its entirety. Only then, will I send an ask. However, I'd be very polite and praise his work, as anyone would. I'd also keep it short, because I don't want to waste his time. But I'd keep it very very respectful. I'd be sending a message to a very talented, amazing author that deals with god knows how many like me. Or I'd just stay in the dark and not send him an ask. Yeah, I'll do that.

Something that I have noticed is I know almost nobody my age that goes to a food pantry. I know people who regularly run out of money for food and in general have to eat an unsuitable diet because that’s what they can afford and they still don’t go to a food bank, im not sure if it’s because they’re embarrassed or maybe if you didn’t grow up going you don’t know much about it but if you’re financially struggling I really recommend it. And look into other options for food assistance too like community fridges and gardens and other programs that can assist you, where I live Salvation Army pays for an allotted amount of grocery delivery for low income people every month, in the summer farmers take excess produce to the library to be taken by anyone who needs it, etc. There are a LOT of resources for free food that you can look into especially if you are literally not eating because of your financial situation
