Microsoft Teams now provides the same presence, chat, voice, video and meetings capabilities as Skype for Business as part of Office 365. Teams is the new communications client in Office 365 replacing Skype for Business over time. Microsoft is committed to supporting your organization’s upgrade to Teams. To make the process as easy as possible, Microsoft will automatically upgrade your users to Teams on Thursday, December 6, 2018.

Do you think I forgot? I posted that story about the bracelet but I had already made this video yesterday. I just didn’t post it because I was so blown away by the beautiful heart reminder from my bracelet and my thoughts were so clear at that moment I needed to get that out. Breathe, just breathe. I say this to myself all the time. I always have. I guess you can say it’s one of my mantras. Take a breath. I say that, too. It’s because I often hold my breath or stop processing when too much is happening all at once. Pausing for a moment to take a deep breath helps to get clarity and compose myself.
